I often visit this Target for drive-up orders, especially after its recent makeover. They've relocated the drive-up section to the back, which suits me fine. However, today marked my fourth visit, and once again, they forgot significant items in my order. On the last two occasions, they asked me to drive to the front to collect the other half of my order, which is frustrating. Today they left out four items. Three orders of toilet paper which is a lot and gain detergent which costs $16. Like how did they miss those items? The staff member assisting me today claimed they only bring out the order, and they’re not aware of the items. Which doesn't make sense. They require a better system to ensure all items are included. While I appreciate the option to report missing items, it's inconvenient as I rely on these purchases. And the refund isn’t instant. Missing items may force me to seek alternatives. It's disappointing as it contradicts the purpose of notifying them of my arrival. I'm thoroughly annoyed; they need to improve their process.

I had a pleasant shopping experience here today. Some aisles are not as organized as others, but it’s small enough to look over. They have some great candles on sale, good quality materials, and I love the location of this facility.

Found an item on the store shelf that has a price sticker on it. It would not ring up at the register so the very nice gentleman asked another coworker for assistance and they both had no luck. They radioed the person in charge and he replied rudely that it’s been discontinued so we couldn’t buy it. Huh funny it has a price sticker with the price on it. Laziness on his part. The people at the register were amazing.

Candace asked me to ride with her, she wanted a sweater from here. I had never been to this location and was eager to explore the store. I always enjoy the clean feel of target, they do a good job at merchandising and selection. I checked out the food section which had a good bit considering they had no fresh produce etc. I did like seeing the album selection they offered and the turntables. I was impressed at the book variety they offered. I didn't get as much time as I would like, but I will go back at some point. It is nice to see the spring selections out, bye bye winter!

Placed pick up order, and ordered the wrong product, also added items already in my cart, not paying attention to the fact that those are to shipped. After I was notified that my order was ready for pick up. Driver to store and only one item was brought out. Latoya was the person that brought my order out, and was very helpful. Obviously I was very disappointed that I didn’t get the items I wanted. Latoya went back into the store, and came out to show me where I made the mistake when ordering. She showed me on my phone where I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, and the items that were in my cart would be delivered to my home on Wednesday. She also gave me a $5 Target gift card for my inconvenience, although I made the mistake, who does that . Latoya took my number and called me to assure everything was taken care of. Thank you Latoya for that great customer service. And thank you Target for hiring amazing people 😊

Very friendly Target. The manager is a nice caring gentleman. I had an issue helping a random guest in the bathroom. He was very kind and helped out and made things easier. I and the lady needing help, very much appreciated him and the other floor ladies that helped too. Thank you.

Full cart, full store, lots of customers, 2PM on a Saturday. No checkout options other than do it yourself. Left cart and walked out. Not doing your job for you. Won't tolerate the lack of an option (if you want to DIY, that's fine... I don't). Target... it cost you a fairly large sale.

I've been going to Target for the last 3 weekends for the PVC Medium STALL shower curtain. They're not in stock in none of area's Target stores. Also, I purchased this Wireless Charger for my Android phone, and it doesn't charge. The description on the back states it can be used for Apple AND Android devices. I will be returning it this weekend.

Waited in checkout for close to 10 minutes and as soon as we were next in line the cashier said we had to get at the end of another line because she was leaving, she did not tell us at all while we were waiting and my deaf mom was furious we had to get back at the end of another line. She surely could have finished checking out the people who were in line prior to closing. She also rolled her eyes at us as my mom was trying to explain we had already been waiting in line for awhile

I went to pick up my drive up order a little earlier than the 2 hour window, and when I got in someone told me it was too early. I asked if I could cancel the order and just go get the product myself. The problem was when I went to get the duvet cover it was not on the shelf. I guess you could see the confusion on my face, because the sweetest worker asked if she could help me. I am so thankful she saw me! She was asking around and radioing people, and she found my duvet I had ordered. There was only 1 in stock and it was in the back. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! That is the best customer service!! I wish I would have caught her name, but she was working picking items for drive up at horn lake target on 10-12 at 8:00ish! I am so thankful she saw my confusion and helped! 😊

First impression of the store: dirty exterior. Garbage throughout the parking lot and the curb along the storefront. This is unlike Target. The inside, however, is clean and organized. I found what I needed fairly quickly. The cashier on register 6 working yesterday afternoon was so sweet and funny.

The store was immaculate. The aisles were neat & orderly. All of this store softlines were very neat. No clothing on the floors. The store during this hour was somewhat crowded. The checkout lines were long BUT in less than 5 minutes the lines disappeared! Which means this group of cashiers & managers & floor crews were on point. Bravo Target!

I was in this location yesterday 5/27/22 around 3:30, and I just want to say whoever that gentleman was, working in the electronics section needs a raise! There was this completely unhinged woman screaming at him about a pay as you go phone. The amount of patience this man had was commendable! I had just clocked out of my customer service job and came to Target to “treat myself” after being verbally run over all day by customers. I felt so bad for him as she caused a scene that could be heard all the way from the toy section. Kudos to you electronics man!

This morning a little after 8 there was ONE store clerk checking out and I was behind TWO store clerks checking out with her with personal items. They both had big baskets with kitchen aid products getting 60-90% off which I found odd. But regardless if it was legit or shady they shouldn't be allowed to check out like that on the clock with a line of customers waiting.

Ordered microwave 1000 watts on sale in afternoon and it was ready for pickup after work. There was no line, no waiting and the sales person was very nice and courteous
