Not a bad Walmart, crowded and self checkout was only taking cash. Wasn't a problem for most but with only one register open taking cash, be prepared. Hopefully they get that fixed.

Not the retailer it once was. Hate self check out. Your prices are horrible and then have to check yourself out.Some employees are rude and very unprofessional. The employees standing around in self check talking to each other not paying attention to the customers. I'my opinion some of yours stores I visit has fallen from grace. I have family members that once worked and some still do that said Mr. Walton Sr. would probably be rolling over in his grave to see what a disgrace Wal-Mart has become. A bit harsh but you ask for a survey. Thank you.

Indianola Walmart: Slow, sorry, unconcerned, pathetic employees. I stood in the line at the money center, for half an hour, and there still wasn't anyone to wait on me and the other customers. I walked out!!

It was a good visit in Indianola, ms but it always is. Only con I have is checking. They need to open more REGISTERS!!!!!! If you to to Greenville, ms I would rate it at a 2. The staff has more rude employees then friendly and that includes management. The bakery is pitiful and needs attention on so many levels!! I went to get cupcakes for my nephews bday May 28th and they didn't have any so I got a cake. Went again June 20th to get cupcakes for my sons 8th bday and they had the SAME SELECTION they had on May 28th. I ended up getting some cute fresh ones from Indianola, MS Walmart!! Greenville needs to get it together.

This Walmart is in okay shape. The bathrooms are always dirty (I’m pregnant and need a restroom frequently) The staff is usually quite friendly. The reason I took two stars away is because this Walmart is always under stocked. You would think if you run out of certain products constantly that you would place an order for a few more at that time however this Walmart is more often than not out of everything you need food wise. Necessities. Low on milk, low on eggs, low on bread.

They don't answer phone calls. The machine in the return department stays broken. What is wrong with you all at this store. Because the majority of people working there are black, we as your black customers expect better from you all.

It was pretty good. I went in to get sized for an engagement ring. Unfortunately, there isn't personnel that works only at the jewelry department, but there was a customer service supervisor that assisted me right away and came back to me immediately and made sure "personally" that I was helped so that I could leave and finish my day. The service was prompt and efficient. I got what I needed and I ended up wanting to make other purchases there because of the great service

Nice clean Walmart. Greeted by 2 staff members upon entering the location. Everything that we needed was in stock. Very well stock for the holidays. They had plenty of cashiers available. We used the self check out because we only had a few items; but it was a quick and smooth transaction.

Went in for Halloween costumes amd they did not have anything they really never doThis is the third year that it has been like this. They take things down before the holiday is even over, candy costumes, etc.. Store was dirty had food all throughout several check out lanes smashed in the floor.

Just walked outta Walmart had a buggy with about 2-300$ worth of items for my nephew a bedset and accessories clothes ext.. we got there at 1030 and they decided to not let me buy the stuff (was 11:02). for my nephew by the way this is the first time he got to visit reason behind late shopping death in the family and now he lives with me unexpected passing ( Walmart -5 🌟

Never enough registers open! Also, went to the shop to get a tire plugged. The guy said it was against store policy to plug a tire in the side wall. I guess he thought because I was a female, I must not know what the side wall of a tire is. Funny, because the nail was in the tread. He also said it was VERY DEEP in the tire. He recommended me buying a new tire. Needless to say, I went to auto zone, bought a plug kit. I pulled the screw out ( which was only an inch long) and plugged the tire myself. It's bad when a woman has to do the job herself because your shop can't be trusted. I wish I could give negative stars for these reviews!

This Walmart is AWFUL. They love not doing their job. I came in one day and TWO people were CUTTING FABRIC. Because apparently, one person can't cut it, nor measure it themselves. So I asked if someone could help me get something off of a shelf that was locked up(they saw me standing there for 10 minutes already) and they said "Hold on a moment." After I waited 10 minutes again, I just left. I could also talk about the fact that I just called at least 4 times to ask someone a simple question and thy will not even answer the phones. Worst Walmart ever. The workers are incredibly rude.

Why is there only 2 registers open with over 10 to 12 customers in each line, while Self Check is card only. This is a MAJOR Holiday month . You have people literally doing nothing and if you ask them .they have to ask a manager no one wants to stand in a line for over 30mins to buy ice cream really. 😤😤

This is a not so super Supercenter! Service is not very good i have waited for over 30 minutes just to get a bottle cologne. Had to get some page someone three different times before someone finally unlocked the case. Checked out in lawn and garden center their is employee eating a plate lunch by cash register . I ask her was checking people out , she said no he is outside. I said after 10 or 15 seconds do i need to go and get him myself, she said yes! More than five times have had to wait on employees to get checked out to so i can. Not only do they not get in hurry carry on conversations like they are around the warter cooler. I have got good costumer service in electronics at night.

Called to ask were they back closing at their regular time after the snowstorms were over. They answered the phone and put me on hold for about 10 minutes. This happened 3 times. Obviously they’re not returning to the phone. I guess that’s their way of making you hang up instead of just tending to the call.

Went to pickup this morning, the two ladies were very rude. They did not scan my phone nor check my id, only asked for a name. Anyone can give them a name & pickup your package considering Christmas.

Customer Service is horrible and the manager sets the tone. Only one attempted to assist in a professional manner with politeness was a Deli employee. Hate I didn't get her name!

Best Walmart around the delta!!!!! Nicest employees hands down!!! This Walmart is clean and they keep everything so organized!!! This Walmart beats Cleveland hands down!!! Cleveland’s is nasty with nasty employees!! I literally drive 45 mins away just to go to Indianola Walmart!!! ❤️

The store was HOTTTT,,,I WAITED IN MY CAR 50 MINUTES FOR A MOBILE CHAIR AND AS SOON AS I GOT IN THE STORE IT WENT DEAD. SO I HAD TO LEAVE AND TRY TO MAKE IT TO MY CAR, AND I AM 100% DISABLED . WAS GOING TO SPEND AT $500 on my daughter college needs but oh well.

An employee nearly knocked me over coming out of the nasty restroom, and she didn't apologize, but she was quick to give me a hateful look. The store was run down and not very well stocked. We won't be stopping here again when we are in the area again.
