On Saturday, 7/15/23, I traveled 12 miles to this Horn Lake, MS store from East Memphis looking for an online advertised item. TS is big with online promotions. After having no luck finding my item I asked for help. The chatting-it-up-with-a-coworker cashier didn't even acknowledge me standing and patiently waiting when I approached. I finally interrupted to ask both where the plant bulbs were. One flatly said, "we have no bulbs", and nothing more. This was even after I explained they were shown online. No discussion. Nothing. On my own I kept looking and actually found a few. That cashier could have taken the time to walk me over and verify her statement. She didn't even take the time to check online inventory. I realized I should have called first. I noticed all the front end workers were somewhat unfriendly, self-absorbed and not greeting or giving eye contact, simply not trying to connect with customers. I won't be back and I caution customers who enter to accept very low expectations for reasonable customer service. You are on your own. Management needs to practice some useful in-house proactive Customer Service and hospitality training along with morale building. Although TS may present and compete as a useful supplier, I have to say my visit was a very sad and lonely experience.

This is a really nice store with a wide selection of pet products. It's also the only store--as far as I know--that carries Diamond Naturals dog food. Big kudos to the store associates as well. They are very friendly and welcoming!

Aimee and Melissa were absolutely amazing!!! They both were very patient with me. Answered all of my questions. They were very knowledgeable. It was solely because of my experience with them that I paid cash for a cub cadet zero turn mower. Woo hoo!!! Thank you tsc of horn lake and especially Aimee and Melissa!

I had the worst experience ever in there today. One cashier acknowledged me when I walked in. I was planning to buy 2 pair of boots and a few pair of jeans because of my past experiences there. I not once was asked if I needed any assistance by three young ladies movinga one rack. A "give me a second and I'll be right there".... Nothing. ... My little few hundred dollars wasn't worth their time I guess. Big Disappointment!!!!

Store is nice. Always has the products I need and very clean. But my issue is the speed of service . They are very slow and have no sense of urgency. It takes almost 5-10 minutes to finish up one person at the register

didn't have that happen, but I had placed an order for two items from tractor supply and the only place to do pickup was the horn lake location. When I got an email a couple days later saying my main item was not going to be available, if I didn't want the additional item, just don't pick it up and the order would be cancelled. Fast forward about 3 days and I got an email saying that I did pick up the item and that the email with charges would serve as my receipt. I called the manager and told her what happened. She said I would have to come there to get a refund. I told her I was not going to drive 30 miles for a refund and I was going to contact my credit card company. It was then that she refunded my PayPal account. 🤔

Tractor Supply is not just a farm implement store.Went in with a friend to get a tire tube patch and I came out with a couple brand-name T shirts.They offer a good selection of both mens and women's clothing, as well as goods for the farm!I found name brand and quality products !It's the kind of store where you go in for one thing and end up with a cart full!I've found a new place to shop !Seems they have everything, check them out!

Tre is one of the best guys we have ever dealt with at any TSC. He was helpful and worked with us after the horrible nightmarish time we had at the Senatobia store. Bjay was awesome too. Both are great at explaining things and made buying a zero turn an actual pleasure. Cannot thank them enough.

I think it's very sad that they do not offer a discount for Senior Citizens!!! Even the stores in Canada offer a discount one day a month!!!! I guess they feel that older adults who have worked hard all of their lives, and who now live on fixed income are not deemed as valuable customers!!!! Yet, we've done business with them ever since the store opened!!! I can buy most everything I need at a store that does offer rewards for seniors and loyal customers.

We bought a harness for our dog there and it broke shortly after we got it. I went back to the store with the broken harness showed them and they told me all my options (basically anything other than just getting money for it since I didn't have my receipt) so I just walked back and got a new harness. It was so easy and they were so nice!

This store is awesome! I just spoke to them on the phone regarding their 4Health dog food (which is wonderful) and our new special needs pup. The young lady was very helpful, patient and pleasant. Thank you, TSC!!

Today was my second time at this location in a month - and probably my last. No carts available first off - today's visit the only cart available upon entry had mats folded up on top of it. No carts in the lot. Where were they? We ended up getting a decrepit flat cart, think we had the same one on both visits, that was very difficult to maneuver around the store. It seems like the store was in a state of disarray. Also the cashier seemed to expect us to put the 35 lb. bags of seed on the counter for her to scan. In her defense, the counter did not allow her to maneuver very well. This is sad because this location is closer to my house, but I think we'll go back to the Collierville location. They have carts.

I have been to this store TWICE. And each experience has been great. The clerks are nice. This store has added a softline of clothing & shoes. This store even has a corral of baby chicks! They carried farm & home supplies such as fruit trees, horse & chicken feed. Rural decor for the rural homes. It's a great place!😊

There never seems to be enough help, sometimes prices are incorrect & they're not giving it to you for the price marked if it rings up for more! Some things aren't marked at all. They carry nice merchandise but I wouldn't shop there so frequently if they weren't the only ones locally who carry mini pig food.

