Well it started off okay, I went in to use the self serve kiosk inside, things weren't working so I called the company and they said it was a software issue and to try again later, well I come back in later on to try it again and they've put a sign on the machine so I called and they said it's okay to use and to try it again, mind you it isn't the machine that is broken it's the software that was updating the first time I went, well I go to put my information in and everything is going fine until the older white lady with glasses comes up to me telling me to get off of the machine, I told her the company told me come back and try again later after it updates, well she didn't want to hear it and kept telling me to get off of it rudely almost screaming it at me, I went to this location to get money for medicine that my children needed as the weather is changing and allergies are coming back and she wouldn't let me use the machine or do anything customer related, I do not recommend coming in contact with her, mean old and grumpy the first and second time I came definitely rude to customers, I never complained to her I never bothered her, she needs an attitude adjustment or a vacation probably both..

Took 10 minutes to find store employee. Twice. Then we were told to use self checkout. Yeah, I dont work for CVS.
