Got to say worst Loves i have ever visited so bad i felt compelled to leave a review. Do not get your truck worked on here you can smell the pot smell coming from one of the employees white chevy caprice with no tag on it . Guess Loves doesn’t pay those good wages they claim or will just hire anyone..They need to take pride at this Loves and hire decent employees!!!!!!!! Not drug addicts to work on peoples trucks. Not so big loves truck stop. Its in a small town and mostly its crowded parking because local’s probably park there. Its was 3,5/5 clean and the food is not so good at Hardeys.Showers are clean

Parking yes.Showers...Everything filthy, who ever "cleans" the bathrooms. Most likely cleans there house the same way... those stains ain't from today or yesterday..... so I recon not one person works there, cares.. go figure

This place is disgusting. The water is slimy when you wash you hands and I'm not sure if they use the same water for coffee but i would skip buying it just in case. Also, if you going to buy that expensive jar of beef jerky make sure to check that it hasn't been opened. Found two that had the lid taped and when i looked inside there was a hair. Oh, you also would have to wash your hands after touching products at this Loves because everything is covered in dust or dirt. This is the worst Loves I've been to.

Bad vibes, and high prices.The Hardee’s is two dollars higher for sandwiches and combos than other truck stops in the country.There’s extremely limited parking. Most of these trucks are servicing the Dollar General distribution center (which is also terrible, but that’s for a different review.)I’m not sure if it’s this Love’s or if it is the culture of Indianola Mississippi, but people are rude here.They don’t care if you live or die.They’re borderline uncivil.This lady ran into me hard enough to bruise my hand, and she didn’t say excuse me or anything.It’s more than they don’t care if you live or die, some of them look like they would wish you to die, so you wouldn’t be standing in front of them.They get 1 star, because I couldn’t give zero stars.I would say it’s not even worth the Dollar General load to have to spend the night here.It’s so awful.

In terms of loves its low pretty tier, a good cleanning of everything needs to rake place, the parking is horrendous after 11:00am

Went in for coffe at 0015 they had no coffee in all 4 coffee makers the fresh coffee bean machines was filled with grinds so could us that the other machines worked no cold coffee creamer at all. People are very lazy here and don't care about drivers at all. The shop broke my truck and now going to need and get it tow to the dealer to fixe it and they just said there's nothing they can do about it. Scum of a place stay away drivers

Warning to all truck drivers!Do not brush your teeth, wash your face or wash your dishes in the restroom sink. The water contains a slime substance I was unable to wash off even with soap or dish soap. The color is lightly yellow, unable to obtain photo due to bright lighting. The only way I was able to remove this texture is by drying it with paper towels. Makes me wonder if the problem circulates through the store; coffee, showers, etc. 🤔

The cashier was too busy talking to some friends that showed up (they were customers and not just hanging out to be fair). After standing around waiting for her to finish for a couple minutes another cashier showed up and got me taken care of. The store was warm and humid as well which made shopping in general unpleasant. I would understand during the day because it's been extremely hot, but it's not 10pm and in the low 80's. There's no reason why the air conditioner can't keep the store at a more pleasant and dry 75 or so at least.

Half decent store and restaurant; no real complaints as that goes. The truck parking is a joke. It’s used as weekend parking for drivers to let their trucks. Really is a shame how much money that Love’s is losing by allowing this. Nowhere to park at 1:00PM on a Saturday.

So you know how Loves are typically clean and looked after? Don't expect that from this location. Our team stopped to fuel our trucks. Couldn't clean the bugs off of our windows because not one bucket had water on the fuel island. The squeegees were scattered all over the place. The trash cans by the main entrance were stuffed full. The attitude of the employees about the situation was meh at best.I will update my review next time through.

My driver took our truck in for service. We were there under 1 hour and the service center sent me an invoice for 4hrs labor, which is $440 more than it should have been. I called and they said they would correct it, but they still overcharged me on the second invoice. I had to email them my call records proving the time they started and time they called to say they were finished to get an accurate invoice. Whoever they have working today is very dishonest and trying to take advantage of their customers.

Compared to the last Loves I stopped at this place was the difference between night and day. This place was fully stocked, staff had the place neat and organized and everyone who worked there looked like they were actually doing things to keep the place clean, stocked and well maintained. The only downside was I ordered a burger from the Hardee's and the burger patties were over cooked and hard and dry.

During travel I fueled up and did a power rest. It's a safe rest stop for the family or alone since there is constant traffic and well lit at sundown. If in need of the basics, you can usually find it here along with food, snacks, restrooms, etc. It's Love's ..

Stopped in for lunch and a shower . Hardee’s made our food fresh , the cashier (Shaniqua W) was very professional and friendly . The Love’s store itself was clean and every staff member from the time we walked through the door , greeted us . The showers were spacious and clean . Thanks for a great experience !

Drink fountain seriously needs to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out or replaced. Dirty ice comes out with pieces of dirt or mold frozen in the ice. Disgusting.

Cashier was nice enough to get us creamer for our coffee. But was extremely smug in doing so. Other cashiers were friendly. Overall clean and stocked nicely.

Soft water!!! Only reason the shower sucked here is the soft water. I asked if it was the city or if it was Loves that actually softens the water. I got blown off by the manager whenever I asked that question. But this is the second Love's I ran into the past few weeks that has soft water. Beginning to wonder if I should just stick with Pilot Flying J. Have yet to run into one of their locations with soft water. And no, soft water does not bring out the special oils out of your skin. It actually leaves your dirty oil on your skin

Clean updated and well maintained facility with Hardee's, and a well stocked C-Store with beer, and most anything a commuter or pro might need. Pick up the parking lot once in awhile. Scrub the soap scum off the shower walls and I'd add a star to the rating.

Had to call them on the phone after waiting 20 min at the fuel desk for a shower. The hardees in the place charge me 11.00 for breakfast when the couple ahead of me ordered 2 breakfast platters and only paid 12.00 for both. I think the prices are different if your a white person
