I feel like my visits have been hit and miss. Most vIsits end up in a good shopping experience. They are usually clean and decently stocked. I like their selections, it feels larger than other Dollar Trees. I haven’t realized ran into any staff shortages. I think there might have been a few visits that they were out of something or the staff was grumpy, but it’s usually a good Dollar Tree to go to.

Most of the time the lines are super long. More staff need to be hired!!!! There are boxes in the aisles that need to be cleaned and the floor needs to be mopped!!! 2 employees can not do it all. Stop calling it Dollar Tree.....it's no longer a $1.00 item store.

If I could give a rating of zero, I would not have given the 1 star. I have had the worse experience in my life. The line was extremely long with only one cashier checking. I politely asked Will there be another associate assisting with checking. I was screamed at by the associate (Della) stating, “I ain’t helping to check because I checked all morning and no one offered to help me!” Other customers in the store suggested calling the 1-800 number to make Dollar Tree aware of her unprofessionalism. Della then yelled, “It don’t matter because they ain’t gone answer you!” Many customers put their items back and walked out of the store. Luckily I made it to the register and another polite young lady checked my items. Maybe Della needs some time off for burn out. Not sure what her problem is!

It's dollar tree. Good selection, good prices. Wish theyd go back down the extra 25 cents. Probably blaming the inflation on covid like everyone else. Smh. Need to change the name to "A Dollar 25 Tree."

They have some not all of their employees are rude just some of them just because u ask if those baskets were clean she going to get ugly about it y'all need to place some cleaner & some clothes out so we can clean them ourselves just saying. Today on 7/27/2020 these pictures were taken

I've never seen a store that closes whenever they feel like it. I went last night at 8:30 p.m. and one associate said they close in 5 minutes and the other said they close in 3 minutes, the time posted for closing is 9 p.m. This hasn't been the first time either.

I love Dollar Tree especially in Greenwood! It has a wide variety of things you need for your home, office, or school. They even have name brand products!!!!!!!

They break down the 3 pack of infant fruit pouches and charged me for each.Also male checker is rude to costumer manager heard him did not say or do anything.He will tell you he don't have time for you 🤔

It was a mess. Nothing on the shelves workers cleaning the store. Never seem them cleaning the store like that with CUSTOMERS in there. Must be something seriously wrong there.
