Misquoted on a 10 day rabies observation stay by one of the workers. I was told I would have to pay $18 a day and when I go to pick my dog up it ended up being $50 a day. Very expensive visit.Update. Oh wow. Didn’t know you were liars. The technician or whoever she was told me $18. When I called back and talked to her I told her that I was shocked at how much my bill was and she said “oh yea my bad that $18 price was for regular boarding fee” and I informed her yea your bad does not help me and I left y’all a bad review as well and hung up. Also when the vet initially called me that my dog had to do a 10-day quarantine he did not even know the actual cost but I could call around to the animal shelter and ask them but when I called back to check on my dog the tech told me $18. Do not call me a liar whoever you are and I will gladly take my business elsewhere and my families as well! 0/10 do not recommend🤦🏾‍♀️👋🏾Also. The 10-day quarantine fee on the bill says it supposed to be $35 but the vet said that they didn’t update that name in the system. I see why people go out of town when business owners in this town do not like honest reviews. Was I supposed to leave a 5 star review when I went in expecting to pay at least $300 but ended up paying over $600! Make it make sense. 🗣️Could have said I’m sorry and kept it moving🤦🏾‍♀️ if I could give 0 stars I would now with that lie they just wrote.

It was all good until they tried to charge me $6k for my dogs surgery. I got the job done for $1400 at another vet. Plus they did not hold up to a quoted price on a test I needed. Bad business. They do great work but crossed me up too many times. No more business from me.Update**There were no shortcuts taken at all when dealing with my companions. I have had larger animals needing the same surgery in and it was not anywhere near her quote.(not the female vet there now but previously)Honestly what's understood doesn't have to be explained. If you read your reviews it happened on the regular there. Have a more than Blessed day.

They have good customer service. We take our dog Bunny to get her bath and shots here. They call and also send reminders through the mail. As long as she's happy when she comes home then they're good in my book. I'd recommend them.

Always loved going here the best vet you can ever find in Greenville the best customer service you’ll ever experience at a vet but however it would be better if it smelled more pleasant for customers instead of having the slight smell of different animals in there when you walk through the door but other than that 10/10 always took good care of my cat since she was a kitten they never disappointed me each time I visited she was treated with care,patience,and love and I admire that

My experience was very positive. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They took their time to find out what was wrong with my dog. They made him very comfortable in their care from the technician to the vet. I would recommend Allen and Griffin to anyone that cares about their pets.

One of my best experiences at a vet! It all started with me calling to make an appointment. Michelle answered the phone and was very nice and funny! She was super helpful on the phone & when I checked out.When I got there everyone up front was also nice and very talkative. I was taken back right away and helped by the vet Dr. Folsom. I’m jot a huge fan of vets for reasons not related to this place at all. Dr. Folsom made me feel so comfortable and took great care of my fur baby Marshmallow. All around this place was amazing and the prices also. Will be back any time I need something for my babies!

This our family veterinary clinic. They care about our furry family members and will go out of their way to make sure your fur babies get the medical treatment they need. Good at keeping you in the loop as to what is going on with your pets if they have an extended stay. Great service. Recommended.

Have taken my pets to them for years, always paid at time of service never left a balance. My pin min was very ill several years ago and they demanded $200 deposit to start treatment. Today one of my babies needs to be seen as he is not eating. I asked if they could hold my check until Friday and they said absolutely not, pay in full or they won’t see him. After years of going to them I’m at a loss over the callousness I experienced today from both the office manager as well as Shane Wilkerson.

While they were very accommodating when my babies were sick, I paid DEARLY for it. Only later to find out that I was being ripped off! If money is no issue, this is your vet. If you want quality care that you can afford, look elsewhere. Dr. Folsom is not for you.

It was a horrible experience. My dog caught parvo and was real sick. I took him to the office. . they wanted to keep him for a few days. I explained to them i could not afford to pay in full when i left him. But had i not he could have died. After having him six days the bill was 1200.00 dollars. I gave them 400.00 that was all i had. They refused to let me have my dog back until the balance of 750.00 is paid.. They still have my dog. It was a very heart breaken experience.. I told them all i can pay i 100.00 every two weeks until paid in full. Which will take me three and a half months to pay. They still have my dog and want return him until then. . im truly upset. He is like one my kids. My dog is part of our family.
