Don’t use this pharmacy. The front staff are good but the pharmacy doesn’t have their stuff together. It’s the least reliable pharmacy around.UPDATE: You can call days ahead, prepare them half a week in advance of your fill date, whatever. Nothing you do will help them fill a prescription in a timely manner. Don’t stress yourself out by trusting this store with your medical needs.

This location should be on the closing list soon! The worst customer service and pharmacy availability of any pharmacy I’ve ever been to in this country and many others. Would make a better location for another Mexican restaurant Vs a pharmacy.

Really nice employees in store. Unfortunately online orders are always cancelled. Had a ship to store order that was “lost”. So I always have online orders placed at Horn Lake where they seem reliable. Wish things could be more consistent. Love the tall sweet cashier guy and sweet lady around cosmetics. I know they are all doing their best.

I have thought for years that the Southaven Walgreens was the worst I have ever dealt with....Congratulations to the Hernando Walgreens! You take the cake on being the absolute WORST Pharmacy. Wait on hold for extremely extended times, get hung up on, attitude from employees, 20+ minutes waiting in the drive through with two cars ahead, NEVER shipping prescriptions when ordered unless I call after a few days and ask why it hasn't been shipped. Even going so far as to tell me just to come pick it up myself. I am in the process of moving all of our prescriptions because, despite what should be convenience of a drive through Pharmacy, this is without a doubt the worst place I have ever had to deal with.

Pharmacy is complete trash! I understand your system for processing prescriptions is down. Prescriptions that were already filled prior to the digital issue only have to be checked out. Also, your hours are 9:00-6:00 on Saturday’s I showed up at 9:15. If you can be on time you should be fired. Sick people should not have to wait on disrespectful individuals. If I could zero stars I would. Your mess up caused a hold on a prescription my child needed and insurance was not available. Thankfully the manager at the Craft Goodman store fixed the issue and filled the needed prescription.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrendous. Unfortunately, my insurance makes me use Walgreens, but it looks like that they are all terrible. Rx's are always out of stock, the staff are very rude and short, don't bother calling, you'll be on hold forever.

Update: This pharmacy is still terrible on so many levels. Had an appt for a shot....still had to wait an hour for the pharmacist because he 'was so busy'. I had an APPOINTMENT...not my problem you are the only one on duty. He was very rude about it. The drive thru is always so long...and the employees are usually not friendly at all. I dread coming here for my prescriptions.Don't use this Walgreen's for your FedEx drop off! I dropped a package off Monday at 5 pm, 2-day shipping for Valentines Day....I watched her scan the packages...yet there was no scan showing until Tuesday, the next day at 630 pm when the FedEx driver picked it up!! Needless to say, it's Valentines Day and my packages still show in Memphis, scheduled for delivery tomorrow! FAIL!

The pharmacy customer service is horrible. Let me be clear the pharmacist, Andrew or Andy is horrible. He's definitely in the wrong profession. Customer service is key and he lacks terribly in that area. I would give him a zero if it was possible. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Also a technician there is a thief and it's covered up by the pharmacist! I'm just saying just because it shows that the pill count was circled and initialed doesn't mean all of your pills are there. I was told that the tape would be pulled and the technician must've double counted but I got nothing! I will never go there again to have a prescription filled. Liars!

Pharmacy won’t answer the phone. You sit on hold for 20+ minutes, then it starts ringing, so you think they are going to answer and then they just hang up on you. I stopped using them because of this and went to Walmart. Walmart discontinued one of my meds, so had it called in at Walgreens and still have the same issue after over a year not doing business with them. Guess it’s time to go to Kroger or CVS because I won’t spend another dollar at Walgreens.

Ok...So i'm on hold with for the pharmacy for about 20 minutes driving from Southaven to Hernando. I walk into the pharmacy, still on hold, I get in line and watch multiple employees just dump my call when the phone rang at their station. Then, to top it off I ask to talk to the manager and her only repsonse (with a nasty attitude) is "we're doing the best we can". No "i'm sorry" or "I apologize"....How about this, change your recording to:"Thank you for calling Walgreens. At this time we are not taking any calls, we apologize for the inconvenience."I would have been COMPLETELY cool with that. This location is absolutely horrible.

Walgreen Hernando was out of stock on my prescription & I called per my email & voicemail. They double checked and told me to look at other Walgreens? I know there are a lot in the area (not from here). I thought she would let me know other available, but I had to request for suggestions? I know that we are busy, but customer service should be 1st. Now, they did come back with location - yes, I got it in Olive Branch. This is just reminder - please think of your customer & let them know of other optional locations not a generic check other locations.

