As a business owner I was so disappointed in the customer service. We felt like we were an inconvenience. No one spoke to us. If I didn't really want the 2 the shirts for my nieces we would have left. I expected better. :( every other shop we went into were so kind and helpful! Glad I was able to knock out some Christmas shopping with other stores.

I ordered a few things over many online trips! My first experience with the website - I entered a quantity but by the time I went to check out it reverted back to one. ie multiple orders. The gals were fantastic to deal with. They worked with me knowing I was on a deadline for visitors from Australia. I appreciated there patience and working with me through all of it. Great company to deal with - wonderful products. Highly recommend!

What a fun place to shop, from pottery and candles to books qnd jewelry and beyond. Mississippi made gifts and things for the home are just beautiful as well as useful. It's a must stop place for me whenever I'm in the area.

It's the wonderful shop and the heart of beautiful downtown Greenwood. It has a little bit for everyone that would like to remember their visit to greenwood. Even if you are just passing through town this is a must stop.

There is some interesting stuff in this store but the majority of it is religiously themed which is understandable for a state where Christianity plays such a large role but it doesn't lead to very diverse gifts. Also having almost everything sold as one variation of a cross or another just isn't that interesting to me. I was hoping for more books, photos, paintings, and /or food items unique to MS.

First of all, I have only ordered online from this store. There are no stores near me. But, that said, I love the Mississippi Gift Company. I particularly like the Mississippi mud pies and cheese straws.
