Went to get my cats haircut and they did not do a good job at all. Her fur is choppy and not even at all. They put her to sleep while they shaved her when I asked them not to. She is blind and de clawed they should’ve had no reason to put her to sleep while they shaved her. She has not been the same since we brought her home. She has been acting different she is jumpy and scared and runs away from me when she used to never do that. I suggest going to a different vet next time. I won’t bring my dog there because if they can’t even shave an animals properly then who knows how they would be for anything else I don’t trust it.

All of our dogs have always gone here. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Meyers and her team. My Pomeranian suffered a terrible injury causing numerous tests and extensive care. She was extremely well cared for by this team and would not have made it as long as she did with out their care. I will continue using them forever. Thanks you guys for everything!

Today was my first day taking my Chase to them and I was not satisfied with the customer service...I had questions but the receptionist didn’t have answers...I took my baby to his appointment at 9 this morning and went back around 3:30 and he was not ready, needless to say they haven’t even started on him because they had “Other” dogs to come in!!! Hopefully his groomed looks will make up for the disappointment I experienced with them today
