Great employees half-staffed overworked multitasking to do the job of three people they hire one. Then expect this one person to run the cash registers stock the shelves clean everything keep up with everything help the customers run all over the store everything that one person cannot handle as one person. And stocking the store with carts on every aisle so you cannot get up and down the aisles at any point any day of any week because the trucks are coming in and they expect to be able to make sales when you cannot even get to the products to purchase them. No store in its right mind would ever expect to stock shelves and the middle of the day while customers are attempting to shop. And this is all Dollar general stores in the Mid-South that I have visited in the past 2 years.

I am a regular customer at the Iuka Ms store and love shopping in there. The manager that is there is great and is always working just as hard as her employees are. The new inventory is awesome and the store is great since it was remodeled. Alot more room! Highly recommend!

Dollar General should be ashamed treating their employees the way they do. I could not even move in the store much less get a buggy down the isles. They had trucks come in and so under staffed that they couldn't get things unboxed. The employee said there are days when they only schedule one person. REALLY!?!? Unacceptable Dollar General! Let me.say the employees are still always nice so DG needs to realize they are not going to keep the good ones that way.

The manager name Candy and a chip vender went above and beyond their jobs, I am adiabetic and my blood sugar dropped, Candy got me something to drink and the vender wanted to get a cany bar, Candy got my stuff check me out and helped me to car she kept checking on me until i was ok

Went in the iuka dollar general today and the works was talking about they have covid they don't have masks on or anything they said there dm won't let them call out bc of it even though they went to the doctor and have doctor excuses be aware keep ya kids out of there if ya go in there pls where mask so it doesn't keep spending

No complaints, other than sometimes, more often than not, the local Iuka store will run out of drinks, etc & either just not restock like they should, or don't order enough each time to make sure they've plenty until the trucks next delivery.. Nice managers! Friendly cashiers, mostly..

Very nice employees. Store is clean but puts items in weird places (I'm sure that's to make you have to walk around & therefore find more & spend more than planned). They do stock some items on top shelves that you can't reach. That means somebody has to stop what their doing & get a ladder to help you which to me is a waste of time & money by the store.

This Dollar General, located in Iuka, MS is always clean and has the friendliest staff in town. Occasionally the bathroom is out of order but it was fully functional and quite clean a few days ago. They have a wide variety of general merchandise: Grocery items, Dairy, Frozen and dry goods, Some clothing, Cleaning Supplies, Pet Supplies, Personal Hygiene, Auto and Hardware. Good Store for quick trips and Has Good Prices.

This story is ABSOLUTELY a disgrace!!! Everytime I'm there and that I've been you can barely even walk down the isle. Forget trying to push a buggy. This store is disgusted and not a pleasant shopping experience at ALL!!!!! The store is always dirty and never stocked!!
