This walmart is so nice since the renovation. Just left Walmart Vision, Center picking up my glasses. First time using them. They were so sweet and helpful. I am so happy with them.

I had the worst experience today at Walmart!! There was a box of blueberry energy packets and it was open and a little damaged. But it had all 10 packets inside and they were perfectly fine. It was the last box they had and I took it to customer service to see if I could get it marked down. One lady went to do it and another lady took it and said they were putting it in damaged goods. I insisted that I would pay for it and she wouldn't let me purchase it. It was for my daughter and I have never had a staff member treat me like that. Normally they mark it down and let you bug it. That lady was very petty and I'm disappointed in Walmart!!

Had a pick up order ready came to my local Walmart only to find every curbside spot to be filled with cars waiting for their orders as well as cars with shoppers that were in the store. Called the pick up department no manager was available and the associates informed me I could wait or come back tomorrow because there is nothing they could do. I asked if I could come inside and pick up my order and was told no. Took me almost an hour to get my Christmas pants for my family gathering …

You can no longer check out at this store. They have no employees, managers that refuse to help anyone and 2 out of 8 self check out lanes open. I would rather order on Amazon then deal with this place

Most of the employees such as Cashiers are unfriendly. The floor employees definitely don’t care about their job or customers. The store took away the benches for people to sit and wait for someone shopping or checking out. I hardly shop here anymore when I visit family.

Pretty poor morale through the store among employees. They've given up due to poor management, IMO.Customers see poor performance & bad behavior go unaddressed, while excellent performance goes unacknowledged.Customers don't respect that type of atmosphere.You may have many customers, but are they loyal anymore? Nope. 👎

Really nice fresh and clean Walmart Super Center... This review was originally written back in 2022.... UPDATE 2024.... Walmart must really love this store because they just spent a ton of money remodeling the store in early 2024.... Now it's squeaky clean and brand-new all over including the freshly coated and newly striped parking lot.

customer service can't complete a simple return on a bb/pellet gun because they can't differ between it and a real weapon. toy gun arrived damaged and essentially broken in half. we had receipts and everything.

I asked 5 people to get someone to jewelry and they all said I dont work in that department I can't call anyone, 1 girl acted like she didn't even know where she was and she was stocking the jewelry and just walked away.

Stopped for a couple of items and found a gluten free area. Carried a few more items (that I’ve not seen in Kroger) that I really like! Such as more choices for the Canyon Bakehouse bread and Nature’s Bakery that I love.

Always seem to be out of stock on a lot of items. Their pet food selection aisle is pathetic. Small selection and what they do have they don’t restock it enough. Look at the expiration date on this bag, it’s now November 7th 2018 and this expired back in March.

Good Walmart well stocked, clean and friendly. However I would check prices, the milk is 90c a gallon more than the Goodman road Walmart in Horn Lake - also in DeSoto county. It's milk people how do charge me 90c more on Walmart milk?

Staff is incredibly rude in the deli. Went to the store on numerous occasions to attempt to order a cake and get some sliced meats. Never got help for the cake, ordered elsewhere. Was cussed by employee for being friendly about them not having a product in stock.

An odd thing just happened. At the self check out, when i had completed my transaction, the lady overseeing that area of self checkout, barged in and rated herself 5 stars- or what else was she rating? Had no interaction with her, but the manager will think I rated her 5 stars. If anyone cares, the attached photo shows the terminal, with date and time. Video will be clear. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Kinda sleazy.

The store is hot, like the air isn't working. It's probably the warmest Walmart I've been into. There was no body on the registers when I went during graduation week, but the self checkout on the pharmacy side only had 2 operating machines at the time I was there with no employees in that area. I decided to go to grocery side self checkout since they had an employee there who could help me with the coupon. The employees that were there were nice but didn't seem too happy to be there. If I had other options to go shopping, I would. Kroger is an option, but I like to do a stop shop and not make multiple stops. So if I can get everything from Kroger then you'll see me there.

The store is great, the employees are not. On multiple occasions I've taken my daughter to try on clothes and will have to wait on 5-6 employees to get done hanging out, cursing, and pulling tags off product to put things on, then eventually someone will mutter that the rooms are open. This seems to be the worst area of the entire store. Currently waiting on my daughter to try on bathing suits, have yet to be acknowledged by any employee and have actually been shoulder checked by one employee that was trash talking customers.

The grocery pickup staff on duty today acted inappropriately towards my husband. They called him and told him they’d be out with his order soon. After waiting 30 minutes, my husband called for an update, and the associate on the phone laughed at him, called him a racial slur, and told him to calm down. They did not have enough grocery pickup spots available, so my husband parked a few spots down and told the associate repeatedly where to find him. The manager on duty, Chartrese, told him he was supposed to park in the designated area, negating the fact that my husband could NOT park there and that he communicated this several times to the staff. Incredibly unprofessional.

I know someone that just went into Walmart this morning to get an oil change and their tires rotated and balanced. They were there when walmart opened the autocenter. The usual slow _ss walmart doesn't have enough workers to start working on car. This person just got out close to lunch time. It took slow _ss Wal-Mart practically 4 hours to do a simple oil change and balance tires. A 5 yr old could have done a quicker job than slow _ss Wal-Mart. Then they r slow, have attitudes, and u really wonder what else they are doing? Walmart isn't a deal if they can't come into work on time, can't do the job correct every time, and then if other oil change companies can do it in 30 minutes. why cant Wal-Mart? When it takes walmart 4 hours to do an oil change. U aren't saving any money. You are being robbed of time to get other things done. Which time is money . You don't save money and live better at Wal-Mart . You get screwed over and wonder if the job was done correctly at Wal mart. Then the techs are so poorly trained. You have to be thinking " what r they screwing up on my car?" One woman on the internet had an oil.change done on her car. They say it caught on fire after she got her oil change done at walmart. They prob didnt remember to put the oil cap back on tightly. Who knows they probably just took the cap off and didnt even change the oil. People need to start thinking about getting ur car worked on at Walmart. U need to start comparing the quality of walmarts products. Wal.mart is pathetic!!!

I went to get a new charger and charger box for my phone. I was able to find was a combo set, the set back is you have no choice as to the length of your charging cord. The good thing about it was it was only $16 and the box is a duel charging box plus the prongs are adjustable so you can plug into any outlet.
