The employee in the morning is more worried about her phone conversations than her customers complaining about who works there and how other people should be hired back instead. But can’t even speak to the customers in front of her. The store is in absolute chaos. You can’t even go down some isles because of boxes just laying in them and the lights need replaced badly. This isn’t a once or twice issue either. It’s every time I’ve been in the past few months. This store used to never be like this in the past. So sad to see how it’s gone downhill.

This place is an absolute disaster. Quit after my trainer told me nothing but horror stories about this place on my first day. It needs to be shut down. I have 2 coworkers that also worked for this location. One is suing and the other quit after being talked to like a dog by her manager. This store is a sinking ship on fire. Product all over the store in piles, workers being left alone in the store till close. Bad wages, bad management, just bad bad bad. This store doesn't need a remodel, it needs to be closed and forgotten.

French Camp, Ms...Love this Dollar general. It is always clean. The aisles are always clean, not like some stores are, full of carts loaded down with items. Employees are always nice and friendly.

This Has Turned Into A Regular Shopping/Stopping Spot For Me As Of Late. An Even Though I May Have An Issue With Some Of The Prices Being Just A Bit MORE Than What They May Be In A Few Other Places, Its In Close Proximity To Me An Has Quite A Few Of The Things I Need And Use On A Daily Basis.

I personally have never had a problem here. Being a former employee of a few retail outlets, I can say that a lot of reason why some feel they’re not stocked well is because the corporate office isn’t giving the manager enough hours to have enough staff in order to stock. That’s not the store manager’s or the staff’s fault, so the upset is misdirected. Also, shoplifting = higher prices. Anyone who’s ever worked retail knows that for every item stolen, corporate has to increase price to cover for lost profit. Don’t like higher prices? Bean a thief upside the head when you see one taking merchandise. Mr. Richard and his staff work their behinds off to the best of their ability to keep that store going, and with little help from the higher-ups. Give them a little time to regroup and bounce back. They will.

Store:1227 Grenada MS: 38901Very displeased with the customer service that I always receive here from the manager. (Very poor social skills -especially for customer service )I will be shopping elsewhere. I don’t like too be followed around and starred at while I’m shopping. I feel it’s discrimination too some extent. He makes me feel very uncomfortable. Another thing I noticed is that all other stores are partaken in the Dollar General Mega sale ,which is supposed to be an additional 50percent off the additional sales price. At this store he only offered half price no additional sale on what is already suppose to be on sale. If your not going too do it right why partake? I asked him were there any inside store deals he told me no. Also the things that were on sale outside were not in any particular category, there wasn’t any price tag on anything. It all was just thrown out and very discombobulated. Why set bends on the ground, what about the elderly ,pregnant or disabled people who have trouble bending over in low places? It would make more sense too set up a table or at least place the items inside of a shopping cart with marked prices and categorized.

Can't believe the lack of customer service at this Dollar General location. Only been in here a few times and the staff are just downright rude. You feel like you're being watched and urged out of the store so they can talk in peace. Very unpleasant. Doubt I'll go again.

Rude associates, never say hello or thank you . Only speak to certain people. As a former DG manager who quit due to health issues I observed this behavior on several occasions. Will never shop this location again. Plus store looks dirty .

The store was fine, an Avert driver pulled in and almost hit my truck and trailer and cursed me and my cousin for being in his way. Avert needs to reevaluate their drivers.

I love my Dollar General store. They have stuff more cheaper than Wal-Mart. Yes I will always shop at dollar general no matter what.
