Male cashier chatty and curteous. Floors littered with bits and pieces of paper as though floor not swept in a week. Bits of merchandise laying on the floor and stock blocking aisles which prevented passage of shoppers. This store made an impression on me, but certainly not in a favorable manner.

It was well organized and clean in appearance. Staff was helpful and considerate. Not a 5 due to parking. Be aware: There is only one way to enter and leave. Even though there appears to be an exit at one side of the store. THERE IS NOT! The way you came in is the ONLY way out.

have been in Dollar general stores all over the states..this store in Holly Springs Mississippi is hands down the absolute worst I've ever seen! The ugliest, messiest part about it was the store managers attitude. I had been to this store several times in the past few months since I moved here at the beginning of the year and have never seen it in the shockingly atrocious state I experienced today! There were products strewn and tossed in the middle of the aisles to where it was impossible to walk down an aisle on two feet let alone with a cart nor with a cane(which I use, or a walker that my s.o. uses) for fear of imminent danger!! And I'm not talking about just ONE aisle with a few items tossed about...I am talking about EVERY. SINGLE. CARD. in the greeting card section was on the floor! There were bare sections of shelves in 10 foot lengths in the $1 aisle because ALL of the products were thrown on the floor...no way could you attempt to find anything in the pet care area of the store..it was crazy!! I seriously thought a group of teens or ruffians came and demolished the store! We gave up finding all we needed and went to get in line and I asked the person(she was outside yelling on the phone when we entered..we thought it was an angry customer cursing out her boyfriend) what had happened in here...she said oh its cold in here, 'corporate won't let me turn this heat on' I thought it was quite comfortable and said 'no this mess, I've never seen it like this' she stated 'Me, I'm the store manager and just got back from having my baby and nothing was done while I was gone and now they're cleaning it right!' It's sad, every employee we came across had that kicked puppy look to them and any other time I've been in there all the ladies were always super friendly and happy and truly welcoming...this manager lady not only destroyed 'her store' but destroyed her employees' spirits...I wasn't condoning her tacky, ugly nastiness so I left my $$100 worth of items in my basket, in line and walked out...truly a disgusting experience of a woman with 'authority' ...calm yourself lady get off your power trip...its just dollar general ffs

Terrible store dont never have nothing but empty shelves and carts in aisle that has been sitting for weeks because nobody never stock the shelves need to shut them down

I usually go to this restaurant but this time I wasn't so happy. The burger was old, dry and cold. The cashier wasn't very friendly. Could do better with customers service

Chase and his staff all have good attitudes, willing to guide you in the right direction when you can't find something. Fast, professional and friendly.

Convenient location, store is usually messy though. Some clientele can be a little rough on the eyes, but not DG fault. ☺
