I am very disappointed in this place. My grandmother has shopped here for over 40yrs and was told to "shut up" today, no not by a customer, but by the floor manager. There was an over charge on her groceries 2x while checking out and she wanted the manager to handle the mix up. The person at the register actually told her she was the manager as well, but would call the floor manager. When he came to the register and my grandmother was trying to explain to him that she was being overcharged is when he told her to "shut up".....she then told him that she was "old enough to be his grandmother and had the freedom to speak". Corporate will hear about this. Disgusted and dissapointed customer !!! She will not be returning here ever!!

The staff is very friendly, the store is always clean, and they stay open pretty late, so it's a nice place to go when I don't want to go across town to Wally World. Plus, I met my husband when he was working at Marketplace and I went in to get a sweet potato pie. They were out of pies because it was nearly Christmas, but I fell in love instantly with the handsome man who helped me find an alternative dessert. He is now my amazing, sweet husband, so Marketplace will always be special to me!

Very friendly staff but produce is not good at this store. Tends to get crowded on the weekends. Kitchen serves great tasting food but a little to much money for the small portions.

I have experienced superb customer service since spraining my ankle. Please, everyone who lives in Greenwood MS, shop at Market Place. Most items are competitive with Walmart.

I stood in lone 15 minutes to pick up cash from Western Union. It was lunch time and maybe they should have two employees working during peak hours.

There was a long line in the store. I only saw one checker . The manager came along and whispered to the white customers that someone was checking on the end. So that spoiled my visit there
