If I could give zero I would I went in this store and bout 120 dollars worth of things for my home the cashier was so rude I had to ask her 3 times if that was everything cuz it didn’t seem right well I get home and no I did t have half of what I paid for and a shelf I got had been opened and the wood was tore and crack I went back 2 hours later only for her to tell me she did t k ow where my missing 57.28 dollars worth of paid for products where and then she would even refund the shelf that was there r no words I’ll NEVER GO BACK IN THIS STORE NOW I KNOW WHY THEY COUKDNT MAKE IT IN TUOELO!!

Lacks interpersonal and social skills especially considering it’s a business catering too the public. From management too employees. (I’ve had some good employee service but I don’t know them by name too mention). Store is clean. Customer service horrible. Question for cooperate : What is the policy for buying Tabacoo Products? 61 years of age (plus)must issue an ID card as well? Would not recommend.

Terrible customer service. I've had to wait on several different occasions for a cashier to finish a conversation before I was checked out. There is only family dollar brand bread and it smells like the store and was stale when I got it, not a workers fault but I'm just throwing that in here. Workers just don't care to be quick. I try to be patient but it's hard when I'm completely ignored by two cashiers who aren't doing anything.
