My husband and were traveling home today, and we always look for Goodwill Outlets. We enjoy shopping at them, and we have shopped in the outlets in at least a dozen states, multiple times in multiple cities. In fact, there have been times when we have gone to Indiana and stayed a weekend solely to shop the Goodwill Outlets.When we walked in this Mississippi store, we were very optimistic at the cleanliness and amount of items. We very quickly had a buggy full each and were ready to check out. We noticed the line was exceedingly long which gave us time to check the pricing. We were utterly shocked to see this outlet charges a different price for over 10 categories of items!! What’s worse- the only static price is clothing; everything else says, “from $2 or from $3”Who decides this?? No wonder the line was barely moving. The young girl was up there sifting through everything trying to decide what category it was in, and then how much to charge!! This is LUDICROUS considering almost every other GW outlet in the nation charges a set price for everything and weighs the entire shopping cart. My husband and I reduced our 2 carts down to half of one cart- and when we checked out- it still took us 15 minutes or more. We ended up only spending $27. That is the least amount we have EVER spent in an outlet store. Needless to say, this one is off our list. This store needs to rethink its procedures.

I stop in here pretty frequently and always find something I didn't know I needed. I have personally been coming here for quite a few years now and I have seen it during its ups and its downs. I believe the current management team is doing a great job of keeping the place up. It is a lot cleaner with a lot less clutter all over the store. They roll out new rows on a timely manner and are very frequent with the rows. Customers sometimes act crazy but in every instance I have seen the management fo a great job of snuffing out the issue.

I’ll give 4 stars because the staff is amazing and works really hard and fast, most days!! however, the manager appears to always have her AirPods in talking to someone on the phone.. ive thought she was talking to me before and she had in one of those pods in her ears… and she doesn’t make the Hispanics follow the rules… they basically run that store. They’ve hit me and my children in the face and head with items and even yanked shoes out of my daughter’s hands before. Idk what it is, but they will say if you break the rules, you will be asked to leave… that’s not true for the Hispanics… they are constantly breaking the rules and the staff will say something but the manager doesn’t do anything…I think everyone needs to be forced to follow rules or either leave…The selection is great… and the workers are excellent! They treat us like family..

I rate this store a 5 the place is always clean, the store manager dress professionally and always go out her way to help. I was looking for a shoe and she helped me find it. I always feel good at this store. Will continue to shop.

It is what it is...you going in there to dig in large nasty bins that I've seen needles, adult toys, condoms, broken glass, and dirty diapers in, but I've come across a lot of good things also. But like Tom Hanks once said goodwill is Like a box of chocolates, ya nevah know whatcha gonna get. Pails of hand sanitizer, microban spray (and read the dang label bc you supposed to spray it on let it sit then clean it off bo-zos), and clorox wipes, remember to not try anything on before you wash it bc foot fungus, body lice, head lice, bed bugs and all them other health hazards. Don't try that hat on, them shoes on, or that coat bc hello it's prolly got lice. People really do be doing that and I'm just just like noooooooo. But I love going there.

When I see bad reviews for this place, I cant help but wonder what people expect. It's an OUTLET store for GOODWILL. It isnt going to be clean, or have a lot of nice things... that's the nature of it. Do you really think they could afford to sell as low as they do if they committed to that type of upkeep...?Rant over. Love this place. Because they rotate the bins after they've been picked through, you could easily spend all day here. I've been able to find much nicer things than I would have thought, some even new with tags! If you love to rummage and are dedicated to spending time and work to hold out for something great, this is the place for you!Check out this AMAZING vintage Windbreaker I found there!!!

My mother and I have been going to this store for years. I have fun looking at all of the generational items. And you can find a great pair of shoes to a great book. I don't like that the prices went up but it's still fun. I don't like that they start announcing closing an hour ahead of time. Then every fifteen minutes it gives me anxiety.

The Goodwill Outlet is a great price point for me since the other Goodwill stores have become so expensive. I like buying my clothes by the pound ($1.95). Drapes and fabric are $.99 per pound, too.

