Our experience was that the staff was pleasant and helpful. The price for our cat's visit was actually a little less than we expected and they took good care of him. We hadn't used this vet clinic before, but we will definitely go back, and we'll be taking our other cats there as well.

We have been using Gina for 20+ years. She has saved several of our cats over the years. Axel recently had a UTI and could not pee. She diagnosed the problem quickly and gave him a shot and sent him home with antibiotics. He is feeling much better now! Thanks you Gina!

Vet is great with our babies (animals). Good with us too. Prices are reasonable. Informative. Understanding. Really cares. 'They're even having a half-price month to help people and to help stop unwanted reproduction, which in return helps stop abuse. That's the most amazing care for animals I've ever seen or heard of!'

The lady who answers the phone and works the front desk has Terrible customer service. The day I called and made the appointment she was rude to me on the phone and I blew it off because I thought well everyone has bad days. Well I take my 2 foster dogs there this morning Friday June 11th and I walked in the door and she never looked up and then finally after 2 minutes of me standing their she speaks to me and was very rude like she was mad at me- again I was understanding because maybe she isn't a morning person. Well this evening I go to pick up my 2 foster dogs after being neutered and from the moment I walk in the door she was rude. She was upset I did not present my Hartt Voucher to her in the morning- ( which I had told them I had over the phone ) & she did not speak to me in the morning drop off.She just treated me with absolutely no respect as a customer and I will never be back nor recommend them to anyone. I was excited about finding a vet that isn't so booked up and can get you in quick, but after my experience with them I understand why they aren't booked up. The dogs surgery went well ( as far as I know I was scared to ask any questions ) so the rest of the staff may be awesome but I don't know so I am only speaking on my experience with animal medical center.

Had an emergency with my cat. The receptionist was very rude, sarcastic & made me feel worse than I already did. Wasn't allowed to see doctor nor wasxI allowed to go back with my baby. Receptionist answered questions and told me what was wrong with my cat( she passed away same day) but was the most unsympathetic & cold-hearted person I ever met in this field. After bringing me my cat back she disappeared and I couldn't get directions to get home. I figured it out myself ( no cell service in the area). Altho this Vet was recommended to me by a friend,after the way my pet & I were treated I will NEVER go back!!

I haven't actually visited this clinic, but Icalled to price a sapy and neuter for my 2 kittens. The woman that picked up was very short with me and cut me off multiple times while speaking. She gave me bare minimum information. When I inquired about what the package included (such as suture removal or medication), she was speaking to me very quickly and remained short. I eventually decided not to even bother with the clinic and hung up. Poor customer service.

Need to get a new receptionist!! I give up on trying to take my pets here. I can’t even call up here without the receptionist being rude, arrogant, and belittling. It’s sorry that she is so hateful that she runs off business :/
