Horrible I’ve lived at horn lake for 17 years and today I had the worse experience with one of the cash registers, she’s black and wears glasses braided hair, grown women they need to fire her she’s very unprofessional and racist! The rest of the crew I love never I’ve had an issue with.

I have heard the Memphis news on the "sanitation and pest" issues, I did not think this store was that. I did and have noticed very very empty shelves. I can understand a few things, but this was more than a few things. I also noticed how some of the isles were so very tight and cramped. I guess it's either all or nothing, needless to say I did not make any purchases today.

I Went To This Place Today And Got Racially Profiled By A Young White Woman.... All Of The Customers Were At The Checkout Line... And I Walked In And Literally Went Down One... Maybe Two Aisles... Keep In Mind... LITERALLY NO ONE ELSE IS WALKING AROUND THE STORE.... But She Saw Me Walk In With My Hoodie On And Assumed... I Was Going To Steal Out Of A ...WAIT FOR IT... DOLLAR STORE... She Yells Loud Enough For Me To Hear And Says "AND WE GOT BRAND NEW CAMERAS TOO" 🤦🏽‍♂️🤣... Then Proceeds to try to tell me... "you'll be surprised" and "you mustve felt like I was talking about you"... MA'AM... who else were you talking to?... the folks at the Checkout counter??? Yea ok... I was born at night... not last night... its 2023 and its a shame that PEOPLE still have to deal with IGNORANCE... I have a job... I dont have to steal from anyone... ESPECIALLY... FAMILY DOLLAR...

Store has so much potential with its wide variety and selection of various products. But the store is barely and poorly maintained and the staff is unfortunately rude, inconsiderate and clearly they do not take their job seriously. In other words, there are worth no more than $1/hour... Appropriately! Dollar general in Horn Lake is my choice over this Family Dollar location any day

Personal are very courteous and polite. Store is always clean and not dirty with all merchandise in boxes or on the floor. They do work in this store. From the top employee to the bottom employee they all work.

Friendly staff and it was easy to find the things I needed. They also asked if I had the app downloaded on my phone for the sales but I didn't so I was told how to do it.

They NEVER, EVER, NEVER allow cash back. This store is always clean. I'll rate this store a 4 ONLY because the employees and the cleanliness. Either do cash back, or just don't offer it.
