They were out of 3 different ice creams. They were out of napkins.I went for the " Go Large" on my meal. I always check my food before I pull out of the parking lot. There was a medium fry in the bag. Most other places Go Large means Large drink AND Large fry. Go Large at Jack's means Large Drink only. They told me I would've had to tell them I wanted a Large fry.

I had a large mobile order. When I got there, the only food they had ready was biscuits. When they finally decided to help me, they said I'd have to wait for my order. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the chicken to get done before they dropped my strips. In all, I waited about 25 minutes for food and got no apologies. They do not care about customers at all. If anything, I felt like I was a bother to them.

This is the sorriest excuse for a chicken restaurant. Every time I come they have no chicken cooked. You have to wait 30 to 40 minutes to get anything. They need better management and staff. I don't go right before close either. At 6:30 or 7:00 pm you get told are you going to wait on those tenders or we don't have any thighs or breast and "ain't cooking no mo". In those exact words. Just ridiculous.

Asked for no pickles on one burger. It h ad 12. There wasn't any cheese sauce and only 1 slice of cheese for a double burger. The burger was less than luke warm. Just a sprinkle of fried onion crumbles. One set of fries were fresh and hot. The 2nd set was cold and old. 1 burger had BBQ sauce the 2nd one had ketchup. When they 1st opened up, the food was great. Now the workers do not care. Don't waste your money

My wife and I have enjoyed going to Jack's in Indianola since it opened, but tonight at 10:25 pm, we went to get two chocolate milkshakes and were told they were not serving them at this time. My question is there a certain time that ice cream or shakes aren't served? If so, why isn't this on the website especially since the business are from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm?My wife and I once again went and tried ordering two chocolate milkshakes from this establishment. We arrived around 3:30 or so and once we placed our order, we were told they were out of shakes. The shakes are made on site, so how are you out of shakes? All it takes is milk and ice cream to make a shake. If I was the owner of this business, I would clean house or shut down the location. If I was the manager or the person put in charge of this location, I would resign because you are not doing your job.

I wish I could give negative stars. Utterly despicable service. I sat nearly 35 minutes waiting for my order after being asked to pull forward.i arrived at the speaker at 7:07pm the lady took my order then I pulled to the window where I waited until 7:13 for her to take my payment. I was pulled forward at 7:14pm. After waiting for a while and seeing other cars receive their orders i became concerned and went inside. I asked the lady about my order. Guess what thet hadnt completed it. I satthere and watched the young lady take a burger patty from the warming drawer and put it on the buns. No apologies she just handed it to me and said here you go. I had to be somewhere promptly at 8pm. Guess what I'm late. I will never order there again. Ridiculous!!!!

Sorry excuse for an establishment. Somethings always wrong, rude service, lazy workers, just to name a few. They have enough workers that it should be fast friendly service, but instead it’s the exact opposite. The one in Greenville is the exact same way. I’m curious to see how the one in Cleveland opening soon will be. If I was the owner of this Franchise I would be embarrassed. If i worked in the corporate office of Jack’s, I’d shut it down or fix it fast, because it won’t last. Don’t believe my review? Look at the other reviews on here or the one in Greenville.

The customer service was not good at all, training is very important, good customer service skills will have a person coming back every time!!! The burger was not prepared as requested, a lot of young workers which is ok as long as they receive the proper soft training skills and etiquettes to help ensure the business continued success.

2 stars because...The biscuits and cold slaw was the best I've ever had! The chicken was hard and nasty. I also ordered a 10 piece and got 8, so I didnt even have enough for the family. Although they didnt eat their first piece anyway. The mac-n-cheese was salty, and the sweet tea was WAY too sweet. That was the worst $40.17 I've ever spent. I even de-boned the chicken and my dog wouldnt eat it. They did just recently open, so maybe they need time to get it right. I'll try again in a couple months and update this review.Nov. 13. 2022

The food is good, but it was very disheartening and disappointing to see they had workers standing outside taking our orders in the cold at night at 34 degree weather. They obviously looked cold and shivering. They don't even have somewhere to sit to rest their legs and warm up a bit. These conditions are inhumane. Please Jack's treat your workers better. Customers won't care to see an employee sitting down for a bit.

I was just there at 4:30 pm ordered a two piece chicken and a two piece chicken dinner fries as my side and a chocolate shake, customer service was great but my entire order was completely cold and tried to call to let them know and no one answered the phone, I’m done with spending my money and being disappointed in the food.Parking: The parking lot is always very clean and great customer service but the food this time was a disappointment period
