Great play very quick and great pricing had to have a Troy built generator repaired and had it serviced and got it back with in a couple days and it cranks and runs better.

I took an air compressor to Mitchell's in April for warranty repair and they kept telling me parts were on back order. When I called them in September they said they just finished it bc parts just came in (replaced carburetor). Keep in mind we farm an hour from there so I drove to pick it up. When I pick it up one of the handles is bent so bad we had to replace it. Their mechanic simply shrugged it off and said to just heat it up and straighten it....then I get it home and it's not repaired. I called them back and she said they never replaced the carburetor just cleaned it. Changed their story! I Call warranty company and they said no parts were ever ordered. So in conclusion, this is a shady operation that's dishonest. I'll never recommend or use them again.

This is a great place to do business with. The lady nice at the front counter goes out of her way to make sure that you find what you need. They sell top quality parts and equipment.

This company will cheat you. I took my Snapper to them for a bagging unit and they told me it would be about $400. When I went to pick it up they tried to charge me about $700. They said I never asked if there was a labor charge. Tried to come to an agreement with them and some old man jumped in telling me how disrespectful I was. In the end I paid them $500 and got my mower out of there. Dishonest and disrespectful- I gave them one star because Google wouldn't let me give zero stars. STAY AWAY!

Poor Communication give you one price and go pick up different price bought a weed eater 2 months ago broke down and they try to charge me more to get it fix then what I paid for it so nooooo I’m done doing business there I rather drive two to three hours for good Service
