Omg this is one of the worst grooming places the is very rude and you can't go in with your pet smh she blame me for the dogs braking while I was parked outside in my car when she bought my dog out she just threw sher threw the window and said if it's not how you like it it's your fault cause the of the other dogs that was there just braking I said that you need help and she want be back

Called me and said she was done and my puppy was gapped up, feet were not clipped and nails weren't clipped. I had to take her somewhere else to be fixed and she didn't refund me when I told her that I was dissatisfied. I will never go there again. She also had a mouth like a sailor.

Penny's Pampered Pets is everything I could have asked for in a groomer! I have a 85/90lb lab and the only groomer I could find that would groom him left her location. After a bad experience getting my shih Tzu groomed at another place I found Barbara on google! She was happy to bathe and pamper my lab and is excited to meet and groom my shih Tzu in the following weeks! She was helpful over the holidays when she had no appointments and my lab had rolled in something awful in the woods. She walked us through how to clean him and not actually have to bathe him (he won't go in the bath for us) and it worked out well. Her prices are very fair and Barbara is very personable and a joy to visit with. We are looking forward to doing business with her in the future.

I have been taking my fury babies to Penny’s Pampered Pets for 9 years. Barbara Ranucci is the most loving, caring, and knowledgeable person regarding pets. Barbara provides excellent grooming, boarding, daycare services, topped with genuine love. She has the best recommendation for vets, trainers, etc. Barbara even takes in pets who needs rescued, as well and those who need shelter for extreme weather conditions. She has a true passion and love for animals. Definitely not just a job for her which is a rare find.

Just horrible!!! I called, was yelled at and was constantly cut off! She would not let me speak and once she did she questioned me who my vet was!! That’s none of your business!!! She told me to go them instead? Never suggesting you to my dog community.

Checked here a few days ago, met Barbara, decided to leave my toy poodle here this weekend. Barbara did a great job grooming and boarding Ruby. Picked up a clean happy dog this afternoon. Will be using this facility for all Ruby's grooming and boarding needs.

Came to Gulfport from Georgia for a family reunion and couldn't be happier with our two dog's stay at Penneys Pampered Pets. Barbara was great, we spoke back and forth before our trip, and felt very comfortable leaving our dogs with her. Their stay was for a week and no complaints whatsoever. If we ever return to Gulfport would not hesitate to call in Barbara again. Thanks Barbara!

First trip to Penny's. Very friendly and asked questions to make sure she under stood what we wanted. Allowed our dogs to visit the other dogs while we were there to insure they were ok. Did a very good job of grooming. We will use again.