A very poorly staffed drugstore. For whatever reason my doctor can send in my prescription electronically but they can't electronically order it. Until I show up to get it. I been using them for over a year that was my first MISTAKE. I get there today to get my medical that I HAVE DAILY to find out Oops no one order it and they don't have it. So I asked can you send it to another Walgreens. No they can't. He said I just ordered it and we might get it on Monday. Or you can call your doctor on Monday and get it moved to another drugstore like CVS or someone other than us. CAN WE GET A OTHER DRUGSTORE IN THIS TOWN THAT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS

So I guess Walgreens pharmacy is into HIPPA violations! Had 3 Rx sent in on Monday, 2 were ready that day, other one said pending. I waited a couple days incase it was out of stock. I haven't gotten any updates on Rx status. Called today (Thursday) and spent 25 minutes on hold to talk to pharmacist. She asked what Rx was for and said that they wouldn't fill it for that illness because it was off label and not FDA approved. That is none of their business!!! A DOCTOR called it in for an illness, it doesn't matter if it's off label or what illness it is for, that's the doctor's decision. And last I checked the vaccine that Walgreens is giving out wasn't FDA approved for a certain illness either!!!(Kroger and our insurance have no problem filling this Rx)I quit using Walgreens Pharmacy years ago, now I remember why! (The staff is polite but the policies are bogus!)

My doctor sent in my prescription 2 week. It should have ready 6/12. Call today 6/13 and they don't have in stock and won't have it until 6/15. And can't move to any other stone. This medicine that I got to take daily. She said I can call my doctor and have she move it the another stone. Dose one know a good CVS.

I feel bad for anyone using this pharmacy. For two days straight they could not fill a prescription due to insurance. I had to make all calls to insurance, and even once I had insurance on the phone during an attempt to pickup my antibiotics, I was not able to pick up my meds. This was with insurance telling both me and the pharmacist that it was approved. At a bare minimum, walgreens could have called my insurance to confirm and see what's going wrong. I feel as though they are overwhelmed and cannot provide a good service at this time.

Waited for 23 minutes just to get to the drive-thru window. Had to wait for people who refused to leave when they dropped off their prescriptions. Also one pharm tech kept jawing with customers "she knew". SELFISH CUSTOMERS AND ONE SELFISH EMPLOYEE. This particular pharmacy has more local complaints than any other. Other pharmacies will tell their customers that they WIL NOT SERVE THEM IF THEY DO NOT COMPLY AND RETURN LATER TO PICK UP THEIR ORDERS!!!!

Don’t go here if you value your privacy. This morning my wife and I found out she miscarried, she was prescribed medication so she could pass the fetus without having to have surgery. We were questioned about why we needed the medication before they’d give it to us. This was already hard enough without having to tell a stranger about our dead baby, thanks Walgreens.

After kroger repetively let my 5 yr old run out of his very important seizure medicine, month after month, these guys came to my rescue. JESSICA DID A GREAT JOB ASSISTING US! She was very friendly and answered all our questions. THANKS WALGREENS! YOU ROCK! KROGER PHARMACY IS A NIGHTMARE. but thankfully walgreens had our back.:)

Staff is very friendly but DOUBLE CHECK your tracking when you drop iff a Fedex package. I dropped mine off Thursday 5p and allowed 5 days ti get a 50th birthday present to a best friend. It sat at Walgreens until TODAY. If i wouldn't have tracked it I'd never have known it was still there. I will my the delivery of my gift because a Walgreens employee put the box "somewhere" and Fedex never picked it up last week. I'm SO UPSET with these people.

Numerous bad experiences. They wanted me to change my Rx to a different med because they had been having trouble getting that med for weeks and now couldn't get it. I almost believed them. I took my Rx to Walmart reluctantly and picked it up and Walmart had no idea why they'd say that. What a mess I had been taking that med for years and hated to change. Another time they were going to charge me $50 for 60 tablets if 1mg Atenolol saying they dont have a $10 list, when it's on everyone's $10 list. I gave them the med back and took Rx to Kroger and got it for 10. Numerous other problems in past year since I've been here. I dont trust them with healthcare!

Customers service part excellent!!Try to do an exchange WITH RAZORSPregnant shift lead walks me to Photo and tell another associate SHIFT LEAD Amber to do it !I explained to the pregnant employee I wasn’t from here but I needed to do a return/exchange.. while we where standing back in photos she whispered to Amber (IM SURE) concerning my return/exchange.Amber proceeds with the look up of the products by using my rewards card. Now I know for a fact you CAN NOT SEE OTHER STORE PURCHASES - ST. Louis) resident! She then tells me that they weren’t purchased in the last 30 days !! With a straight face, now I said ok and went to check out upfront.. simply telling me NO I can not return the item is one thing BUT TO LIE TO A CUSTOMER IS NOT A GREAT WAY OF showing excellent management skills..! Once I told her it was purchased from St. Louis why would you go and look the item up? Like I don’t know you can’t see it..
