As is most Dollar Gerenals, the aisles are blocked with merchandise, can barely maneuver shopping carts. Everything is jumbled up. I have been in thrift shops that are neater and cleaner and glad to see me come in. Most staff act as if they don't care. But there is not enough people working there

Still sloppy and seems dirty. Good deals if you can find what you are looking for. Seems like they are under staffed and over worked. Sometimes lines form and they won't open up another register. The way that Dollar Geneal DC's deliver to the stores isn't working. They use these big cages on wheels that hold the restock merchandise. They take up so much room that they block the aisles and you can't shop. Good prices but the hassle sometimes isn't worth it.

Poor service. Items not priced according to new ad. Told checker about the sale price, she said would come off total. Did not. Had 2 sets of outdoor lights, they said they were not on sale even though sign said 50 percent off they said this was not considered outdoor decorations. Checked my ticket when I got to my car. Discount not taken off but 2 get 1.00 off. Also indoor Christmas was supposed to be 25 percent off. This not given either. Tried to call store 5 times, got recording. MR.Clean mops were supposed to be 25 off. Didn't get this either. I spent 47.00 yesterday and came back for 3 day special. Would have spent 53.00 put the lights back. I will never again shop at this store. Ads are not given. I generally spend at least 300. A month. Never again Linda Jenkins0000

I don't shop at Dollar General all time. I do go and buy allergies medicine. They has great prices and good nasel sprays, the best kind that i need, they works!

This place could stand to more presentable and in better order. The customer service is lacking in friendliness. They never seem to want to open up more than one register. The line will be halfway to the back of the store.

The people are friendly and helpful. It's convenient, the prices are great, it's much faster than going into Walmart, and I can almost always find what I need everytime. It's my favorite store.

I was in the store last night last my wallet and no one who worked there offered to help management was rude I had to call the cops to ever get him to look at the cam. System and even then he told them they didn't have cam. In the auto parts part. I will not be going back and will be calling the main office as well

Great southern hospitality.Good down to earth ppl . Always nice to be able to go to the store leave ur keys and not worry . Doesnt happen everywhere these days. Feels great !!!!

Double lane waiting to be checked out. It took me almost 30 mins to get checked out and it was still a very long line behind me. The ckecker called for someone named Mona, but Mona never came to help

Sorriest help in any dollar general I've ever been in... My last trip there.... 2 rows of people, one cashier. Mona wouldn't come to the front and help out one cashier.... Greenwood needs to start over.

Crowded with inventory, couldn't get down the isles. Couldn't see the shelves, not even sure what was in stock for all the boxes.
