I paid $1,000.00 for rugs for an entire house. And sent the Maintenance person back to pick them up without the receipt, and they would not let him pick them up. Then I gave My Maintainace person the receipt and now they talking about he need a bol and which the store manager only gave me the receipt and the color card of my paint mixed. And when I talked to him on the phone, the manager says oh yes I remember helping you get a credit card with us. But we will still need the bol . So, I says how can I produce something you never handed to me. So, I’ll let my credit card company work with them. And go to a construction liquidation store closer to me and transport it myself. And save money.

Customer service was awful!! Stopped in early in the morning to get a one item. Two people in line in front of me. One guy checking out. 4 other guys just standing around looking at each other never once asked me if I needed help.

The employees are patient and helpful. I always seem to leave with what I need, even when I don't really know what I need when I arrive. The parking lot seems to be crowded but no one minds if you just park wherever that doesn't block the entrance or exit.

The staff is kind and helpful. They quickly responded to my needs, but we're not pushy. I shall be going back to home front.

Basic hardware, not much else. Had almost none of the common items we needed to get started on our own home improvement job. When I asked about some of the items or where I could find them, they didn't seem to know much. At least they were friendly for the most part.
