waiting in line to load money only one worker at front.. I been up here for 5 minutes at least. Only customers checking out at self checkout! And the security guard basically outside… rate 1! Price’s already high. So treat customers better & be quicker on our behalf.. rate 0 if I could!! & the workers always on there phone!! The second picture is at 10:20pm worker on her phone!! Update: they looking for a worker named kourtney or however you spell it! Workers telling me excuses! The registers are literally still open! Update: today front end manager created an argument with me before that she approached me very wrong. I walked away from her checked out. Had to come back returned one item she started an argument over the money I spent. Brand new item....shurika or however you spell it. Front end supervisor also was clocked out behind the counter creating scenes!! Recommend another location and a new worker! If this continues why ? It's not about customers until a lawsuit come in place y'all weird acting!!

The place is okay I just wish the self checkout and the other side of the store was open because every time I come it's always closed and I know you don't have enough staff to help check out. but recently y'all have a problem with people hanging around begging for money to your customers just today this man was begging for money so he and his son can check into a motel when in fact the guy is not homeless at all. I feel the next time the management needs to call the police so you don't have people like this harassing your customers, I have seen it enough times at my local Walmart or any other department stores in which you have individuals who pretend to be homeless begging for money this happens every spring or summer and it's frustrating.

Depends which location you go in and I never really went in on a daily basis until I started doing instacart on the side and let me say Kroger as a whole is great company love to shop there decent prices except in cosmetics lol but the employees 🤦🏻‍♀️ some are very nice helpful greet you coming in and out of store etc that very few and most just rude. Example imagine you are checking out at self check if you have over 15 items when you hit pay now it’s going to prompt help is on the way meaning an employee has to come punch there code in and ok that you did in fact scan this many items however you can be waiting for a min until you physically get one’s attention to come help or they will huddle at the kiosk in the center and talk about you reference your makeup shoes lashes lol like I’m not joking will full on pick you apart while your standing there waiting for the help that’s on the way. I assume they don’t think you can hear them because it is very awkward or when you are in the store late say about 9:30 they start pulling back stock and pallets from the truck out on the floor and the groups that are friends I assume working together will subliminally make comments to let you know hurry up because you are in the way 😂

Quick visit typical layout. Well stocked shelves. The day I went corporate was there so you'd expect them to be on best behavior. For the most part that was true one girl up front was less than eager to to engage in a conversation. On previous visits we've experienced the same thing. It is completely a mixed bag although most of the bag is rotten....

The young florist in that department was amazing! !!!I live an hr away, had drove down to get a curb side pickup of hydrangeas at S__ club for my daughter’s baby shower the next morning. The order was canceled by them. I was in a panic. I called different florist but no one could help me I such a short timeframe. I decide to stop by Kroger and see what they had. When I ask the florist for help, explained my situation, she was more than happy to help me. She went above and beyond to help me with get what I needed to make it a very special time for my family. She even supplied me with a container and supplies to make sure the delicate hydrangeas made the 1.5 hr ride it 100+ temps home!We all need to stride to be this helpful and generous of a personTHANK YOU SO MUCH!

Sorry excuse for grocery store over priced and poor selection but you know what thats par for course when you go too a kroger in a low to medium income area. Goto hernando or oxford and you have freshier meat and vegetables to choose from. I suggest for people to find better stores like piggly wiggly or save alot in olive branch or batesville to shop at it maybe longer drive but your savings will help your dollar to go further. But thats my opinion

They only ever have 1 side of the selfcheck out open when the lines are backed down the aisle. Went to Piggly Wiggley and all registers are open, baggers, etc in and out no problem. KROGER pay attention to the Pig. I DO LOVE PHARMACY!

We ate nearby so I decided to stop in and see what vegan foods and kombucha they had. I was not so impressed with the store for it did seem older, small and did not have the most clean feel to it. I though am used to Publix. I was discouraged not to find things so very easily. We circled the entire store before finding the section in question. I was grateful though it was wiped out! I did get a brand of tofurky sandwich slice I haven't had before, it was an Italian slice. I also found my favorite kombucha tart cherry and it was 20. Cheaper than publix. I would go here again if I was close, but would not go out of my way.

I have been in many krogers in my area and this one in particular I wouldn’t go to even if it was the last store open. I have been in this store a handful of times and every single time I go into this location the smell of rotting fish is so strong it makes my nose burn. I shouldn’t smell fish at the front of the store as soon as I walk in, I tried to walk through the store but the middle of the store by the drinks I couldn’t stand the smell and started gagging. Absolutely disgusting.

