I went in to buy products from the Black History collection. I was told by the lady smoking outside they probably had them on a truck. A truck that had not been unloaded. 2/11/2024

This Dollar General is horrible I used to go often but the employees are rude. They tear the $5 off of $25 off the bottom of your receipt every time. When you try to add your phone number it’s a race to see who’s faster. I used to go to Dollar General a lot but why do they offer a digital account if the workers are so against a customer using it. I’ve just decided it’s a waste of time to even go here anymore. Family Dollar is right next door and they don’t mind customers utilizing the digital offers.

Second time I shopped here and it was filthy, merchandise thrown all over the floor cardboard boxes everywhere. Some aisles completely blocked. It looked like a tornado had been through and only one girl working I have never seen such a mess someone should CK on this manager!!

Trash. Junky cluttered aisles, empty shelves, and employees are more interested in having convos with random people than doing any work. I could manage this store better and I'm not joking.

An okay location for quick needs. This used to be my go-to place for a particular hair product, but it's been out of stock as of late. Actually, shelves in general seem to be on the empty side. Not sure why, but I've found myself shopping here less unless I just don't feel like going into bigger stores.

I don't know what the problem is (yes I do) with the dollar general stores in this area but someone needs to clean house. Figuratively and LITERALLY!! I drove from Southaven to horn lake because our brand new store has very little inventory and even less help!While the horn lake store certainly has inventory(so much so you can't move around the store) they are lacking in help.Not to mention your doors AND registers clearly state face coverings required your cashier wasn't required....A customer that was ready to check out was walking around the store yelling, "hello??? Does anyone even work here???"Clearly your hiring process needs looked into. Management is lacking in BOTH stores and it shows.....

I had to go there 2 times, the employee handed me one bag and didn't give me my Laundry detergent, in other bag. Got home and didn't have, all I paid for, so I had to go back to get what I had already paid for. There is nothing that upsets me more than a neglegent employee, go figure?!!!

The older woman was so rude. She ignored me as I waited at the register while she was bringing chairs inside so I had to find a nice lady to check me out. When I was leaving out the older rude woman nearly hit me with a basket and didn't even excuse herself. Obliviously she hates her job and people.

On the morning of 8.19.19, I waited at the checkout counter for a couple of minutes. Although there were two workers in close proximity of the register, neither did anyone come (or get someone else to come) to check me out, nor did either of them acknowledge the fact that I was standing there at all. So, I left. There are too many dollar stores close by to wait forever at one and not be served.

They is so rude 😠.. I use my coupons for a whole week straight and they had been looking irritating everyone and finally on day 4 the manager say I can't take your coupons... Why have a app to save and not honor it... Didnt speak or anything... This store is more convenient for me because I have four kids and it is within a mile of my house but I will never return to this store and I recommend anyone who using coupons do not come to this location!!!!

This was the most cluttered, disorganized dollar general I've ever been to in my life. All I wanted was a notebook and ALL of them were thrown in bins mixed in with all the other stationary/office supplies next to empty shelves. The entire store was basically like this. EVERYTHING was EVERYWHERE. I settled on a notebook I found on a clearance table ,only to be informed by the ONLY employee I saw in the store, it was misplaced there, didn't belong on that table and would be triple the price. Wow. Did I mention I'm 8 months pregnant? So digging in bins on the floor was NOT the hilight of my day.

Dollar General the best Dollar aisle for shopping for many house and personal needs. Those of you reading this post and shop at dollar general in Horn Lake, MS you know what I'm talking about. Those of you that don't shop dollar general you are missing out on great deals!! I love shopping and I always shop for great deals and this is one of my stores I get my money worth.

This is the worst place to shop around here for anything. Management have no clue what's going on or don't care. I had a cashier want to argue for no reason cause she raised her voice at me and I told her she didn't have to act mean she went off told me call my boss I don't care. I try not to go there.
