Went through drive through ordered 10 piece chicken dinner with mashed potatoes gravy and coleslaw got home got an 8 piece 4 pieces are wings and got green beans instead of gravy. After reading some of the reviews owner won't do anything about the problem

I just left this location and I'm appalled that it took almost 30 mins (by the timer on their screen) to make 1 chocolate shake. When I asked the lady at the counter how long is it going to take to make the only thing I ordered and she only informed me that she was allergic to chocolate. I understand that. Once I spoke to the manager asking how long it would be he didn't say anything to me. He just made it and gave it to me. No apology about the length of time or anything.Literally the only thing I ordered was a regular chocolate shake. Extremely disappointed.

I called at 10:05 to see if they could have 20 plain biscuits ready for me. I was told rudely no we can’t. I said y’all don’t make biscuits at this time of day ? I was hung up on. I called back to make sure we didn’t just get disconnected by mistake , no I was hung up on for inquiring about a product they have available all day. It is consistently something like this at this location. Luckily I called Hardee’s and they had me fixed up within 5 minutes!

Came through and my order was wrong. Usually I wouldn’t be concerned as mistakes happen but when I brought to order in they tossed the mess up in the trash. hate such waste and would have fed it to a homeless person or a dog at the least.After leaving we noticed none of the fries had any seasoning whatsoever which is the main reason people go to jacks.Then the tea was soured as well. I wouldn’t have jumped on a review as it could have been one of those days. But when I called to tell them they had soured tea so no one got sick the phone rang once and then disconnected. I tried calling 4 more times with the same result.

This was my first time eating at a Jack's and it was a good experience (in spite of it being during covid-19 partial quarantine). We ordered three meals for about $19. The burger I had was good but not necessarily great. I did like the bun on it though as many fast food buns are terrible. However, the fries really got my attention. I noticed they had a yellow-orange color in spots so I thought they must be seasoned fries. When we ate them it was not what any of us expected. The flavor on them tasted exactly like the butter-salt flavoring on movie theater popcorn! It was strange at first but I really began to like it. I would definitely eat there again if I'm in the area.

I ordered an 8 pc bucket of chicken w/4 biscuits & a lg fry. I had to go in and get the fry, not in bag. Then I had to go back in because fries were old and cold. When I got home I discovered I only had 6 pcs of chicken and 4 cold hard biscuits. Its a shame that no one takes pride in what they do any more. I really can't believe someone would intentionally send out food like that.

Friendly employees.Food was edible.Restaurant eating and serving areas were extremely dirty with pieces of food, napkins, paper, plastic, and gravel scattered everywhere.No clean tables or chairs.Had to clean a table off myself.Windows and walls are very dirty.Looks like they haven't been cleaned in months.Wheelchair accessibility: Not safe or healthy for wheelchair patients due to extremely dirty, contaminated floor and other surfaces.

There's been a drastic decline in decent cheerful Behavior at fast food restaurants over the past few years but it never fails every time I go to this one they're kind they don't seem to be rude or snippy that's a big deal now it's for the food tastes good as good as any other fast food I would actually say maybe a little bit better tasting than McDonald's I don't know why but it does to me

Me and my son went through the drive through at the iuka MS location. I've never been here and the drive through person was rude and very disrespectful 😒. I could barely order anything without being cutoff. I almost couldn't order my son's food cause she cut me off and tried to tell me the total. She didn't even ask for my husband's drink order. 😒 I wanted to order dessert but I wasn't allowed to. I still don't even know what sides there are cause she wouldn't tell me. I am very disappointed in the service.

Don't waste your time here. Food was okay at best. The only container of tea was soured. Fries were undercooked and not hot. Chicken sandwich was okay if you like 10 pickles on it. The strawberry pie wasn't even hot.They had no ketchup and only the napkins were available for a customer to get as needed.The drink area and floor as well as many tables were very messy.At least 3 or 4 staff just hanging out, on their phones or talking very loud to the others proclaiming how they were leaving for a 30 minute break. We won't be back here.

I went to get my breakfast I always get. It’s normally 6 dollars and some change. While I was ordering she cut me off and I said I’m sorry I didn’t understand you. She said is that it? I said yes and she told me my total was 4 something. I said that can’t be right and no one said anything so I drive around to the window. She tells me my total is 4 something and I said that can’t be right. She proceeds to get an attitude and tells me a smoke sausage add eggs and cheese is blah blah blah. I said but I had a coke and it’s usually 6 something. She said I didn’t hear the coke and then screams at me she isn’t doing this today. So I told her that was ok I’d go somewhere else and drove off.

I went through the drive thru last evening and the waiter was playing with her hair,was not wearing gloves nor did she use utensil. This is not safe and is not clean. This is how disease spread. The chicken wasn't fresh.

So the last few time I have run thru the drive thru, I have had some kind of a shortage. Chicken strips half the size of dollar bill or Large sides, put in small cups with no warning that they ran out of normal containers, to Chicken bone in missing chunks really sad!
