Oh wow, they are great! We got a new puppy 🐶 and they were so helpful and nice. The vets and the staff went out of their way to get the puppy shots lined up & the puppy had a blast too!You could tell they have a really good business and they are right on Hwy 49 so they're easy to find. I saw a lot of people boarding their pets too. 🐕🐩🐱🐈🐈‍⬛Highly recommend! 🏆🎖

What a sweet group of people! I had to quickly find a place to board my cat and found out a friend of a friend (happy to say she is now my friend too lol) works at Pine Belt Vet. Her and the team made it so easy to get Soks in. They helped me get all of his shots updated and while I was away they sent me pictures of him and kept me updated. And then on top of all of that, they hand wrote me a card. This type of service is unheard of and I am so so grateful for this group of people. I will definitely be back and I’m even going to start taking my pup there. Thank y’all so much for being awesome!

It's nice having a vet and kennel in the same place. That way we know our pups are well taken care of when on vacation. They're also the only exotic vet in town. Great if you have something other than a cat or dog.

We have used Pine Belt for over twenty years. They care about the health of our pets and when it was time for them to cross the rainbow bridge showed compassion for us and our pets. We always board our dogs with them knowing that they will be taken care of. Would highly recommend them for all of your needs.

Sorry I can't remember her name, but the girl that took my call was extremely nice. She took my message and stated she would get back. She kept her word and let me know that my meds. When I arrived the three girls at the desk were all friendly. She gave my my meds and the dr left detailed instructions for giving. Couldn't ask for better or more helpful people.

The staff is fantastic! Their knowledge of everything to help your pet from procedures to medicine to food is bar none. Not to mention how friendly the staff is and helps you on how to best help your pet. If I could give them 10 stars, I would most definitely.

Went to Dr. Lowell Rogers as a referral for a procedure for my Primate, a Capuchin Service Animal. Was so nervous! Dr. Roger's to the time to explain everything in detail to me before surgery as well as after in detail about aftercare. Have been looking for a good Vet for primates since moving to MS and finally found one! His staff were very nice and kept me informed during such. Feel very blessed to have found them! Would definitely recommend!!!

Best vet in town. I wasn’t too sure how big my Giant Schnoodle (schnauzer poodle) would get and Schnoodle owners online suggested going to vets that can handle horses too (in case they get too big for small animal hospitals. This place is great, and Schnoodle never got that big. However, their kennel is very convenient for going out of town and if anything happens to my Schnoodle while out of town, I know she’s with people that know her already.

I called all of the vets in my area and not one of them was available.Dr. Kale showed up and was extremely helpful and even though we were a little out of his service area, he still made it happen.I am so appreciative of him and this clinic for making this happen.Thank you

I recently boarded my dog here for an overnight trip and was very happy. Everyone was super nice, and we were in and out pretty quickly for a first time visit. The facility is very welcoming and clean, and I felt totally confident that my baby would be taken care of. I'll definitely be boarding here from now on for my work trips from Raleigh to New Orleans.

The people at Pine Belt Veterinarian Hospital were super sweet and helpful. They got my cat in and out very quickly and made sure that I knew every detail of the treatment he needed and received. They were even very prompt and nice the next day when I called to ask questions. Great place with great employees! Highly recommend!

I have only ever visited this clinic for a heart worm test and to get preventative medicine, but both times, I was treated as if I were causing some kind of catastrophe. My dog's regular vet's office can always get this done for me quickly and without fuss (It can be done by techs and takes about 10 minutes to run), and they are a MUCH busier office. Today, I was told my dog would need an exam, which was not required last time, but which I was willing to go along with. However, the staff refused to tell me how long the wait would be. When I asked for an estimate as to whether it would be closer to 20 minutes or three hours, the answer was still "I don't know. The doctors are doing other things." They behaved as if I were asking for something outrageous by coming in without an appointment (I repeat, for something that should take about ten minutes). I honestly don't know how one gets to adulthood without learning this, but let me help you: If you don't have time to do something for someone, that's ok. But the appropriate response is to be honest and to say that you don't have time, not to treat the other person as if their time doesn't matter - much less should you treat that person like something you stepped in.tldr: If you don't want to take walk-ins, please consider just saying so, as an alternative to being rude and dismissive. Thanks.

