I had high hopes,,, we used.to have a Kroger in my home town ,,, and I was so wanting a white sheet cake with buttercream frosting,, they had none ,,, I bought a pie only to find out it tasted nasty and it expired in 2022 ,,, yes it's 2024 April,,,, when I am able I'm going back in there and confronting them about the situation and see how it goes ,,, I'll let y'all know

Great place to shop for food and other items. Get the shopper card and app, then look for sales. Employee's are very helpful and friendly and at this age that's a plus for me.

Excellent place to shop. Clean & well organized. Mr. Hill & his staff are all seasoned professionals. Try the daily lunch specials in the deli department....well worth every penny! Fresh produce daily. We won't buy our meats anywhere else. Please checkout Mrs. Morgan's fresh cut flowers & green plants.....FYI she loves huggs.We understand why our second Kroger in town closed....this store could be larger or add additional staff to keep up with demand.We Highly Recommend This Store!

I love this place! Top notch customer service and they always do what it takes to keep you happy. I will continue to frequent this Kroger because the workers are always friendly and helpful and the managers are so welcoming and professional!!!! I can depend on them to have awesome deals and their easy to find throughout the store. Great employees and pretty decent sales. Although I would suggest keeping an update on the fresh produce and meat. I have had a few issues in the past with freshness and meat being spoiled. Overall it's a nice friendly store.

I like Krogers. I especially like their cookie area. I just wish the vegan area had better selection of cream chess, hot dog, and non dairy kefir. I love their ozo breakfast vegan sausage. It is the only breakfast sausage I prefer. If the manager is reading this, please get better selection of vegan cream chess and hot 🌭. Please bring back Myros plant base butter. The oak milk butter sucks

The Cleveland store is filthy. The frozen food section units are very dirty inside. All the units are fogged up. The floors are all cracked. Display items thrown on the shelves.. could go on and on on how this store looks. It needs to close

The store is in dire need of expansion. It's overcrowded 80% of the time. Really can't effectively shop due to all the aisles being crowded. I'm willing to bet this location exceeds its sales forecasts each period. As long as sales are greater than expected, upper management doesn't care about any inconvenience to the customers.

The staff is great but the store is overstuffed and in poor condition. It also does not have enough self checkout kiosks.It like most businesses in Greenville would not last six months if located where it had some competition.

store and selections themselves are good. however, when they place your items in the bags, the people doing the job doesn't seem to understand the concept of placing the fragile goods in a separate bag than the canned goods.

While my experience at other Kroger’s has been phenomenal, my experience at the Greenville Mississippi location is less than desirable. Yes, the staff are GREAT! BUT, the physical facility is not representative of the Kroger brand. Greenville deserves a better shopping experience that is comparable to other neighborhoods that Kroger serves. I am totally dissatisfied with the way in which Kroger has not invested in the Mississippi Delta.

Kroger provides the best fresh food in Greenville and they have great sales. You do need to be a registered Kroger shopper to get even regular prices on some items so if you're visiting and don't have a Kroger near you make sure to get the Kroger number of someone in the area (you can enter the 'alternate id' which is the person's phone number).

I shop at Kroger in my city. There are only 4 grocery stores to choose from. It's a nice store for what it is and where it is.

Its something about this store that entices me to keep coming back weekly. I discovered that the reason is because of the friendliness that I come in contact with soon as I enter the store from the staff on board, I can find everything i need in one store, I dont have to drive around MS looking for items, the organic food choice I love here, fresh produce set out daily! #GODSPLAN#LIFEISGOOD

Not many choices in Greenville for groceries. This Kroger has not been updated like most. There's no salad bar, or sushi, the deli is a small selection as is the cheese selection and dessert s. The shelves and under the shelves are g and need to be cleaned. You will often find food to be stocked such as meat and freezer food in the esile waiting to be stock There and other food are often slim choices w bare shelves. Often can't find items it they are not ur basic. Veggies and fruits are limited to run of the meal. There is a small section of organic. However what keeps this store going is the employee s are nice and pleasant and the management makes sure no on waits to long in line. Better then our Walmart that's for sure

Your average Kroger's, however doesn't carry beef breakfast items- specifically: sausage or bacon. Everybody doesn't eat pork 🤔! Why doesn't Kroger's in MS have these items like their stores in the northern states!!

It's not a super kroger, nor even a well dressed regular kroger. It's a no bells n whistles kroger. No flashy ads or signs. Plenty of helpful happy staff on hand. Has everything any other regular Kroger has. 10/10 experience.
