Great for a Wal-Mart in the south. On the road traveling so I had to ask staff a couple of times where to find items. They were very knowledgeable and able to direct me right to what I was looking for including aisle number and about how far down off the top of their head. Saved me a lot of time.

Nice shopping experience. I was pleased that upon asking employees what aisle certain products were they actually helped me; I was not ignored. The cashier was nice too. Bagged items nicely. She greeted us when we got in her line. Nice!!!

Could not find the simple needs. Clothes in the men's dress shirt are black or white,(.blue ) was in kid's size. But it's what it is.

Wow. Another Walmart review. From my road experience, the Marts are all the same. Second to airports, Mart is great for people watching. What's new in the cross breeding hybrid research lab cloning technology? Go to a Mart and find out. Lol. Humanoids file into the Mart in every community looking for that bargain price (I'm including myself). From mullets, flat tops, perms, Jerry curls, goth, gangsta, hillbilly, hunter, skater, jock, businessman, pastor, mechanic, pimps, hos,dealers etc. The Mart got you, Fam. This Mart, in particular, was not crowded on a weekend day, which blew my kind and made it nice to get in and out using self check out of course.

Very rude customer service . Especially in Electronics .Very unprofessional when dealing with people needs...Went back to Wal Mart Sunday nite around 10:35 am January 28 2024 wanted to check out at register 4 .About 5 employees just standing right across the aisle just watching me . Knowing I wanted to check out for cigarettes .They just watch and continue to joke .No one came to check me out .All need to be fired .Poor customer service

I do most of me shopping online with the grocery pickup option and there are so many things I order and it says not in stocks and then I find out that they do definitely have it in stock. Is walmart not wanting to make money or what? UPDATE: Nothing has changed for the better if anything it is getting worse and seems like no matter what time or day I put in an order it is delayed. If they are having that much trouble filling orders they need to hire some help.

Self checkout nothing I bought would fit in a bag so naturally I get to explain myself to the person at the door. Thankfully I didn't click the text receipt option. (Why do they even have this knowing your going to be harassed out the door?) So as we are going over the items in my cart and my receipt I noticed I've been over charged $2 for an item. Door person said to go to the service desk and talk to them. Great just what I wanted to deal with MORE people that were not required to make a purchase. Why can't they just put the people they post at the door at a register and close the self checkout. If They want to keep self checkout they should offer 5% for checking yourself out and 5% refund if you get checked at the door. I understand people are stealing stuff and they are trying to prevent theft but It's my property once I purchase it and I don't think I should have to let them pilfer my property and such it's an inconvenience that they should HAVE to compensate you for. Side note after further checking receipt and determining that $2 was all I was overcharged it wasn't worth going to the service counter. While this review is mainly a complaint about $2 the rest is a chain wide (mostly) problem with self checkout in general. Most of the machines don't take cash time to time and I actually found one that didn't take cards at one point. All and all I find the self checkout only helpful in instances where you got one or two items and need to move quickly. But if they put that money into more cashiers then you wouldn't have to wait in line so long. I'm sure self checkout sounded good at one point but like those cattle gates that beep at you when you tried to go back and get another cart because you won the buggy lottery and got one with a bad wheel that made it hard to steer self checkout can check itself out of the store.

I go to Walmart 2 to 3 times a week. They have become my go to place for almost my every need. I always check myself out which is easy and fast and I'm out on my way with my day. Here lately with so much inflation affecting everything I've cut down to once a week as of 6/2022. Today is 8/9/22 and pickings are slim on some things. No bottled water for 3 days. 10/10/22 they were stocked pretty good today. I had a short list but got it and got out with ease. 12/13/22 had to run in and grab a few items for a family Christmas get together for upcoming weekend. They had everything on my list, checked myself out and back on the road. 2/14/23 everything has gotten so high its hard to shop even at Walmart. Meat, eggs you name it it's gone through the roof. 4/25/23 ran by to grab a few things. Store was not busy & they had everything on my list. In & out with ease. Stopped today 11/10/23. Picked up a few items, checked myself out and back on the road again. 1/12/24 stopped to grab a few things. Checked myself out and back on the road. They had everything on my list .

I was in Walmart last night and it is this one black cashier accuses my mother for stealing when she comes in there. I reported this to the white manager and she did nothing, but threatened to call law enforcement on me for being upset about how this cashier treats my mother. There is nothing wrong with making sure things aren’t taken without paying for it first, but it is a way you come toward a customer when doing that. We literally be watched by this cashier and she will send some over to make sure are not taking anything and we are tired of it. A person should be able to go in the store without being labeled. I am not happy with this Walmart in Grenada, Ms at all‼️🔥😡🤬🤯

It's walmart, not very well stocked on Sunday, self check out has some rude employee there sometimes barking orders at customers. If you don't like the way customers check themselves out then hire cashiers , if you don't like the way customers bag thier own groceries then hire baggers. Other than that it serves its purpose.

Most of the time the workers will not help you when you ask for help. Its probably not their fault....They need serious costumer service training. They do not know how to talk to or treat people/customers.(Grenada)store all departments. One exception was my auto visit was 100% great this time I had 2 tires put on my car.

Got tire plugged. Like most places they need more help. It took 2.5 hours for a repair. Tire worked well and the mechanic did a great job.

The little elderly lady that was over the self check out right around 6pm on 2-9-23 is one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with! She always stares at you like you’re trying to steal stuff and usually I don’t care! But tonighy she came to give approval for a misscan on 6 bags of Cheeto puffs and she was extremely rude and almost makes me not want to shop at this location again and because of her funky attitude and smart mouth; I almost walked out and left my buggy full of stuff for her to have to deal with!!
