Very well organized, the checkout lady was extremely nice. The only negative was lack of AC. I really felt bad for the young lady in checkout! But hot as she was, she kept a smile on her face.

Go ahead and get a cart! I went in to look, and left with all kinds of random things - kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff, bedroom stuff, and even stuff for the dog! I spent an hour in this spot contemplating whether I really need items, or maybe I can give this or that as a nice gift. Big Lots is just one of those spots that you'll definitely find something you weren't even looking for.

A lot of budget friendly hidden treasures inside. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Going back today to take advantage of their 20% off Christmas sale.

Pretty good for the most part. Went in looking for furniture. The selection of styles and colors were pretty good and after comparing around the prices here were not that bad. Outside of that they sell pretty much anything and their small electronics department was pretty impressive.

I got a soft spot for ol' Big Lots. They sell good products for a reasonable price. They have so much....home items, decor, toys, and some furniture for a decent price. I really enjoy going there. I got my latest Christmas tree from Big Lots. I found the same tree at Walmart and they were charging almost double what Big Lots charged for the same tree! Highly recommended.

Bought a couch at the Greenwood, IN location, a sectional (Pasadena — Grey), got loaded up and made it home only to find out we were given two different halves (1 of Pasadena and the other of Dawson Denim sectional). Had to rush back to the store as we were borrowing a truck from a friend, unloaded the Dawson piece and were given the other half of our Pasadena. Drove back home once more, unloaded and noticed we were given the WRONG piece again (the same half of the Pasadena we already had). At this point, we had to wait until morning to go back the the store and return the incorrect piece for a final time and were not offered any discount or anything at all for this very significant inconvenience. Rather disappointing and extremely unprofessional. Only giving 2 stars so generously because we love the couch...

When you get "snacky" but you don't know what to get...visit this store. This is the place to find odd, interesting items(I mainly mean snacks and drinks) that you don't find in other stores in this area.
