Greetings from your local customer service department when you walk in and I love to talk with this little guy who is very pleasant to be around, but he will still be there for the end of this visit to be the one that will make you smile and show your receipt! The customer service in the money services department will help you understand what you want to do! This store on Hwy 49 is extremely clean, and I can usually find the right things easier because of the help I received from the team members of Walmart!

Their Pharmacy is a hot mess. They are always long lines and they have gotten my Medications mixed up several times. Even my insurance company told me they were filing claims incorrectly. I had to pay full price for one prescription and then could not get my other Rx due to the mix-up. They are the worst! I had to change my pharmacy to get away from their constant mess-ups and terrible service.

**edit:** I finally got my pork loin. The driver delivered it hot, melting through the packaging, and inedible/soured, made us wait an extra three hours, and hid the bag in the woods for us to have to get through the underbrush to get it. We're in a disabled community. I had to call the manager and ask for help because we cannot go over logs, tree stumps, rocks, and boulders in WHEELCHAIRS. This amount of discrimination and harassing someone for being disabled, much less from a multi-mil corp, is disgusting. I even told the driver about the callbox, gave them the code, and instructed them to use it. They didn't even try, just flung it into the woods by the house. As far as I'm concerned, you can discriminate against and harass some other disabled wheelchair user. I'm not buying from you creeps anymore.--Drivers have been consistently stealing items from my bag; it's happened four times now in a week. Yes, I've had to order four times in a week to get all the items they keep thieving and making off with, but surprise, again, I was missing the same batch of items I've been trying to replace for 7 days. This is 4 times in a row that Walmart's charged me for an item but stolen the contents from my bag and wanted me to pay for them anyway. I'm done. Stop hiring felons and robbers.

Everytime we go to this Walmart the employees are absolutely disrespectful and when you ask for help they laugh in your face and say they can’t help when they are just standing around talking to each other then when you talk to them about needing the help getting something they start to get pissed off and go off on you for no reason…. This place has definitely gone down hill with there rude employees.

Shelves were a mess. I fell walking out hit the security guards car and he just kept eating. My buggy fell over and I was trapped between the car and the buggy. Thank goodness a young man came running and helped me. The security guard stayed in his car. I will never go back.

Had the worst expirence I’ve ever had at a Walmart ever, waited for 40 mins for someone to open a damn box on 2 dollar eyelash glue but they never did and I didn’t have time and had to leave. Don’t worry I only spoke to any worker that walked by and the people at the front and even went to customer service I guess they didn’t want anyone stealing because they didn’t even want to sell anything

One damn register open and huge line because people don't like the self check outs. Especially when you are getting ice or propane. Wallmart doubling down and punishing people for not using their technology. Watched several people just leave their full carts and walked out

I love 49 Walmart...they were a safe haven for me in the mist of a very hard time...and they always respectful...we have our good and bad days but overall as a home store it's the only Walmart I'll visit ...needless to say we love 💕😘 Walmart 49...PJs, wrapping paper,toys,circuit paper and printer, antlers,and much more

Normally I don't have an issue, but stuff has been missing from my last few grocery delivery orders. The one I got tonight was missing $100 worth of groceries from an $150 order. Idk if I'll be ordering delivery again, it's becoming a headache since I'm constantly on the phone with customer service for a refund.

Worst experience at this Walmart. Dirty bathrooms, unorganized and half of the items in the toy aisle were either opened or stolen. My kid wanted a ball that didn’t have a barcode on it, so they wouldn’t sell it to us and left him in tears. Will not be back

Nice Walmart (as Walmarts go). Clean, variety of products, nice staff. Really weird that we saw a woman in her bathrobe...with nothing on underneath (at least on top)...I know there's no dress code, especially for Walmart but, isn't public decency a law here in MS?

I really like doing curbside pick-up at this Walmart!! 9 times out of 10 they have EVERYTHING I order and my order is correct! Quick, friendly service too

Sam Walton would be ashamed of how Walmart has become a non customer oriented experience. I stood in line for about 20 minutes watching employees walk by this spill no one stopped to clean it up I asked numerous staff members about it and was told they were not allowed to clean it up that the responsibility fell on maintenance. If a customer had slipped and injured them salves well everyone knows the many different kinds of repercutions that could come from that. When simple picking it up right then. I stepped out of line and cleaned it up for your employees and your customers shame on Walmart.

I waited over 30 minutes for a clerk to open the dressing room. Then she was rude when I had to go get another item to try on. I found out she and her friends were just standing around talking. I followed her when I was done. Good service is hard to find anymore, especially in large companies like Walmart.

I love me some Walmart! I like to come early in the mornings when it’s not as crowded and I can just stand hours in here walking around and looking for deals because you can always find one! I love their clearance aisle and I think Walmart, without a doubt offers the lowest prices for all products.

There's plenty of parking at this walmart. The selection for the most part is kept stocked. You can feel safe with the asset protection leaving the way in this store. When I check out I rarely use a register with the cashier I use the self-checkout which is very easy to use and very rarely align! I will definitely come here again.

Slow check out. Out of several items I needed. They're still friendly and as helpful as always. Things have gotten much better than the last time I was there. Well stocked now. Fast N & out today. Fully stocked.

Packed as average on a Saturday, but produce looked fresh and well-stocked. Employees were restocking without blocking the aisles. Good prices throughout the store and hardly no wait at the self checkouts.

This store is fine but the population of Petal, Ms has grown way too fast and this store needs to be upgraded into a new full size Walmart Store. Not enough checkout stations and sometimes the self checkout line runs into the ladies bra and panty area of the store.

The vision center at this store is excellent. It might come as a surprise considering the size of the store, its not quite as big as others, but the associates in the vision center went above and beyond when it came to my first pair of glasses.The Doc was efficient and very affable when he was checking my eyes, and overall they’ve definitely helped me see much better.

Walmart in Ridgeland, MS didn't mean to reference Hattiesburg, MSMoved away from the area and returned for a long-term work assignment and this Walmart has changed from okay to Great! Shopping around the store or picking up something from the pharmacy (thanks!) has been a very pleasant surprise! Shopping "on the regular" at this one!

The employees just seem to be getting more and more rude. The aisles are packed with people filling online orders and if they aren't clogging up the aisle talking about baby daddy they almost run you over with their head stuck in their phone
