I can’t express enough how much I love this place. First let me start with Robin at the front desk and Denise the owner. They are fabulous and always so welcoming. Second I am very OCD on how my girls are groomed and this is by far the best place I have taken them. The grooming is PERFECT. Both of my girls are German Shepherds and are always excited to go for their Spa day.

Terri is the owner and she is usually on site.. she is amazing and knows this business forward and backwards.. usually very busy and in high demand due to the fact that they get it right the first time and every time.. much better than any corporate Petco chain or something similar.. unique salon for the best experience and very affordable prices.. thank you Terri...Sophie the Shiz Tsu

My wife and I have used Dog Groomers of Hernando for the past two years. We have had no issues and always tipped. We would work around our schedules to ensure our dog was dropped off and picked up within their hours. Recently, I forgot my dog’s appointment and called three hours later. I immediately apologized and admitted to my oversight of the appointment. They gave the phone to Terry. She berated and belittled me as if my mistake was a personal attack against her. I apologized again but the belittling continued. She told me the only way I could come back is if I were to prepay before an appointment. I was in such shock, I hung up. This couldn’t have been the first time someone forgot or missed an appointment. I called back and she again yelled and told me how much money I cost her. She was right, I messed up, but she will lose more money now because I’ll never take my dog back there again. I can’t imagine during this time someone would be so inconsiderate and rude towards a repeat customer. My intentions were to apologize, reschedule, and even pay extra (on top of the tip), but with the harsh attitude and vindictive responses, Terry will never have my business again.

Used this groomer for years but will not use again. Several times in last 6 months my dog came home with water in ears which caused ear infections. Plus twice in several areas dog had skin shaved off which caused skin infection. Saw past week, now dog has several areas around neck with skin shaved off. He is in agony. Never Again!

I have a lab who sheds a LOT. They said they’d get rid of his undercoat to help stop the shedding. He walked out of his appointment and shook and hair went everywhere. I ran my hand over him and there was hair all over my hand. If they did anything, it doesn’t show. They also trimmed his nails and one had pieces hanging from it still. The only thing I think they did right was bathe him.