PINE BELT VETERINARIANS & STAFF ARE TOP-NOTCH! They nurture and take care of all our animals. One particular occasion when our Molly Mae had a traumatic accident and her leg was broken, they repaired her injury, loved her, and made her feel safe. Afterwards, the veterinarian called and checked on her multiple times. I have also paid particular attention to the kennel technicians when I see them outside walking the animals. They are loving and talk to them as if they are their own. WE LOVE PINE BELT!!

The employees are rude, disrespectful, uncaring, & clueless!! Wait time shouldn't be as long as they will have u waiting. U may go in for an emergency 1 night, HOURS & HOURS before being seen, & not get out til the next night. My daughter was pregnant & they wanted her carry her dog (40lbs) inside & across the floors, bc of a chance of having parvo. Humans can NOT contract it, so carrying the dog for her wouldn't give them parvo!! They didn't offer any solution to help her. She went in early labor 2 days after the incident, baby born 7 wks premature. I shouldn't of had to pay a dime of the $600 they charged. My daughter & g-son almost DIED!!! This clinic has been running the practice the same way for YEARS! NO IMPROVEMENT on care for ur pets!! We've also had to being other pets to them bc they're the only animal ER around, also a bad experience with those. If anyone has anything nice to say about this clinic they're employees, friends, or paid to.

Awesome people at this place. Nice, caring and knowledgeable. We didn't feel rushed and the Vet was patient in answering all my questions. The fees were higher than Im used to ($65 exam/65 xray, my old Vet was $45/35) but fee's vary from Vet to Vet. I'd suggest getting an estimate before treatment if money is tight, especially if you have multiple animals since it can add up fast. One star off for the higher fee's but the people and service are definitely 5 star!

I've been using Pine Belt for over ten years. The staff has always shown me and my pets kindness. They are also professional and easy to work with. They're always good at putting my dachshund (Kahne) at ease when he's scared and not feeling well. The Veterinarians and staff always take the time to explain and educate me with any issue at that time. I feel like they are reasonably priced and always flexible with making appointments around my work schedule. They truly care about Kahne's well being and I'm grateful to have such a great place to take him to. I would definitely trust my fur family to them without reservation.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I honestly don’t know where to start. I dropped my dog off Thursday and I didn’t find out that they were having problems with her till Saturday. Which I probably wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for me calling to check on her. I bought her bed to sleep on and they didn’t even put it in the kennel with her from what a lady told me. Meaning she was just laying on the cold hard floor. They also refused to charge me correctly. She was supposed to be there for 4 nights but after I found out how she was being treated I sent my mom to pick her up for me. They open at 4 on Sundays and my mom was there around 4:30 but I was told because she wasn’t before 12:30 i was charged 3.5 days. How am I supposed to get my dog before 12:30 if you guys are closed? I’ve boarded my dog before and have NEVER experienced problems like this. I will never step another foot near this place!

We've had Dr Rogers come out to our place twice this year for a birth and for a castration. (We have horses) He is so good with the animals, friendly and professional. We lost the foal, but saved the mare which we ended up taking in to the clinic for additional treatment. Dr. Rogers worked with her past midnight. Our Two year old Colt is doing well after his attitude adjustment.

Awesome vet! Out of all the ones I've been to in my lifetime, this one is by far the best! Dr Lowell is one of the nicest people! I have great Danes, and this clinic is awesome with them! The Drs don't try to upsell you on things you don't need, they shoot it straight about what's best for your pets care! And if you are looking for ear docking services on your great Dane, he creates some of the most beautiful ears around! Can't say enough about this place.

At first I was very happy with them. And then phone calls and phone calls later and no return phone call. I got fed up with them and took my animal elsewhere. Turns out she needed surgery. But no I couldn't get them to answer a phone call or return a phone call and then when I needed the records for the new vet for surgery all they would send over are the vaccination records. Highly unimpressed will never take another animal there again. When I call to complain nobody seemed to really care, there was a insincere apology and basically thanks but no thanks.
