We bought a Winchester safe Saturday. Once we got it home and set up, the safe would never lock. We called the store to see what our options were. The guy that answered the phone- “did you turn the handle” …. Yeah we did that. “Oh well, we don’t have any more” Thanks, very helpful.

Bought a go cart for my kids for Christmas. Paid almost $2000 and in less than an hour it would not even move. The belt was broke. I went back to tractor supply store in Gulfport and they gave me a number to call to get another belt and for me to pay someone to put it on. Never Again!! If you are thinking about getting a go cart there. Do waste your money. My kids was heart broken and their Christmas was ruined.

Seriously love this store! They are always so friendly. They are Probably responsible for my habit to come here at least once a week instead of once every 4 months. I’ve been meaning to write and awesome review for….Natalie? I think? She’s like a temporary assistant manager or something I think but I meant to give her a great review 4 trips ago and every trip since she’s always there and had been even more helpful and awesome! And today the cashier (Donna I think?) was sooo awesome too! And there was a male associate that gave me some great recommendations as well! I didn’t catch his name but he worked at 1:30 today and was super helpful! I just feel like these lovely people deserve recognition and I don’t know maybe and incentive or a raise because they are up selling but in the best way! Setting me up for success.

My experience here has been great. We pop in to pick up bags of chicken feed. My son bought a pocket knife here with his own money. They made him feel like a million bucks. Great location. Easy access.

I bought a air compressor in November with the extra warranty!! Compressor went out and getting the run around to get it fixed... Service after the sale is horrible and warranty is pretty much useless telling me to take it to Pedal MS to get it looked at!!! Dont waste your money on high value items with warranties!!!

Love the store but the employees that work here are awesome people. I go every week to visit them all plus get all my dogs supplies and farm’s supplies. They have a get rewards program that actually gives you get useful rewards. Thank you everyone for the wonderful customer service you provide.

I have enjoyed being a Tractor Supply customer and the discounts offered when you open a Tractor Supply account. I buy Hills Science Diet dog food and very often get a $10 gift card when I buy it and I use it on my next purchase plus when you use your Tractor Supply credit card you can accumulate points for $ off your purchases. Anyhow I see that some say it’s expensive but I find it’s better than PetSmart because very rarely did I get a discount there. I find all I need at Tractor Supply and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Seriously one of the friendliest and most helpful stores I’ve ever been in! Hayden didn’t hesitate to check the back for what we needed without us even asking when it wasn’t on the shelf. Ace saw my mom and I about to cart a 45 lb. bag to our car and offered to help us load it up. The lady cashier and girl clerk were also very friendly and helpful, but we didn’t manage to catch their names! On my way to start a farm, so I have a reason to visit more often. 🏃‍♀️

The spot to get your gardening and farming needs. Love the customer service and reward program. Only negative note would be they don't keep up with their live plants, so they are often dead outside and sometimes they run out of items and it's not reflected online.

We went looking for a specific large air compressor. The website said they had 1 in stock. Turns out, it was a returned item (returned for not working.) The manager sold it to us at a great discount and my husband got it working in a wink. Super thrilled!! Friendly, helpful staff.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Small area. Unfortunately what I went for was unavailable. I ordered my raw honey with comb. No molasses. Will take a week to come. I was called. It was set aside for me. Really friendly couple running the store. I will now go back with great interest.

Don’t hold up to posted prices. Even when it’s pointed out to them. Bought two fuel can from them. Right below the can said sale 24.99 (normally 32.99 ) so I’m like great. Save some money. Rang up normal price. I mentioned the sale sticker. Guy at counter calls another guy. I pointed and showed him sticker clear as day. His response was that a different number. I told him it says the exact same thing but on sale. He ignored it. I told him if it’s not sale they need to remove the posted price then. Poor customer service and not holding up to their advertising.

4health pet food used to be very affordable but these prices are ridiculous now! I’ve used 4health for the past 6 years and now I have to find a affordable good quality pet food somewhere else! Do better TSC!!!

Great one-stop shopping for garden and pet items, plus a great selection of tools and much more. Sometimes the staff gets tied up with other customers, but the wait to check out is rarely long in my experience. All this time I thought they just had....Tractor stuff!

We went there at night, almost closing time, and the manager on duty was either tired or too eager to get home, she overcharged my husband first, then when anther employee was helping him get the right price, that manager refused to make the necessary changes! Other than that, thus store is well stocked and we cine ask the way out here from Biloxi to get our garden stuff.

Inventory is ALWAYS wrong and they are completly unwilling to work with you on pricing of a more expensive item when they are in the wrong. 3 times I've checked inventory online (on high dollar items), gone into the store for a product, and it's not there. Employees seem helpful on the issue, but can only do so much

In the area, one of the best places to get several options for large bred puppy food. Most are listed on the top recommend brands (based on several websites who evaluate dog food based on different criterias). Priced good. Plus you can setup recurring delivery to your home online. I've gotten items for my saltwater reef tanks support systems...they aren't just for farms. Like the clothes and some hard to find candy. Lots of stuff in the store and worth the visit. Staff has always been gracious and friendly.

Customer service is sorely lacking in this store. Never anyone at the pickup desk for online orders. Always at least a 15 minute wait to get someone to help. They should have a bell or an intercom or some way to "ring" someone other than going to ask the only cashier who is busy with checking out customers. Rarely can get someone to help load heavy / bulky items. I used to frequent TSC for all my farm supplies. Now it's only a last resort.

I used to really like Tractor Supply. I order feed online & pick it up the same day in the store. The last 2 times did that though, the wait just for someone to come to the customer service desk was 10 minutes and then they had to pull my order (even though I had already received an email that my order was ready for pickup). In addition there was no one available to help load the feed into my vehicle. I have since switched to a locally owned feed store. Even without preordering, I am in & out faster there than at Tractor Supply and there is always someone available to load the feed. I don't think I'll be back to Tractor Supply....
