I purchased a bow for my nephew for 4H, and when we got home, the cam was broke on one end, exposing the string. I called and asked if I could return/exchange it while I was sitting in the parking lot before I took it in. The customer service lady told me yes, I got in there, and the same one I spoke to said they couldn't do returns/exchanges on bows. They need to train associates better.

Bought tires on their website to have installed at this location. Arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to find out they don’t honor appointment times at all. They tried to sell me a road hazard warranty ,that came with the tires by the way so I don’t need this, I purchased, big argument later they finally understood I only wanted a simple mount and balance. When I paid they also included lifetime rotation and balance at an extra price which I had not agreed to. So I have to give this Walmart a very low rating. I can’t recommend this place to anyone who can possibly make it to another shop.

Not the worst walmart I've been to, lol. Parking and leaving can be a little precarious. Staff doesn't have that "this is hell" vibe that's so common in retail.

I was totally unsatisfied. Couldn't fine most of what I was looking for, then when I got to the checkout the woman (with her light still on) said she was closed. Smh. There were only 4 checkout open and she closed to stand around. When one of her co-workers said "why don't you open your line" , she went to the checkout where her co-worker was and start checking out until she finished checking out her co-worker. I just shook my head. But she ✔️ me out at least 😕

The parking lot is usually pretty busy. The staff aren't overly friendly but they'll help you find something you're looking for. The baby boy section, which is usually a mess in other locations was so neat. It was nice to experience. The food aisles are usually chaotic so that wasn't new. I found almost everything I was looking for. Would I recommend this location? Yes. Not for leisurely shopping but to get what you need it does the job.

I have a love hate relationship with WalMart! They have everything I need in one store which is awesome. What I don’t like is they often only have 1 cashier lane open and multiple self checkout machines are either down or cash only which is very inconvenient at times.

It's a typical Walmart in the Mississippi Delta. I didn't have very high expectations going in so I wouldn't be disappointed. That was a good choice. Good bit of empty shelves and not the cleanest store. I had no employee interaction the entire time until I was walking out the door... The lady was sure to let me know she needed to see my receipt, but instead of meeting me halfway or coming my direction, she expected me to walk to her, which wasn't the same direction I was trying to go. So I just stood there until she decided to come to me.

I must say atleast there's always been a quicker check-OUT than all the other Walmarts I've visited and that's been a few : senatobia, Batesville, clarksdale, Cleveland, Indianola, Greenville, Grenada, greenwood my list could go on to say a couple more but this is plenty all others apart from this one in particular I've always only seen one or no lanes open to check out in and ridiculous line wait to self-check

Very crowded, rude employees no one around to help find anything needed. Sales people blocking main through ways then give dirty looks when you ask them (had to repeat myself 4 times) to clear enough room for mom's wheelchair. They wanted me to go around through the mens area. It was tight to move through. So I told them no, she can't. Music was very loud. Changing rooms had no wheelchair access. Handicap room was blocked by the folding/ sorting table. Employee didn't want to be bothered since she was talking to another employee. Rolled her eyes, then opened a room. Could hardly get the wheelchair in enough so mom could sit on the bench. This is at the Tuscaloosa, Walmart Super Center on Skyland Blvd. No one cares how rude employees are. The place is run down, dirty, just horrible. I won't go back. (Yes, I know they won't care) No matter what. I'll keep to online ordering.

Terrible experience, the cashier broke my bottle of coffee, then billed me twice and after the fact, the person who supervised her, her name Makhita, a rude person, humiliated me and mistreated me for being a foreigner and instead of replacing the broken bottle, I had to go for it. Very rude! Customer service shouldn't be like this.

Went in looking for a stainless steel braided hose for our dishwasher. The walmart app said it was in stock on i23 I believe that was the number it gave me. Anyway after searching for it and finding everything but that I asked a employee they said if it ain't there we don't got it. I tried to explain that the app said u do and they in turn walked away so I did to right out the front door. They really need to get some good people in there who are willing to help people when they ask for it. I normally do not ask for help because I know as much about the store as they do. Been going there since it opened, maybe not so much anymore though. Online stores are pretty cheap now and can compete with Walmart now.

Ordered two items online for pickup. I received an email shortly after saying they didn't have what I was looking for. I canceled the order and went by the store to find replacements for the items I was looking for. Turns out they had the exact items I originally ordered, but couldn't be bothered to bring them to the front for store pickup.

Woman’s bathroom is disgusting! There are NO locks on the stall doors. Toilets full of $&@! and tissue. Manager on duty said she didn’t feel like talking about it. Staff don’t care just standing around looking lost. Yall horrible.

Lots of cash registers no cashier to check us out. The registers on the end by the doors only accept credit cards no cash. We don't always have credit cards. It should be where we can use either, or have all or more cashier's checking. Not have only one register open and one cashier, and then there are at least 2 cashier's on the ones by the doors at each end just standing there. The line was very very long. We were just fixing to leave and leave everything in there. Then finally my husband turned on #4 light and made it start flashing. Then a lady finally started coming to check out. I probably would not recommend Walmart from Greenwood to anyone.

Jimmy is the best thing about this store - always welcoming to see him greeting customers or elsewhere in the store returning items to shelves or restocking shelves. Keep up the good work! Major complaint is this store usually is not well maintained, some of the associates are not friendly or helpful - most are but some make you wish they were somewhere else & wonder why they're there. Most of the time there will be several items on my list that i can't get because the shelves are bare or what's on the shelf is damaged! Produce not always the freshest. Prices sometimes different on the website than in the store & even prices on the rack don't always match what is charged at the checkout - makes you feel like you're being overcharged! Love the self-checkout areas!!

Very clean and very friendly. Usually the workers are complacent and don't care. But here they are different, makes a big difference in shopping. Very convenient location. Had everything we needed in stock. You can tell the management cares and it shows in the workers and atmosphere.

Online grocery pick up here is a joke. Walmart Hwy 82 Greenwood Ms. Ordering online is supposed to be convenient. When ever I order online it's never ready at the time it's supposed to be. Items always missing. Then you sit on there lot for an hour to an hour and and half. I could have went into the store and purchase these items myself and been home. DON'T ORDER ONLINE HERE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. TRUST ME JUST GO INSIDE SHOP YOURSELF.***MY LAST TIME*****
