The pharmacy lost my prescription. I have to have my medication, and they have already delayed it for a week. After scanning it, they set it aside, saying they needed to verify. That's understandable. Yet, what's not is how my whole prescription has disappeared. It's not in the system, and they don't have the prescription I gave them. I've never had a prescription come up missing in my entire life. I gave them the day and time it was dropped off. They need to roll the cameras and find out what happened. It didn't just grow legs and walk away. It's someone not paying attention to their job. I understand that they get several prescriptions a day. Yet, misplacing and losing one shouldn't happen. That's their job. Not to mention, the woman I spoke to was very rude. You choose your job. If you don't like it or can't do it. There's others out there.

I wanted to have look around this Walgreens since it is the closest to my home. I was pleased to see they stocked a few items I use on a regular basis. This store is clean and laid out like all of them. I will be back when I run low on the goodies I use so frequently. I did notice a few items they did not carry that another one a few miles down the road does.

I like this Walgreens. Some of the workers are very very polite and excellent. I've had to deal with one who isn't very much so however. She had glasses and a very bad attitude. I believe she was a manager. But she spoke to the other employees so rudely that I got angry.

It is ok store. It's a high dollar store every thing is higher than any other store in town. I hardly shop at Walgreens.

The wait here to simply pick up your prescription is absolutely RIDICULOUS! It’s been getting slower and slower but now it’s just crazy. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or wait in the drive-thru line, if you get out and go inside, there’s one employee helping both the windows anyway. Also have to wait all day for a simple pre-packaged prescription to be filled. I was told over the phone what time I could pick up my prescription since it wasn’t ready yet and when I went approx 4 hours later it still wasn’t filled. I waited in line backed up across the store to be told it wasn’t ready yet and had to wait longer while they pulled the package off the shelf and stuck it in a pharmacy bag for me.Maybe they can’t find good help like a lot of other places, but they need to figure something out.

I love this Walgreens. The pharmacy workers are the best! I am there several times a week. They always answer all my questions, are courteous, and understanding when I have to make changes to my orders. The lady at the beauty counter is awesome too. I've not dealt with management so I can't give my opinion of that, thus far.

Had a very pleasant pharmacy run today thanks to the pharm tech Ms.Cherokee. She was very professional, kind, and provided awesome customer service. Had switched pharmacies a cpl months ago, but will be coming back here. Now I’ll have to ask her what days she works. Lol.

I hate to trash a whole store over one employee, but... The Day shift pharmacist working in this store is very unprofessional. I went in to take care of a transaction and she acted like it was killing her to assist me and then the attitude I received made it worse. I have been giving my business to this store since it opened several years ago and the majority of the employees in the store have been very nice, but over the years, some of the pharmacists have been hit or miss. The current evening pharmacist and her staff are great, very helpful. My latest experience has made me decide that I will not visit this store again during the day shift as long as the current pharmacist is there and I will drive to another Walgreen's or I will take my business to another pharmacy. I guess having a pharmacy degree makes some people feel like they don't need to possess people skills or have a personality. Maybe someday everyone will understand that we live in a democracy and that we have choices and we don't have to settle for bad attitudes and bad service.

Issues with pharmacy when filling a medications for my son 1 day before I had filled it a month prior. The sign said they wouldn't refill before 30 days, but in actuallity it was 30 days from the pick up date. This was a Friday and we we're going out of town for the weekend. Considering changing the pharmacy. My children alone are on over $700 in medications monthly. I have contacted corporate. Asked for manager but not one was on duty apparently.

Usually, whenever there is an issue with a store & you bring it to their attention, they either fix it or explain why it can't be fixed. Well, if you have any issues with the pharmacy, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THE PHARMACIST!! When I told him the problem I was having, he said, "SO." I asked to speak with his boss, he told me he didn't have one, he WAS the boss!! I asked to speak with the store manager He said she was NOT his boss! He didn't let me speak with her so I went up there the next day. She was livid. So, if you ever have a problem with the pharmacy, probably best to just take it to the store manager. Who IS his boss.

Spend 2 hours on hold. Came up to the store while remaining on the call to find out the pharmacist was just playing on her phone in between customers putting all calls on hold indefinitely. 🙃 GFC

Horrible, try using my Va mission act urgent care pharmacy benefit. They have no idea what they are doing. They kept saying Tri care is my insurer. Not! They are suppose to go thru tri west. 110.00 out of Christmas money I don't have. Walgreens is contracted with the VA to provide this benifit. Not this one.

Most of the staff are cool,however there are about 3 employees who follow me around the store and act like they are stocking or re arranging the shelves every time I come here.smh You try to ignore things like this,but after the 10th time,it becomes annoying embarrassing and disrespectful.

I have to agree with Jim Wilson on his previous post, the pharmacist at this store is very unprofessional and insulting to customers, apparently we made the wrong choice when we gave this store number to our doctor to call in for prescriptions, Like the previous customer said in his post we all have a choice, I will be taking my business somewhere else.
