I have probably shopped at almost all of the store chains around Greenville Ms, the Dollar Tree has been my favorite. The people are always nice and friendly. I was there today, I bought 22 gallons of water, the Sweet Cashier held the door open for me, and I appreciate her kindness , Ziria, your the best, don't ever change ...I may have misspelled your name, but God knows who you are ... Thank you

The Cashier who checked me out was really nice. It was 7 PM and they closed at 8. The assistant manager was extremly rude to the staff and customers in the store. She was talking to her best friend who does not even work there and got annoyed when I asked to check out, then screamed at the staff to check me out. She then got on the loud speaker and said the store was closing and everyone had to leave, while the store didnt even close until 8 PM. After I checked out, she locked me inside the store and complained at me when she had to leave her friend again to let me out. I told her to have a good night trying to be nice and she lashed out at me. I understand we all have bad days, but if you're an assistant manager you need to learn how to be professional and handle your work and personal life. If you can't, you need to work somewhere else. Something needs to be done about this situation. Other reviews have said similar stories. I hate being a "Karen" but sometimes I guess you have to be. But as we all know, the corporation could care less about these reviews.......

This is the first place that I have ever walked out with all of my items waiting to be checked out by the cashier .I was the last in line ,the cashier told me," give me just a minute she's got a broken thumb so I need to help her with these boxes." there were three of them there talking back and forth and this one kept opening boxes, taking out stuff, continuing to talk and after 5 minutes I walked out! you would have thought with three of them there and only one of them having a broken thumb, if there was ever really a broken thumb, the other one could have helped ,especially if that was more important than waiting on customers! I will never go back to this Dollar Tree!!!

I was in the store on 9/10/2019 and called back ask the Assistant Manager Keshia about one of the employees that check me out and before I could tell her what happened, she said the guy who checked me drawer was not short. I was calling to see if I had dropped some money and not give him to much money. She was very rude and not professional at all with me on the phone. Greg the Manager needs to teach his Assistant Manager how to conduct themselves at all when he not around to handle customers professionally.

This Dollar Tree did not have anything I wanted that I went for. Their arts and craft area is lame and DO NOT have a large vary of items to choose from. They need to order more items for that particular section. I'm sure other section are pretty much the same. Dollar Tree in Greenville, Mississippi please increase the vary of your products.

I literally hate this store cause everytime I go in nobody is never there to help me look for anything I’m looking for and the dude I guess is the manager there with the black chef pants on just has a rude look on his face and ignores everyone. One day I’m just gone call corporate so they can get new staff and managers because he is unacceptable and it’s never nobody but 2 people in there.HIRE SOME MORE PEOPLE!!!

Some of the nicest people in your stores both the employees and the customers, you really need to put a freezer and cooler in your dollar tree store in Indianola ms like the greenville ms store has, because it would help increase the store sales in Indianola ms?
