By far the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Major run around. They tell you your prescription won't be ready for two hours and to come back. Go back in two hours, oh your prescription won't be ready for ANOTHER two hours. Then two hours later I receive a text that they do not have my medicine and that it's now out of stock. Now they say it wont be ready until the next day when their delivery comes in. Next day comes and they say they haven't received their medication order yet. These medicines i need are vital but they dont care. Wont even transfer my prescription to another pharmacy who has my medicine in stock. I have been five days without this vital medicine thanks to Walgreens Pharmacy. We have been dealing with this pharmacy for about two years and it's always, always something. By far the worst unorganized, unprofessional, service I have ever experienced. If you take medication that you have to have please DO NOT use this pharmacy. Find another pharmacy other than Walgreens. My parents had the same problem with the Walgreens pharmacy in Hernando. So I highly, highly recommend finding a pharmacy other than Walgreens. I believe and I may be wrong Walgreens is a retail pharmacy. The pharmacist and the pharmacy techs do not get the good pay as other pharmacist and pharmacy techs receive. So their not happy at their jobs and they take it out on their customers. I hope anyone reading this will review will take it seriously especially if you take medicine that you have to have on a daily basis. If not, don't take my word for it give them a try hopefully you won't be put through the same nightmare my family and I have had to go through. We are changing pharmacy's and NEVER returning to a Walgreens pharmacy again.

I love my pharmacy at Walgreens! The employees are the best! They are always friendly and respectful to me. If I have a question the pharmacist comes and explain everything without being in a hurry. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!😊

I have had multiple bad experiences with the pharmacy staff at this location… very unpleasant, unprofessional, testy and impatient. When sharing this info with the “manager” I’ve become more aware of why the staff behaves the way they do. Jennifer should not be employed to work with the public because she apparently doesn’t like her job or people. Extremely poorly trained and managed if you ask me!

Kai was extremely bigoted, lazy and unprofessional. She would often lie to customers' faces and then say that she "can't do anything about it." Kai also calls people while on the job. A 3-year-old can do better than her. Hire better managers.

This place is a joke. Rude, liars. I was told at 9 am they would be ready in a couple hours. Noon rolls by I uber, go up there and they saybits going to be 2 more hours. I have never in my life gotten a text from them saying a prescription is ready. Thus suuuuuuuuuck

The pharmacist was very rude an refused to work with me on my insurance. He didn't want to listen to my insurance agent when I got them on the phone. Will not be back to this location again. So think twice before coming here.

Pharmacy has such attitude. When the Ozempic has a shortage I got a Rx for it but was never filled. So my Dr gave me some samples to last. So when I asked for a refill they are saying I have to prove I’ve been taking it. Even though it’s their fault I didn’t get a refill! And then questioning what the doctor had told me to do with them. Was super rude. Gonna change pharmacy.

This Walgreen's pharmacy is the worst, I had a question I could hear the pharmacist talking about me to the tech/cashier in a rude manner, so i left. I decided to go back the next day thinking maybe they were busy the day before giving them the benefit of the doubt. Well today that pharmacist and a different tech did not even acknowledge me and I was the only one in the pharmacy area. There is no need to be rude, everyone is busy now a days. could have said I'll be with you as soon as possible kindness goes a long way.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled today and went to pick up my medication at this location . 12:45ish - my husband gives the medication paper work to her and she asked about insurance he told her that i have not received my card yet but other locations use my SS card to find me , this woman looks at us and goes “this is not the dentist office or “other location” - we don’t do it like that” We said okay and just remained calm and got everything taken care of- this lady asked for my ID 4 different times because she couldn’t read what she needed the first time i guess and same to my address , I understand policy - i have been to many Walgreens Pharmacies before , and never have i witness such lack of work ethic with this girl. Horrible experience and not friendly AT ALL. Clean house with this one. NEVER AGAIN.

Worst pharmacy! zero in terms of everything..pathetic and rude service! We waited for more than an hour for Covid vaccine even though we had an appointment! Just before this, I had another apt for my dad at Walgreens on Goodman road, which took care of everything in 15 mins! Don’t waste your time by going to this walgreen especially the pharmacy store! The pharmacist starting with “S” should be fired immediately!

There is a perticular pharmacy tech who's rude and makes it so hard for me to get some of my prescriptions. After this refill I'm taking my business elsewhere. Because I feel like she's policing my medications that I desperately need. I normally don't run out before it's due but this time I did. And I know you can refill 2 days before the actual fill date and the insurance will pay for it. I was only trying to get it 1 day early and she told me the insurance won't pay til 3 days after the 30 day refill date. I've always had a problem with her no matter what it is. And I wish I knew her name but I could pick her out in a line up. I will never use this Walgreens again.

I have had multiple rude encounters with the pharmacist Nick. Going to the pharmacy is not a place you are going to for fun. It's usually to receive medication for a chronic illness or an scurry illness and you're not feeling your best. You expect the pharmacist to greet you & make you feel welcome. Well I have been harassed, humiliated, accused of receiving medication illegally all by this one pharmacist Nick. I been going to this pharmacy since 2016 & have a built a rapport with the other staff.

I am livid. I made an appointment at a Walgreens near my home for two flu shots. I waited in line until I could wait no longer with a three-year-old. No one would see me even though I made an appointment. No one even called my appointment number. I went to this Walgreens on the corner of 51 in church which is near where I work. I didn’t make an appointment because the appointment didn’t work for me last time and I’ve always gotten my flu shot at this Walgreens. And they wouldn’t see me because I didn’t have an appointment. So Walgreens has wasted my time and my three-year-old’s time twice to get a flu shot. And I am livid if you have an appointment only policy then answer your appointments. And if you have an appointment only policy state it online. It says nowhere online it is mandatory that you have an appointment. And I have always walked in for my appointments for the last 10 years .

Last time I was in the store one of your employees named Kadence Bell was extremely rude to me and my friends. She even proceeded to call my girlfriend big/fat which is highly inappropriate in a professional work environment. I’d appreciate it if something were to be done about this

I have to agree with Valerie, the pharmacist is very rude at this location and lacks the respect for customers, he barely said two words to my sister and treated her as if she was dumb for asking a question, why not nicely explain to her like any other pharmacist would have done, terrible customer service.
