Best place to come for meats and fish. And the only Kroger that I’ve found with tomahawk steaks. The butchers are extremely helpful as well. Never had a problem with the , deli or cheese ladies either.

This Kroger pickup is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Lemika has thrown coupons through my window in my face, with my children in the car. This is about the 4th time I’ve complained to the manager about her and she’s still employed and STILL treating people poorly. And yes I would stop shopping here but the other Kroger is all the way on Southaven. This lady needs to be let go. There is no reason for this to be overlooked continuously and for her to continue to treat people poorly. I was also told by the manager that I am not the only one that has complained about her ! Fix this HERNANDO! Do better !

Only one full service checkout line open at anytime. The self checkout devices never work properly. The moodiest self check out Kroger employees exist here. The rest of the store staff is pleasant and helpful. Stopped shopping here for normal grocery due to check out experience. With the drive to Memphis not to deal with the checkout experience at this location.

Hard pass. Roaches at the check out. That's plural. Glad I'm only visiting. I just asked my parents not to shop here anymore. Guy stole stuff and walked calmly out the door. He set off the alarm. No one even looked.

this is my kroger i always go to and i’ve done pickup a few times and i’ll say i’ll NEVER DO IT AGAIN. the last 2 times i’ve done a pickup i’ve gotten a call saying my order won’t be completed and i will have to get it next day, then 5 hours later at 9pm or later i’ll get a text that it’s ready and i obviously don’t go get it at 9pm when i needed it at 3pm. they have cancelled my order BOTH times even though i’ve been called and told my order won’t be completed until next day. getting through to someone on the phone has been an AWFUL experience. put on hold 3 times for 20 minutes each time and nobody bothers to pick up. extremely disappointing and terrible customer service. guess i’m done trying to do this, just thought it would make it easier for me when i have a busy day but they have proved me wrong.

I love this Kroger. Always stop on my way home from Memphis. Best selection of international groceries in North Mississipi. Large deli, extensive produce selection, cheese section, and they even had a mix and match frozen mochi section when I stopped in tonight.

The Hernando Kroger never fails to be the healthiest grocery store in the area- clean, well stocked, well lit, and calm. A balm to both the stomach and the soul.I would LOVE if there were more local produce, meat, and product, and hopefully Kroger will be localizing more with time, but in an option between Kroger and it stands now and Walmart on its best day, Kroger wins my money hands down every time.

Over the last few months, we've bought ground beef, pork chops, fish, cream cheese, bag of shredded cheddar, cinnamon rolls, and contaminated deli meat from the counter, etc. All of it was spoiled or rotten when we brought it home. We live 2 minutes from there.There is something bad wrong with this location. It's a super busy location that rolls through stock fast. How is this happening??

I’ve been going to this Kroger (and every single other place in Hernando just not as often) barefoot for two years no problem today I was told to leave the store which I understood in its self and even tried to leave the store because it’s a law and health risk according to the employee. What’s not okay is lying about a law that doesn’t exist (its store policy but this person was convinced it was a law and also has seen me barefoot 100x over and has never cared) and not letting me get my keys from my fiancé in the store so I can sit in my car since today was a decently hot and sunny day I finally went in and talked to a manager who was ACTUALLY reasonable unlike this horrible employee and he called my partner to the front so I could get the keys. I understand asking me to leave but forcing people to stand outside in the heat because you won’t let me get my keys to the point the manger has to step in is more of a health risk than me being barefoot has ever been. It’s an awful working environment as well but that’s unrelated.

7pm on a Friday, here with a cart full, and ZERO registers open! All self check out.... that works for a handful of things, but unacceptable for a cart full. Will I be getting a 1099 at the end of the year for doing all of the work??

Today 5/12/2023 I called Kroger to inquire about an item. Lady answering had an Attitude and told me to come in to see if they had it. I then called back multiple times and she hung up on me. I then called back and was on hold for 15 mins before hanging up the phone. Lady Sounded ghetto . I’ve never been treated this way over the phone when calling to inquire about an item. Hopefully this message gets to the General Manager. I’m not one to give bad reviews but this kind of behavior when asking about an item is the worst I’ve ever encountered and I pray the lady gets relieved of her job since she hates it so much. Thank you

The nicest Kroger in the mid-south. It has a fantastic grocery selection. It also has clothing, shoes, and a large office/toy section. In a very safe part of town.

Self checkout is garbage. Accused me of stealing 5 times in 2 minutes. And wouldn't let me continue until it realized it's mistake. The machine thinks it is smart and plays back what you did in the overhead camera, all that this does it get the customer flustered and confused on whether or not they scanned their item. The machine is built to gaslight you, and it never apologizes.

I ordered my groceries using Click-list and scheduled my pick-up time for after work. I was notified of the items they suggested to substitute, and I was able to accept the suggestions. I was also able to let them know I was on my way to the store. When I arrived, I let them know which spot I was in. My groceries were brought out quickly. Everything was just as I ordered. I love the convenience of using this feature Kroger offers. If they provided someone to put the groceries away at home, life would be complete! 😉

I’ve being trying to be a customer here since the Kroger closest to my house smells like rotten meat and I absolutely refuse to go in anymore.SOI Ordered online Through the Kroger app. I checked the app before I went to pick up my groceries and it was almost to the “ finish line “ so I left home to go get the groceries. When I arrived aWoman came out and told me my order would not be ready until the next day. This has happened to me two Consecutive times in a row at the store. (I had no idea this happens A LOT at this Kroger -found out though) She said she tried calling but I get tons of junk calls and it did NOT say Hernando or Kroger. They have my 320.00There was/are no messages through the app I freaking ordered the groceries from!!! Come on KROGER CORPORATION get it together for your customers. And your store workers

Great place to buy fresh cuts of meat, they will cut them to your thickness specifications in the spot.Nice fresh vegetables/ produce.Usually they have plenty of cashiers available or self checkout lanes open.I'd highly recommend grocery shopping here.

I purchased 289.00 in groceries, part of that was 2 hams that I thought were .99 per lb. After looking at my receipt at home I saw that I was charged much more per lb on the 2nd ham. I called customer service and was told that it was a limit of 1 per 25.00 order, but that I could bring my receipt in and they could adjust it with my next 25.00 order. I get there today with receipt in hand and the customer service lady acted like I'd lost my mind. After going in to the office to discuss it she comes out and says they will adjust it, but "we're doing it as a courtesy" since it was a limit of 1 per 25.00 order. I'm pretty sure I extended the courtesy when I chose to spend 289.00 at that store and didn't split it up in to separate 25.00 orders and buy all the hams they had out at .99 per lb! To top it off she still refunded the wrong amount. There needs to be some retraining done and some reminding about who is doing who a courtesy. So over this place!
