After numerous trucks being held and complaints from my drivers I myself went to investigate this reciever. If I could give negative stars I would. Appointment set 2300, arrived 2245. Informed by security no entry until 0000. In a door at 0130, out at 0600 for 2 1/2 pallets, 322 cases of freight. As far as the facilities it should be condemned. This is the nastiest food grade facility I have ever seen.To management, you lost a carrier today. Absolutely deplorable experience and process!Carries beware and do not ship to this location for any reason.

Receiving Starts at 12am, I arrived at the opening time. At the entrance they assign a door for unloading, you have to park and go to door 41. You have to pay for unloading it took me about 3 hours. You will be called and texted for payment. There is a Love's gas station nearby

What other reviews say is true. Show up at least 2 hrs early in hopes of not being "late". Make sure to enter via industrial park drive to save yourself hassle.Hopped in line at 00:00 for a 2am appointment and got in and docked by 01:50. Checkout time 07:00 with a $543 lumper fee.

Better to arrive early. Long line of trucks. It could take more than an hour to get to the gate.

When you arrive at night you can't find the Entrance it get you confuse to find the Entrance.So you have to pass the rail road & go to industrial dr.
