Petco is my spot! I visit once a week and everyone is super friendly. If I have a question the manager Steve always has the answer and gives excellent advice when shopping for your lil fur babies.

Autumn did a wonderful job with getting my dogs hair looking good. She was so kind and I have honestly never seen my poodles hair look this beautiful!

Appointment was at 3:30 and was called around noon to tell me they could not honor that time so I was rushed to get my pup there earlier. I paid the extra $12 for nail filing and my pups nails were still long and sharp 🙁

Autumn is very good, however I had a very unpleasant encounter with Deena. My Yorkie has been coming to Petco for over 6 years and Susan was the very best I miss her. ! Deana could not give me an explanation WHO referred her out or WHY she was referred out. ( she had to go somewhere else). She was very rude and unprofessional. She did make my Yorkie an appointment for 10:30. I received 2?texts and an email about my appt and I confirmed each one for 10:30. When I got there, she said I would have to reschedule because I was late for my 10:00 am appointment. I explained my appointment was at 10:30 and showed her my texts. She was dogmatic and wouldn’t budge. Very rude to me, the customer. I will not go back there. Rude to people. Sorry because Autumn did a great job with my Yorkie.

Made an online appointment for grooming at 2 this afternoon. Staff was very friendly and told me that they were running behind as they took my dog to the back. They said they should be done before 4. I told them that was fine as I could go run some errands.I came back slightly early at 345. They told me they had one more dog in front of mine. I went to run another errand in town and they called me about 20 minutes after I had left saying that it would be impossible to groom her today. This notification was 2 hours and 15 minutes past her appointment time. I asked if they could at least trim her nails, and they did get to do that much. Again, they were friendly and apologetic throughout all this time.I was expecting a discount on the nail service or have some discounted follow up offers since they took my dog in to be groomed at 2 (per the online appointment), and I left the store with only her nails trimmed 3.5 hours later.I cannot comment on their grooming abilities. Just the lack of grooming that occurred.

First time bringing in our Sheltie for a bath, haircut and grooming. Deana was able to squeeze us in on a Saturday and did an excellent job on Connor.

I will never go back. My instructions weren't followed and the cost was 85 and the cut wasn't even. I had to come home and clip him more to get his hair even in length!

Wouldn't give my diabetic dog a haircut, even after I took Petco's extra step of having my vet write up a note stating it was ok.

Because I have been bringing my baby, Bella, to Keri S since she was about 3 months old and have always been extremely satisfied with her work. Keri is always very friendly and fast and very attentive to Bella. Thank you Petco...and especially Keri!

Susan was my little millie groomer and she was awesome. Millie last grooming was a year ago because the person that I took her to did not do a good job and I refuse to take her to anyone else. When I gave Millie to Susan, Millie was calm and that surprise me and put me at ease. When I saw Millie after the groomer I knew I found the right place and the right person to take care of my son little girl