I love thrifting! And the prices and finds here are amazing! I’ve only been kinda disappointed once when I went in 30 minutes before close but that was my own fault! They’ve gotten so much better over the years. They have a lot of vintage tees, men’s jeans, dresses, plus blouses, kids clothes, bed stuff, movies, books, shoes, prom dresses(occasionally), purses, hunting shirts and pants

Been going to this goodwill once or twice a week for the last year. Prices were reasonable. Usually get a couple bags of small toys each time. They would charge 8 to 10 dollars for a full bag of the toys. Today she emptied half of one of the bags and said each small toy would be 50 cents each. Half the bag would be about 20 dollars. Some of these were hot wheel cars. I could get them new for a dollar. We had two baskets full. We put it all back in the bins and left. I have been to a lot of the goodwill outlets and prices like that are to high. If they are not going to be consistent they need to sell by the pound like most other outlets do.Also they need to stop the children from running around the store. Today there were two riding tricycles around the store. Nothing was said to them.

I have stopped in several times while waiting on jobs, but the place is a great place and the management team are very nice and friendly. They have lots of stuff from old to new, just got to dig for it. If I could stay all day I probably would. Great place.

Was excited to go after hearing of this place! I have never seen anything like it. You can find plenty of bargains but the nastiness of the customers is a TOTAL turnoff!! Greedy, rude, pushy, shoving I could go on and on. Was not in the least surprised when the woman on the loud speaker reiterated the rules and said "BE NICE" Employees extremely nice & courteous which pushed it up to a 3 star rating.

Excellent place to fine a deal! Its a goodwill so its all used but this place sells everything for rock bottom prices. Electronics usually cost $2, furniture for as low as $7, couches for $20. You can always find something valuable on the cheap. Great place to pop in if you have a few minutes.

Absolutely one of the best ones I've been to. The selections were great!! Very well organized.I found church clothes for me and my husband not to mention my everyday go to outfits!! I live about two hours away and can't wait until we travel that way again!! I know where every thrift shop is from Hernando to St. Louis on 55 and this one is my favorites!!!

Great little outlet. Seems to have some nice things if you dig for them.Not familiar with the Goodwill Outlet? Imagine dozens of 4x10' rolling bins full of all kinds of random things. Pay for clothes by the pound.

Great location, easy access from 55, and organized (considering it's an outlet) but the group of women in the corner with their kids is hazardous for customers and the kids. It's like a school playground of dodgeball with the kids throwing toys, eating off the floor and it's like this everyday. Now the moms in the corner are harassing and working the Goodwill customers for money. So watch the group of ladies in the left corner because you dont want to be exposed to whatever they are dealing in that corner..It is shady, possibly illegal and a conflict of interest to Goodwill and their customers. Those ladies are running some type of shady business and there is a couple of guys giving them cash money for something. Every time I go (a couple of times a week) they are dealing in the corner and customers feel unsafe, so please watch out for them and watch where you step (don't trip over their kids)

Love this store was going daily but people will knock you down to grab handfuls of clothing and shoes only to go to the back of the store to go through . this is not fair to the other shoppers and needs to stop

I always find some things when I go to this store. It's my favorite Goodwill to shop I think the others charge way too much for some of the stuff. I have never had any problems with any of the workers and the manager is a very nice lady. As far as controlling people who shop there and their kids, well that's not their job.

This is more of a bargain barn / outlet version of the goodwill. Prices are super cheap but most merchandise is missing parts or not completely functional. Also there are rules such as when they start pulling product bins you must step back and not touch anything until they completely replace the entire row of product bins.

I’m addicted to this place and I love the employees here are so nice! The managers are lovely and treat the employees with respect! The other goodwill in the area can’t compare! It’s more about the people who work here and how they treat the customers! Yes I find great buys but it’s the people who work here why I come over and over again!

I was impressed. There's wasn't a whole lot of stuff to go through, but I love the thrill of shopping Goodwill outlets. This one wasn't my favorite, but it is still with shipping at. Regular Goodwill stores are just too high priced especially if they don't run daily tag sales, but Goodwill outlets are awesome!