This location does not provide carts for consumers. Instead, consumers are required to locate their own cart outside and bring it into the store.Rather than provide shopping carts, the store chooses to utilize space to store more items for sale. This is not a one-off experience. I’m a weekly shopper for years and it remains a constant issue.

I went to this location yesterday with my little boy. I had a basket full of groceries and as I was leaving out the manager of the store (named Lorenzo) offered to help me put my groceries in the back of my truck. Little did he know I was having a bad day and that small yet kindly gesture lightened my spirit.

Cart full of merchandise, one child at the front and she's looking at her feet not trying to help any customers, then her little friend arrives they start talking. Myself and another customer with full cart. The children that claim to work there not lifting a finger to assist. Not a manager in site.

12/30/22, I was in this Kroger looking for Spiral Ham and/or fresh Catfish. I approached the small display of hams and asked was this all THEY had.. ? The female who was stocking MEAT IN FRONT OF HAM DISPLAYturned and said, "that's it, that's all I got", in a nasty tone.Later, I approached the FRESH Meat asked: "is there anyone working this department, as I saw no one behind the counter.?THE SAME LADY WHO I WAS NOW FACING SAID: "WHAT DO YOU NEED, YOU JUST GOT HERE": IN AN EVEN NASTIER TONE.Then an employeeBehind the meat couner appeared, and she repeated my ORDER to the lady behind the meat counter.I repeatedly told the. nasty lady. "I had no ide, she was the meat counter employee.. Point being: she was SO NASTY, with no reason to be. I had a right to question where the fresh meatPerson was, when no one was behind the counter.Her attitude was BEYOND REPROACH! Just saying! Horrible Customer Service. I pass 2 Kroger to get to this one!

Had no problems with Kroger put they need more cashiers some people are in a hurry and don't want to wait in line 15 minutes and self check out is hard for the elderly and handicapped

I have great experience shopping here, the staff are always ready to please. I am handicapped if I can't find a motorized shopping cart, I have called into the store and the guys up front will bring one out. I always find what I need. Very clean store, meat is always fresh. Glad to have this Kroger in my neighborhood.

The food and selection are good. Seems to be fairly good quality. My issue is with a few of the workers I've interacted with. Most recently, during checkout the cashier and bagger were chatting. Not an issue in itself. I don't expect perfection from anyone especially not two high schoolers stressing about tests. However, hearing constant swearing and cursing back and forth with F this, B that, and N N N is simply not professional. Neither is pulling out your cell phone while you're working, but that's besides the point. Complain about whatever you want, but please keep the language professional.

As soon as I stepped into the store all I smelt was rotting meat. I walked all the way to the ice cream isle and still smelt the rotting smell. When I got to the area I was looking for half the items were dirty with something I couldn't make out and had to search for one with out any gross stuff on the outside.

I came to this location because I went to Target. I noticed the store was smaller than the other locations but I still proceeded inside. There is a small selection of baby foods and the formula was not stocked up. Everything I picked up was WIC approved yet I had to pay for the entire purchase out of pocket. The lady at the register was not very helpful with trying to figure out why my items were not going through. She was too concerned with going on break and told me to call someone but never gave me the number before running off. First and only time shopping at this location.

Went in to pickup as many as I could of one item, but only one pack on normal shelf, and three on an upper "stock" shelf. One of the cashiers came and assisted me. Great staff!

Visit to the grocery store this evening, arriving at 10:15, and the doors are locked and an employee outside says that they are closed. I wish businesses would update their closing times here and elsewhere online when they decide to start closing early. I was here maybe a month ago and they were still open until 11pm. Why change it? Also why not an update to the closing time when the change is made? Very upset that the store has no conscious to consider the people who get out and drive all the way here for the store to be closed. I expected more from Kroger, especially this location.

What happened to the customer service at this location, the employees use to be nice and caring, but now they don’t care, their attitudes are nasty and their rude. Sharika “the key holder” needs a training class on customer service because she is very unprofessional and she doesn’t have a clue on what’s she’s doing. And don’t ask for assistant manager Palmoore, it was around 8pm and she told another employee to tell me that she got off at 5pm and she couldn’t come from the back unloading a truck to speak with me. I never knew Kroger made their employees stay past their shift to work off the clock for no pay.

Store was not clean no sales person in site. Honestly these big box stores advertise like they are deep cleaning the baskets to help stop the Covid19 virus however baskets are all in the parking lot and they put a roll of paper towels and spray bottle out for you to clean the basket after you’ve had to bring the basket in from the parking lot. I also seen an employee with mask not on however there is a constant reminder over the intercoms that customers have to wear there mask.