Always have what I need when it comes to feed and pet products. Only reason for 4 stars in stead of 5, They also have great boots here but they need to do better at keeping multiple sizes in stock. Been 4 seperate times for boots recently and they are always out of stock in what we need. Frontier constantly gets my money over them for the same boots cause they have what I need. And I'm not ordering boots online thats something some people just have to do in person!!

This store has all kinds of animal feed plus all kinds of stuff for farm work--boots, shirts, hoodies. It also functions as a hardware store. It is a fun place to go through if you are interested in the outdoors.Check-out can be a bit slow, but not much of a problem. We buy all of our bird seed here and don't mind the wait.

We have shopped here often. We bought chicks here a few months ago. All are big and healthy now. My wife brought the boys here to find at least one of my Fathers Day presents, which I liked very much. My five year old and I were here Saturday, and we both had a good time looking at the interesting things. Of course, he found a Tractor Supply cap he had to have.

I’ve always liked this store... until I met Tara. The checkout lady. Me and my family always come here and buy out all of the blue buffalo large puppy breed dog food as we raise and breed cane corso puppy’s and we also USED To buy much much more here for our tractors, fences, etc. we did thousands and thousands of dollars of business at this sole location every year. Everything was going great until I checked out and TARA continued to made me and my father feel bad about not bringing our dogs in the store. No matter was reason we told her that we couldn’t do it most of the time, she made up another excuse to made us feel like Bad dog owners. She even Recommended me not coming back to the store. I Won’t be back because of TARA!!!

Expensive but mostly worth it. Their sales are good amd if you catch it early, the selection of insulated overalls is great. They lack in the ladies boot department.

I'm giving this 1 star because of the relationship between TSC and their delivery contractor XPO. When you're ordering something over a certain weight you have a choice to make: do I try to lug this thing myself or not? Fortunately TSC delivers! Yeah right....XPO will bring it, but they won't delivery it. They will dump it in your driveway unless you want to help their one driver bring it in, and they'll make you pay for helping. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR LUGGING IT YOURSELF!And here's where TSC is at fault: they should charge shipping and not DELIVERY. TSC's definition of delivery is more in line with the definition of shipping, and they should charge it as such. If the delivering company's definition of delivery is "bring it in the house" and TSC's is "ship it to a destination" then TSC and XPO need to get on the same page instead of charging customers twice to avoid the entire reason they paid for shipping to begin with.

Good luck getting help! The cashier asks if I need help with a load out, but there is no one around to help. I only go there because it is the closest place with the feed my senior horse needs.

This was my first time in a Tractor Supply store. Everyone was really nice and helpful. We got our propane tank refilled. Cheaper here than anywhere else we checked out. The store was smaller than I thought it would be.

I go to this location about once a month for my rabbits and theres always something that gets under my skin. When I walked in the cashier turned around to greet me by saying "hey" and that was it. I was expecting a how are you today or anything other than hey. Oh well, people have their days so I continued my walk to the back of the store for pellet bedding. The only bag of pellets they had for purchase was not only busted but all over the floor. It only took a matter of seconds for my cart to stop moving to where I had to pick up the cart to move it out of the mess. Somebody finally came to us and asked if we needed anything. I was hesitant to answer as this person had on a hoodie and jeans, no work vest or anything. She looked as if she was a customer. I still asked her if they had any pellet bags that weren't busted. She goes in the back of the store and ask somebody to grab it. The guy that was asked to grab it did not grab it and walked by me as I'm waiting without acknowledging me. This lady finally peeps her head out of the "EMPLOYEE ONLY" door and tells me to come back there. I was not only lead to the back of the store but was lead to further disappointment. She claimed to get the other bags it would take about 20 or 30 minutes so heres another busted bag were going to give you 10% off on. At this point, I don't really care anymore so I accepted and made my way back to the front cashier. The cashier had 2 or 3 different people tell her to take 10% off and she acknowledged both times she was told to. She still didnt take my 10% off. Although I had to go back in and correct her, she was very apologetic. If you have the extra gas, I'd definitely make the longer trip to another location.

My fiance and I were in purchasing dog food for our babies. The first bag we grabbed was ripped open clearly by a box cutter as you guys were unpacking. Anyways we approach the counter and the cashier CHEYENNE accused my fiance of cutting the bag himself. Like no mam that is not professional. Even if she was joking, the fact that she was assuming and thinking he seriously cut the bag for a tiny discount . Like forreal? C'mon. Very unprofessional. y'all please roll the tapes back cause we did no wrong and I don't appreciate being accused.

Love Tractor Supply. Its always a good experience because the staff is friendly and helpful. If theres an issue with a purchase they dont hassle you about the return. Its the main reason I always shop at TS.
