Came here to get our dog groomed. 1st impression was not great because the groomers were on lunch, and there was fur everywhere from previous pup clients. However, once they came in, they were extremely nice. They treated our pup well, and he got himself a very handsome cut! We will return!

I took my puppy here to get groomed before I read all the negative reviews and honestly, I had a great experience. Everyone I've spoken to was very kind. My puppy looked amazing when I picked her up, they did a very good job with the nails. My puppy has neurological damage and as a result leaks urine, and the groomer even trimmed down the hairs on her lower belly so it'll be easier for me to keep her clean. Her fur looks absolutely beautiful! They did a great job. I am highly satisfied and will definitely come back.

This rating is based on price. I was given a price during a conversation about my pet on the phone. I arrived to pick up my pet and the total cost at the register was $100 more than the price given during the phone call. The staff was great the price was not. I probably will not return and I can not suggest any other pet owners go there. It is cheaper vetenary services.

Upgraded to a five gallon tank with adjustable filter pump.. Added mimoso moss (algae) balls that help to balance the ph in the water and they can live up to a 100 years. They also filter the water.I bought some floating duckweed and frogbit for the fish to rest on and maybe one day build a nest if I decide to breed him. The plants also use wastes as food.Added some anchored plants.Bought a Betta fish, aquarium, live plant, fish food, 1 gallon tank with LED lights. Great place to check out fish and small animals. Do not use the grooming any longer due to previous bad experience. Some products are way over priced. The fish selection is normally pretty good but they often only have one person working that whole area.Also the payment chip readers still do not work. Guess they don't much care about security.

Good store with nice staff but the prices here are insane. We got a kennel for our Golden at Academy nextdoor for HALF what they wanted for a similar kennel here. I also wouldn't recommend coming here a small pet since the small pet display areas always seem to be empty, with exception of the birds. The grooming salon in here is our favorite place in the local area to get our pups freshened up and they really LOVE our pups and take such good care of them.

My Chewy has been going to Rachel for Grooming probably over 2 years. He loves going to see her and the service from Rachel is Amazing! I highly recommend them. Also, Banfield Pet Hospital takes care of Chewy and keeps him TIP-TOP Shape! Thank you for all your hard work Chewy and I love you'll. :)

So disappointed in this store. We have been long time customers here. Last week we bought a goldfish to add to our tank after one of ours died. Little did we know…it had ich. Even though we tried to treat it, it killed all 4 of our fish. Including my bubble eye we’ve had since we’ve had the tank. Went back today to get new gravel for our tank since we’re having to start over and this is what the goldfish tank looks like. Most of them are dead. And I watched them sell some out of the tank while I was there!! Really?! Do better Petsmart

**First let me say I don't normally participate in reviews AND especially less than positive reviews. Unfortunately this applies to both Coastal Mississippi stores - Gpt and Biloxi. Biloxi did have a kind and attentive mature man however he was busy with another puppy customer (this was after another employee passed us up with no eye contact or offer to assist).Overall...was disappointed in lack of staff attention and inventory. Inventory was VERY low on small and medium puppy collars and leash, including large dog items as well. Purchased an expensive red leash and a CAT collar to suffice. Went to another one of their locations ....still no red collars. Check out was lacking customer service attention, including no interest to discuss offers / services as training, rewards programs, etc. 😒Found a LARGE inventory of puppy and doggy items at a big co-op dealer and began a rewards program - as it was offered.

This place is hit or miss if you are looking for crickets. On our last trip, we got two bags of crickets from a friendly employee. After waiting in a long line, we finally got to the register and the manager threw a fit about how many crickets were in the bags. He took the bags away (that we had just paid for), left his register while there were still people in line. While he kept us waiting, he publicly yelled at the employee who had helped us and took out most of our crickets. He gave us back the bags with fewer crickets than we paid for. (Yes, we counted). I couldn't believe how unprofessional this guy was. He significantly inconvenienced a customer, ignored a line of other customers waiting to pay, all so he could yell at an employee and recover a few dollar worth of crickets? Yikes.

I told my Australian shepherd to get washed and get his fur combed out. Lisa and the other ladies were very nice. She finished him up and his coat was so much better and he smelled amazing. Lisa was so sweet and helpful with him.

I went in looking for hip supplements and dog food for my older dogs, and the dog trainer Ms. Dena was sooo helpful in showing me around the store and recommended some food my babies absolutely love! She's the best by far!

This is my second review since August 31, 2023. This PetSmart should be closed down. They never have enough employees. I was looking at the cat's and Kitten's for adoption and one of the cat's cage was a mess. Litter in the food, food in the litter, litter scattered all over the cage. I saw an employee and brought it to his attention and I heard him on his phone asking for an employee to come clean out the cage. I didn't stick around to see if it got cleaned. So I proceed to checkout and I had my receipt from August 31, 2023 and told the unfriendly cashier that the last time I was there, they had a promotion going on where you got extra Treats point for buying certain products. I should have accumulated several thousand points but it didn't show on my receipt. The girl told me to check my account when I got home to see if the points had shown up.The cashier told me that the extra points were only available thru the app which was not the case. so the MGR comes over who happened to be the guy I told about the cat's cage being dirty and he said the same thing, That the points were only redeemable thru the app. I said I don't have the app and never have. He was totally clueless about the promotion so I checked my acct and sure enough, no points there, however, they were running another promotion where you buy services and products and you get x amount of points, NO APP NEEDED TO REDEEM THESE POINT'S. It would be so nice if these stores had knowledgeable employees instead of deadbeats that are only there to make a buck. The prices have increased tremendously over the last few months. you used to be able to price match on the website but now the prices are the same. I bought two 19 lb boxes of Arm&Hammer litter that had a sign under the product saying $17.49. I was charged $17.99. I didn't look at my receipt until I had already left for home. I know it's only $.50 but for every box sold that adds up. I will never shop at this dirty store with uneducated employees again. From now on Chewy will get my business. It's quite apparent that PetSmart does not care about their bad reviews, does not care about their customers and does not try to make things right. I hope you go out of business.EDIT, apparently my first review was taken down because it is no longer there.

My father bought a fish tank for my sister as a christmas present from this store location. When it was opened the pump, the filter, and the lights were not in the box. My sister and I tried to exchange this tank for one that has all its pieces and because my father, who is 67 years old did not know where the reciept was, this location refused to exchange it for a tank that has all the parts. DO NOT SHOP! This location is not worth spending your money at. They have no decency nor do they have ethical employees.

Went in there looking for a couple of things, found what I needed and browsed around. Employees were friendly and polite. Store was clean and shelves were stocked where I was browsing. Good bit of people in the store and maybe from sales they had going on. Prices seemed reasonable and will go back again. Will also recommend to friends.

Great pet sore I enjoy seeing the cats and dogs when they are there . I always get my dog England her food , shanpoo, and treats from here and a toy at the checkout . I actually cleaned the cat cages on weekends but then I stopped doing it because I’m allergic to cats and it made my allergies worse . I wish the humane society would clean the cages that their cats are in it would be helpful and maybe put some toys in the cages for them . I also used to walk dogs at petsmart when Hancock county animal shelter would bring them it was fun. I like the banifield vet in petsmart I used to bring my cat but he died in 2022 and the vet was kind and knew my cat had lymphoma and recommended a vet in mandaville that helps animals with things like that . I would recommend petsmart to anyone looking for any animal or just to get pet food .

Great staff. Don't always agree with housing practices here and at other "big box" stores, but staff is always helpful and friendly. Clean and easy to navigate. Will price match chewy.com and their own website which often has prices well below the brick and mortar store price. Well worth the few minutes to cross reference before making a purchase!
