I was buying a variety of wood for a home project. I asked an employee (Jackie) in the lumber department for some advice. Jackie was overly helpful and very courteous. At the same time that Jackie was assisting me he was also kindly assisting other customers in the lumber department along with keeping the lumber department organized.I also bought a microwave and had excellent service from a lady but I didn’t catch her name . Very helpful though.This sets this home depot in the 5 stars category in my opinion.

The Home Depot website is pretty easy to navigate. I couldn’t find the exact thing I was looking for, but it was simple to find that they didn’t have it.

I really like Home Depot. They always have plenty of stock and most of the associates are very friendly, courteus and helpful. Although I do think somethings can be foun at Lowe's for a lesser price.

Wood selection was not the best on this visit, looked like everything had been rummaged through and no one fixed it. Lots of displays up in many aisles was annoyingLots of employees just standing aroundNice lady working at the paint counterNice young male cashier in the wood section

Could not take my debit card, we tried many times. I have had this issue before. They blame my bank, but the card worked when I went across the road to Lowes. This was my last attempt at home depot unless I have cash. This whole process Sunday cost me about 1hr & 1/2...making me late. 😞

Terrible service and quality. Bad wood pieces and wrong types of wood in framing sections. Bad attitudes low knowledge. Knocked my phone off ledge. Muscled up by big guy with no clue what was going on and manager just kept hiding for hours. Told system was down, wood was correct, then it wasn’t. Employees couldn’t figure anything out and I’ll never be back. Bought $800 of wood elsewhere and in a pro member.

They always have what I need. But the cases of water they are selling for $1.00 needs to be moved to the back of the store, people form lines that block the aisles and the registers.

My Dad Ordered fencing material on 2/23, it was delivered on 2/25. Scheinder Trucking delivered & tore up our yard with the fork lift. During the delivery, the driver got stuck in the yard so my 86yr old Dad, a VETERAN & RETIRED Police officer, that always shops at Home Depot & swears by the Veteran discounts was trying to help the Truck driver and was going to get him a PC of plywood to put under the fork lift tired & he fell backwards on a slab of Concrete, the driver came up to my hse to tell my my Dad was down, . We had to call The Ambulance for my Dad to go to the hospital!!! The Truck driver was very nice & looked very concerned, so I'm not downing him. I called Home Depot, I talked to several peop trying to get a Manager,, finally got CHUCK on the phone 2/25 he said he would have to forward this info to Scheinder & find out if anything could be done, but usually Home Depot Won't do Anything! No call from anyone, 3/2 I call again Talked to Jessica says she is a Manager & is trying to call Cedric to see where the original complaint I filed with Chuck is and what Is being done.3/7 Still No One Has Called to even see if my Dad is okay from the fall from trying to help the Truck Driver that got the fork lift stuck in our yard & tore our yard up. Terrible Customer Service.

Curbside pickup it’s a joke. It’s been 35 minutes and I’m still waiting for my order. Bad use of personnel. 4 associates are currently being used to rearrange the grills and smokers outside 🤦‍♂️. First and last time I come here.

Was going for window blinds at a certain size and finally found them here is why I'm giving 5 stars. All 3 other Walmarts in the area did not have them. Good to have a store that keeps the fast buying products in stock.
