If you have a delivery appointment here, Instead of parking at the truck stop, it's best that you park on the street near the truck entrance. Your scheduled appointment is a lie. This place is FCFS. UNFI does not open until 12 AM. Set your alarm for 11:30 PM because trucks will go around you if your are sleep. Don't let the long line scare you. When you see the UNFI sign keep going about a half a mile on industrial , follow it around until you get to the entrance. If you turn down Allen Rd they’ll probably turn you around and make you go to the truck entrance, smh. Anywho I Arrived at 1am , got out the door at 4:30, which is pretty reasonable. I don’t understand why they have so many bad reviews paid lumper , make sure you chock your wheels they won’t unload unless you do. Plenty of backing space , staff friendly.

Arrived about an hour late for my appointment, the guard got me in quickly and in a door to unload. Capstone (Unloading service) was a little slow on the unloading (4.5 hours) but otherwise a decent experience.

First time at this location and I read most of the reviews. Not easy to find due to poor signage. But not difficult once you have been here. I arrived very early and parked on the side street. Its better to go in early during the day just to find this location. Road to front not well lit. There are no Supervalue signs leading to location, but you will see UNFI. Which is Supervalue. Go past Alan and look for Big blue sign on left and you will see a small sign that says truck entrance. Will be very hard to see at night. Turn left and follow the road around till you see first water tower. Go to that street there will be a stop sign and RR crossing sign. Turn left you will see another water tower and a white building ahead. Follow the narrow road around to the front and you will see the entrance. Guard told me receiving check in starts at midnight. Signs also say you need to have a safety vest when on the property. I was able to check in at midnight and guard was very nice and helpful. Easy backing plenty of room. And doors are clearly numbered. I was assigned a door right away and was being unloaded within 15min of arrival.

There isn’t an appointment time for this facility. It’s first come first serve, unloading starts at 12 AM. Once checked in at the guard shack they’ll give you a door to go to. After you’re backed into that door you’ll take your paperwork to door 41. Be ready to stand and wait for about 10-20 minutes until someone will help you. DO NOT bring a load of watermelons here they’ll reject them quicker than you can blink and will still charge you $95 just to basically see how sweet they are and what color they are. My entire load was literally rejected because the watermelons weren’t sweet enough and they weren’t the color they wanted them to be.

Entry can be confusing. Drivers must enter gate turning left off street. Check ins start at 12 am. Trucks line up early, we had a 12.30 am unload time. Arrived at 11.30 pm to find 20 trucks on road to enter facility. Some parked, some waiting to enter. Get in line with moving trucks at midnight to check in. Unload was quick once backed into dock. Was in and out in less than 2 hours. Staff at gate and dock were friendly and helpful. Park at Loves 3 min. away. I posted a photo showing path to enter gate.

Worst location for delivery , do not come here ever again.And if you want to apply for detention , you need to request from them a form of detention in order to be approved, otherwise your detention will be denied.

Be sure to go to warehouse and line up since it’s first come, first serve. I was 3rd in line and got right in. My truck was unloaded as soon as I backed into the door. It does take a while but only because they have to count the product on the pallets and logically this takes time. So just be patient and they will call when they are complete. Use the time to rest up. Nothing bad to say at all.

I was heldup when I got my trailer which made me late getting here. After check-in with the guard shack I was given a door anyways. The only downside to coming here is that I forgot about the parking on the side street because they don't have overnight parking.🤦🏿‍♂️

They open at 12 midnight , they don’t have appointment systems. First come first serve ,try to go between 11 and 11:30 , when you go there you will see all the trucks parked on the side, waiting to be checked in , please don’t be that guy and skip everybody , just park behind the last person and wait the security guard will come to your truck and give you a form to fill up and after that will check you in . However, will take you 3 to 4 hours to get unloaded and the lumper fee it’s so expensive.

I got into a dock at 12am, showed up to this place at 11:45pm, their was no trucks it was an empty street the security was nice here they did everything fast, as soon as I backed into the dock the receiver already started unloading my trailer, once I went to check in and give them my paperwork, the clerk said pay a lumper fee of $80 10 minutes later I paid the fee, after waiting I received my paperwork signed off, and ready to go and was told that my trailer was empty…I don’t get it what’s up with all the bad reviews here I spoke with the staff and the security at the gaurd shack here they said they try their best to get drivers in the docks fast their is 4 people in the security building working fast to get drivers a door and so everyone can be happy so after all these bad reviews I read I give this place a 10 star review.

Wasn’t that long of wait for me. 3 hours but it’s capstone. I don’t know what y’all expect 😂😂. A capstone facility will never receive 5 stars from me.

