We just moved to Lumberton and needed assistance in finding new locks and bolts for all our doors and some sewer attachments. Luckily we ran into Dion. He was such an amazing help! In both matters he knew what he was talking about and he made this shopping experience just perfect! We will be back a lot more often and hope to see Dion again to help us if we need any more assistance.

I keep thinking that just because I have to cross 59 to get to Home Depot it's really really far, but it isn't. Especially if you include the frequent stop at the other place and can't get any service. For now on I am doing all my shopping at Home Depot. I come in, find what I need or help and leave satisfied.

Had a pickup order . They could not find my order. One associate was very rude and unprofessional and clearly unconcerned Taneka Magee was her name. You guys should hire people who are genuinely concerned with assisting the customer when needed.

I went in yesterday looking for two kitchen table benches and Robert come right up to me eager to assist. Even though I have to order these items online, it’s still refreshing to have someone actually care what it is you are needing to buy in a store. Anything I have to buy home related I’m coming back to this location..thanks Robert!

I love Home Depot. Always have carts available at front entrance and lumbar entrance. Easy to find inventory. Items are in correct place. Any staff can assist you. Very clean store.

This is a very nice store with great service. I highly recommend this store if you have any home improvement projects. This is one of The Home Depot's better locations. I'm happy we have a store like this close to us.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Home Depot!!!! EVERY time I go there, someone ALWAYS says hello & and asks me if I need anything! So far, I have not had a bad experience. They're always helpful, courteous & pleasant. While most females would rather shop at the mall or get the hair & nails done, I am going to HOME DEPOT!! I love that they have the free workshops for children, too. They can do it there, or take the kits home to do later.

Got a dishwasher and they have lots of things to renovate a kitchen with like kitchen backslash but most importantly thier unfinished pre assembled cabinets that all you have to do is screw in and paint are only around 120-150 dollars!!!! And they are big

Went to purchase an item I needed, walked in the door, I saw several employees right inside the door having a conversation, not about their jobs, I wondered around looking for what I needed, up and down the aisles, never received or offered any help, I went back up front where the employees were congregating, there was no employees in sight, so I figured everyone was apparently on break at the same time, which is funny but not really, that's dumb if so, i was there a good 45 mins and only found one lady employee working at the register, i did not want to bother her because she was the only one in the store that was working, I thought she needed a raise since she was the only person actually working, fire everybody else and let that lady take over and hire her own crew, then i may shop there again, otherwise i wont be shopping there ever again. ONE STAR, only for that one employee who deserves a lot more, and a generous raise, that's my opinion.

I used to be a Lowe’s guy but this Home Depot store in Hattiesburg is the best in town. The staff is very quick to help. You don’t have to look around all day to find help. They’re knowledgeable and helpful. The store is stocked. You can use the Home Depot app to check the in store availability of an item you’re needing and if they don’t have it you save a trip AND they’ll get it for you. It’s super convenient. Aside from specialty shops, this is my hardware store every time.

I always enjoy coming here and I can find everything I'm looking for with all the big signs on each Isle planveiw to help you find everything so much easier and the staff is very helpful and friendly as well and the self checkout is handy now and faster to and this is my come to home repair place and they doing a great job yes indeed 👍💯👌

I have been shopping here for six years and have never had a bad experience. I am somewhat surprised that other people have.I appreciate what Home Depot offers although it seems to me that after the lockdown and supply chain issues, they offer fewer things--but maybe that is just me.

I was in your store today and was very favorably impressed. A young man by the name of Rowe (please excuse my senior mind if I don’t have the name correct), looked up on the computer what I needed, escorted me to it, got a cart, assisted me at self checkout, and took the item to my vehicle. He went above and beyond his job to help me and I am deeply grateful. It is refreshing to find someone to not only help you, but to be so pleasant while doing so! This young man deserves a raise!!

Came by to pick up an order that was delivered to the store. There was only one person at customer. She obviously and very noticeably needed help. The line was so long that people were just leaving after waiting so long. I stepped out of line to ask for help. There were five female employees standing by the registers, so I asked if they could get my order for me. I was told it had to go through customer service and they couldn't do that. Ok, I go back to the line which is longer now. CS employee still on this same customer. I feel bad for her at this point. I notice that there are orange aprons walking all around the store. Nobody stopped to help their coworker. I asked a couple of employees walking by and they just said they would get someone. Well someone never showed. I had to leave because I didn't have the time to continue wait. So I left without my item that I've paid for. Shame on the management. I've worked in retail and it doesn't have to be this bad, even when staff is lacking or there's multiple call outs. Someone just dropped the ball.

Horrible service from the manager that was in customer service at 1pm today. Felt her racism right from her eyes. She didn’t even come correct or anything right away approached me with her stank face and attitude. Acting like the stuff from Home Depot comes outta her pocket. Legit went almost 50miles outta my way to another Home Depot they legit helped me and switched my product right away no question or anything. The manager needs to get retrained not only on her work but on her personality and how to talk to people. Couldn’t even smile or give me a hello? Smh

DO NOT purchase a Maytag washer. We bought a washing machine a couple of weeks go, spent $800 dollars on with, along with a warranty for it to go out three weeks later. The store will not replace your washing machine even with it being under 30 days of purchase. They do not care about you!! You have to call their repair company which only uses one number apparently, wait and wait on hold for hours and finally schedule someone to come out but they don't show. Another week goes by and the repair guy comes but can't repair it. He have to order a part that will be delivered to our residence but WE have to call and schedule someone from the repair company to come but it's no guarantee this works. This will be another month probably in which is causing us to wash our laundry and the laundry mat. What a waste of time and hard earned money. This is awful customer service on Maytag and Home Depot for selling salvaged appliances to every day working citizens. We have definitely been ripped off!!!

No joke I was coming here to give a bad review and 1 star because after an associate called for someone to come make me keys. I literally watched 4 of them walk right past me or turn another aisle. After she saw me sitting there, she called for someone again. A nice gentleman named Ham came from outside and made my 13 keys I needed. Mr. Hamilton was nice, polite, and kind. Thank him because he literally saved me from giving 1 star.

Typical big box home improvement store, very helpful associate in tool department, checkout was the opposite. Cashier fumbled mightily checking me out as the line extended behind me.Hopefully this was an isolated incident...
