We always order on the app that makes things better for us. When we get there, there are associates eating crab legs and chicken wings outside at one of the tables. Which seemed distracting to some of the workers that were still working. We had a car hop that came to our car and asked us what we ordered? Guess she was trying to find the right car. Our order showed in the kitchen, then moved to on the way. We had to ask a car hop about our order. All we ordered were 2 drinks and a shake. Took entirely too long. I will go out of my way and visit the Hwy 82 location instead of Reed Road.

I just wasted my money on a chicken tender meal. The quality of the food here has dropped significantly!! The chicken tenders were burnt and they aren’t the same as in the past. They reminded me of chicken tenders that are served at an elementary school. The Texas toast was bad! It was a thin piece of bread that looked like it was burnt in a skillet. Even my sweet tea was bad. It was sooo watered down. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m done eating here.

Great food but a little on the pricey side. Service is usually fast and friendly. Love their drinks, there is a flavor for everyone! Their milkshakes are awesome too. You really can’t go wrong eating at Sonic!

Good lord just go somewhere else to eat. If you must have sonic just go to the one on highway 82.After 3 separate attempts to eat here the past month I’ve encountered:1. Hair in my food2. Inability to even get the orders correct....each time3. Cutting me off mid order and giving me the total before I could finish.4. Terrible food quality5. Asked for hot sauce after I got my food. Gave me mustard.6. Just rude customer service

I placed my order on the mobile app. I took off the tomatoes, onions, pickles and mayo! They had everything that I didn’t want on my daughter’s burger but the onions and she didn’t eat it. They also take 30 mins to bring out your order.

The staff is friendly and the food is good. I've rarely ever received an order wrong. Of course during happy hour (2-4pm) or right at typical mealtimes (12pm or 5-6pm) it can be crowded or a bit of a wait. Sometimes during those hours I see how many cars are there and just pull through and go somewhere else, especially if I'm in a rush. Generally though it's good quick service.

We ordered food and waited an hour for it to not get made. An entire hour for three cheeseburgers and three cokes to be made. They completely ignored the three cars next to us as we all clicked the red button to ask if our food would be ready soon. We spent 30 bucks to wait an hour and never get our food brought out. This was completely inexcusable and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. You could even see the workers inside doing nothing. Whoever the owner of this place is should definitely hire people that are actually reliable and can get it together before people have to wait over an hour for a cheeseburger....

Unprofessional when taking orders at the speaker booth. When you tell them the item you want, they don't give a verbal response to let you know that they heard you. You could say, I want a small fry and their response is, your total is $x.xx and they end the call immediately. I wasn't even done ordering yet. If I say I want a small fry, they should respond with something like ok, what else would you like, or is that all for you today. Please retrain them to sound more professional. Also, they take entirely too long to bring out the orders. The last time I ordered, they didn't even bring me my order, so I left. I will not be returning to this location, the workers are unprofessional and don't seem to take pride in their work. There are many Americans that are unemployed and struggling and would love to work, so to see these Sonic workers not taking their jobs seriously is sad. Please retrain these workers in customer service.

After I took my dad to the doctor that's 88 years Young. We decided to have us a little date together.. we ordered us a couple of months and enjoyed each other's company. Our waiters were so nice and quick and efficient

We ordered our food and had to wait a hour and still called them 3 different times to ask where our order was. Needless to say that kept telling us it’s on the way. If we hadn’t paid with our debit card we would have left. I do not recommend this sonic at all. The service is no good. Thank you have a nice day!!!

The service was garbage. The person who took my order said she was new, but at the same time got an attitude with me when I questioned her about my order on the screen wasn't right. She said it was right, after waiting 20 minutes the car hop brought my order out and just as I said the entire order was wrong. I sent it back and left. I will not be going there again.

So, I just ordered a brownie batter shake at Sonic. When I got it I could tell it was definitely not what I ordered. My husband pushed the call button and waited he then pushed it again. Finally someone responded. He told them we had the wrong shake. They said someone would be out to check it. After 15 minutes of waiting no one had responded. I never have this problem in Leland.

Customer service was terrible. We had 13 ppl on a van & they wanted to stop there. When ordering, the person seemed to have a bad attitude. When she began to bring out the orders, the attitude continued. We won't be using this location again.

Food is great but........ The service during Happy Hour is bad. Wait times can be extremely long then, so I would avoid going there between 2 and 4pm. Also, the slush quality has fallen off. I always get a lemon berry slush but lately, they never put lemons in there anymore and only bits of strawberries. What's the deal with that?

Food was good, but I ordered ahead at 6:55 PM. When I got there 10 minutes later, I was told my food was on the way. I got my order at 7:30 after asking where it was 3 times.

Something has changed at this restaurant!!!! The food is half cooked, (literally, my grilled chicken sandwiche's chicken was white, uncooked just warmed up) onion rings (4 in bag) and tator tots tasted like old grease ...(don't get me started on the employees)..started going to the Sonic on hwy 82, and received way better food and service. The owner needs to wake up wake up!!!!

Why does it say open until 10pm and I have come here 2 nights in a row and both nights it was before 10pm first night was 9:30 and tonight was 9:45 and noone answers when you push the red button???? If you close before 10pm correct your time on your site please and if you stop serving before closing time you may want to let people know that also! Thank you
