What was the point in adding to the grocery sections when the store refuses to open both registers?!?!?! I've had to leave this store 4 times THIS WEEK because the line is so long and there is only one register open with plenty of employees to open both registers. The employees lack any sort manners, and couldn't care less about the customers. The cursing, rude behavior, and disrespect that they not only allow but laugh also laugh about from the little thug teenagers in the store is disgusting. Step up Dollar General and get back to customer service!

So this happened today. Dollar general has a total wireless pre paid phone that I purchased from another store. After I tried to activate the phone and it kept saying no SIM card when in fact one was in the phone, the representative tells me I need to return to dollar general to purchase another SIM card or refund. The manager didn’t know what I was talking about and said she didn’t have time to help because she was unloading a truck. No help there!!! Oh and don’t try to call the store because they just let the phone ring and ring.

The store is nice and clean but it would be nice if they could open more that one register at a time the line can get long and cause you to have to leave before you can check out

Much nicer store since remodel. Wider variety of food and refrigerator-freezer section is much larger.Staff seems more costumer-focused.

Friendly pleasant service and they always let me use their restroom. Since they are kinda in the middle of nowhere this is much appreciated.

Customer service is very poor they don't care what they're doing to you they don't say Hi. they don't help you out. you ask a question they snub their noses up at you very lazy.

They don't know how to approach them custom they'll put their custom with a nasty attitude they need to have more respect for their customer and especially the manager they use too much profanity and they attitude ridiculous