To be honest with u guys, if u r a driver looking to pick up a load or delivering, don't ever try to come here. The employees are absolutely unprofessional and u will spend days waiting for ur shipment to be processed. Furthermore, the customer service is poor and it's difficult to get any assistance. It's just not worth the hassle.

They open at midnight appointment doesn’t matter it’s FCFS, trucks start lining up at gate hrs before they open just get in line. I was out within 2 hrs not bad place

They unload fast. Had a 2 am appt . Got there at 10:40 pm . Parked behide trucks . They start receiving at 12:00 am. One truck at a time at check in at security gate. They assigned me a door right away. They got started right away. Unloaded less then an hour. Will send lumper threw text message .

Saw all the bad reviews and was prepared for the worst. 3AM appt 2nd truck in line backed into a dock by 12:30 paperwork in hand 1:45. I guess I caught them on a good day!

My first time delivering to the facility. I read the reviews prior to coming here in order to know what to expect. From my experience they are mostly true. My appointment was at 2:30 a.m. so I arrived at 1 a.m. to get in line. Still didn't make it to guard shack until about 3 a.m. I got on my door then took the paperwork inside. I only had 5 pallets so my trailer was empty probably within an hour. HOWEVER, it is now 9:05 a.m. and I STILL don't have paperwork in hand. Good luck guys and gals 😉

Arrived here early for 12:30 a.m. delivery appointment got in the door at 1 :00am and still here at 6:00am in the morning. I had less than a half a trailer full . Avoid this place by all means. Parking on the street police will come and see if you're in the way

Brought us in at 12:00 , right to a dock door. Walk into to give my paperwork, oh my God so rude!! Told to wait for a phone call and a text message from the lumper. 5.5 hours later I get the phone call to get my paperwork. No text from the lumper. The ladies at the guard shack or super nice!!

Turn and run this place is horrible the bad reviews are true. Showed up 2 hours early to be here at midnight when they opened with one pallet been stuck her for 4 hours so far. there was already a line of trucks when I showed up. if you're late it's a $500.00 fee. So just turn and run.

More like no stars. Get here at midnight not before. Waiting for a hour to get a door. Then another 30 to get to receive ppw. No overnight parking no good attitude. Clock running out. Loves around the corner is full. Wast of time. Capstone unload!!!

Looked at reviews before arriving so that i could plan ahead. Arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon for a 2am appointment, checked in at 12:02am and was done at 1:31am. I was the 2nd truck in line. Be ready to pay a lumper fee. If you get there early you are allowed to park on the street which is the best thing to do

Avoid this place!!! Do not come here. Appointment time was at 12:01. Got through the guard shack at 12:30. I was number 6 in line. Got checked into receiving at 2:30. Capstone employees at check in are very slow and very rude. No facilities.

Arrived at 2100 for a 1200 appt, a few trucks ahead of me. Checkin was smooth. Received bol at 430. So no major complaints. If the Loves is full go to the Dollar General DC always find parking their late night early morning. Turn left at light a few lights down it will be on the right.

Second driver in the gate at 0015 got to door, backed in & took my paperwork inside. Waited 15 minutes for the guy to even acknowledge I was at the window. I watched the Lumpers unload the 6 pallets I had to deliver before I got my paperwork turned in. By the time I got back to my truck I already had my notice of lumper fee. Paid it immediately online & got digital receipt. It is now 0200 and I'm still waiting on the call that my bills are ready so I can move on to the next load. The guy working the window is sooooooo slow I think he is moving backwards

Spend money on Crapstone. The guards were the best experience for my visit. In 10 pm waiting on the street until midnight bills and out the front gate by 4:10am.

Gave me dock 47 I sat there for 2 hours and 17 mins then they call me and have me move to dock 53 and they haven't even taken one pallet off cause I looked before I backed into to dock 53 all the way. Rediculous. Waste of time here. Gonna ruin your whole day.

Although your directions will lead you right to this place. When you get there you're surprised with an oops! The oops is you have to try to figure out where the receiving department is. And you have to make a giant U-turn in the middle of the street to go backwards when receiving is literally right in your face. You have to go under the river and through the woods to get there (⁠╯⁠︵⁠╰⁠,⁠)

Got here at a 11pm. Gates opened at 1220am single file line seemed to go decent at first. They told me to go to door 50, then door 31 because I was produce but it already had a trailer in it. Then door 32 then door 29. They had it started before I got my paperwork inside. Still didn't get done until 6am. Buuuuut..... they left 5 pallets inside with 85 boxes. Never told me why they left the boxes but agreed to take them off. This was at 6am I just left at 11am.
