I just got my power smart mower. I love the mower and it cuts good however, it is hard as heck to start. I keep priming and have to pull cord 5 or 6 times before it slowly cranks up.

Meat shelves are disgusting you can see all the dirt and they put that meat that we buy on top of that dirt , they ppl to stand at the door to ask for receipts they should pay employee to scrub all that dirt on the meat shelves that’s a hazard ppl can get sick .you can do better Walmart.

Walmart Supercenter online shopping and pick up in Hazlehurst Ms is a freaking joke. They substituted everything on my order. I cancelled the order and walked inside and everything I asked for was on the shelf. Nothing needed to be substituted. The aluminum pans I ordered, were marked as out of stock but clearly on the shelf when I went in. A waste of time

Andrew the manager from customer service Automative is one of the most rudest, disrespectful, biased, dishonest, arrogant and Ignorant individuals I have ever encountered in a professional setting. I am passing through and stopped at the local Walmart on my way to Texas and my SUV was brought in to be service. I spoke with the cashier at the front and she had communicated it back to Andrew incorrectly. Andrew yelled and made disparaging remarks toward me and the wrecker that due to the to the car being on wrecker, it was brought in on wrecker due to no oil being in the car. I was advise with the newer models that the car will not being serviced. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE this level of disrespect. There is a way it could have been communicated with a better tone and general understanding. Andrew DOES NOT need to be in management. Andre disrespected myself and the people who was with me. He is an unprofessional person with no respect to anyone.He looked at his employees and yelled over to them, “this car will not be service PERIOD.”I WILL GO TO THE EXTENT TO INSURE HE IS DEMOTED.I have place a call to the store manager and will send an email on tomorrow morning to the corporate office.

Rude workers at the self check out!!!!My experience today has showed me how disrespectful these workers can be!As far as Walmart in hazlehurst goes, you’ll never see another dollar of my money!!! If your employees don’t like their job they should quit!!! My children did not need to experience what they did today, and to the two workers that ran their mouth and said was cussing in front of my kids, I’ll pray for y’all! Because it takes a sorry person and or people to STAND THERE and say the things they said in front of my 2 year old and then have the nerve to say they didn’t care if I had my kids or not, I hope your children never have to be disrespected like y’all did mine today! Deserves 0 stars!!!

U have been going to Walmart for years and now that I have gotten older and my legs and feet or painful and I hardly canWalk any more I always look for a Automatic buggy and they broken or not charged up or someone has them.Walmart needs to Fix, Replace, or Buy, more. Please do something.

Travelling through Mississippi. Needed a WM stop. I remember when this location was one of the only surviving original Walmart small stores. They have upgraded to small supercenter since I last visited (that's been a while ago). Very nice, tidy, clean, well-stocked store. I was impressed. They offer self & cashier-assisted checkout. Found everything I needed. Their signage is good. I didn't find myself hunting for something specific. The store was nicely laid out. Friendly personnel & clean restrooms. Can't beat that! & it is super easy access on & off I-55. You can see the store from the interstate. Would definitely recommend this WM if you're travelling 55 & need a WM run.... Brookhaven, McComb locations require you to travel several blocks away from 55 & through service station & restaurant line-ups. & well, if you go to any WM in Jackson, that's Jackson, you know... wait til you get to WM at Madison, for your safety.

Oh my, this Wal-Mart is awesome, I have been in a few, so I stopped by this one, and I was shocked. This is by far the nicest Wal-Mart I've ever been in, I mean the bathrooms were spotless, and smelled great. The shelves were stocked fully, and very neat, and nice. You could find everything with ease, and I found some of the best prices I've seen around, I bought a shirt cheap. The employees were friendly, and took care of my needs, thank you Wal-Mart you have an awesome store here.

I really like the Hazlehurst Walmart. Not only are they typically 24 hours, but they have a pretty good selection on anything.Only detracting bird is that the carts, and the large pallets from truck on the sales floor.Mind you it's not frequent, but when they are they, you notice

IT seems like this location does not train the employees in the proper way to deal with the public or customer service. I see them more and more dropping in the trashy store category. The pharmacy is a mess totally, rude, loud, uninformed, confused, and unprofessional. I have a few secret cameras that looks like everyday items. I plan to record and share it here. Some of the stuff they do will get them a law suit and I am the one to bring up that suit.

Everything is very expensive, many items are not priced, everywhere is so messy, careless employees walk around, 6-7 employees smoke outside, look like they don’t have what to do while all mart is so messy, shelves messy, restrooms dirty, many items are still in sales while they are already expired, for example I bought a kinder bueno, which was expired already on July 3, but the date I bought it was 8! I would say: BAD, CARELESS MANAGEMENT! But this management takes money to make this store look like that! SO SAD!

The stuff I usually need have decent prices but none on the shelves. Try ordering them online and it's only available in-store or pick-up! So much I won't buy since the inflation price gouging started. It's local, but I limit my shopping especially EGGS AND MEAT!!

Customer service is a joke literally….some of your workers that work in customer service act like they have no idea what they are doing and just like chit chat with someone else knowing there’s a line waiting. Have no idea what this place is coming to be the employees walking around as if they are lost and God forbid if you ask any questions about finding something they look at you as if you just graduated kindergarten and point you in some off the wall direction that's nowhere near where you need to be but anyway if it wasn't for the self checking station you wouldn't ever get what you need they have 30 registers and maybe 2 employees running them thats 2 if you are lucky can't stand going there

I had to go out of town to get water, bread and eggs. I'm not greedy, I bought only what I needed 2 cases of water, 2 loves of bread and they only had cases of eggs so I bought one. Thank you for having what I needed. I gave you a four due to employees lacking customer service at send checkout. Employees need to speak when spoken to when it comes to customers. Your day will be better if you speak.

I'm 67, 100% disabled, and retired. I order my groceries and other items online and pick them up curbside. It's always a good experience even though sometimes they're out of some things.
