Do NOT sit back and trust your prescription to be ready when you order it. Call, speak to the pharmacy, and specifically ask them what time they close. The website claims the pharmacy is open til 10pm. Nope. They closed at 8. My prescription was supposed to be done at 7pm. I called at 7:30, worried I wouldn't get today's dose in time. The woman says, "Yea, your prescription IS filled, but wait 30 minutes then come." I said, "OK, so can I leave now since it's filled or do I have to wait 30 minutes?" Then, she backtracks and says the website will tell me when it's filled. She knew she closed at 8pm and legitimately told me at 7:30pm to wait 30 minutes then head up there. The first time I called, she hung up on me the moment I told her what I needed. I'm one of those super polite people. Never stick up for myself. Anyone that can take advantage of me will. So, don't be me, People. Call and bother them until your prescription is filled. Do NOT trust them to have it done on time and not pull some shady stunt on you. The woman that usually helps me (during the day) wasn't there. She's very helpful. These two women that were working the night of March 28, 2024......gross! Shame on them both. She's the reason I didn't pull up until 8:05pm. Then they have this little sign in the window (and the nerve) to tell me they close at 8pm. Do yourself a favor, and use a local pharmacy that's not ran by a giant corporation.

I understand the frustration that pharmacists must feel while dealing with the ADHD med shortage, but that is no excuse for how rude this woman was…We are frustrated too.I have been using this pharmacy for probably 15 years, though will go to OS if Gautier doesn’t have my medications (and vice versa). Obviously that’s something I’m going to have to do if they can’t fill my prescriptions.It is hard enough having to call and/or visit 7+ pharmacies every month just to even see if your medication is in stock, let alone fear speaking with them for the stigma and aggravation they so clearly project onto you.Not only did they ignore me in the drive-thru lane while drinking coffee and doing nothing. When they finally came to the window to see what I was dropping off, she said, “Oh, sorry. You’re a new patient and we aren’t filling that for new patients.”When I told her I’m not a new patient (had filled there just several months ago) she immediately came back in a snarky tone with “You absolutely WOULD be classified as a new patient, you don’t normally fill here, and I don’t have enough to even serve our current patients. Thanks.”She was already turning her body to walk away before even finishing. No “my apologies,” no “have a good day,” no nothing. Just straight shut the window down in my face.I also work in the medical field and understand how tiring it can be. But if you legitimately don’t care about people, or are so prejudiced about the medications you disperse through those tiny plastic bottles all day, find a different job.Merry Christmas.

Update - Another friendly visit to the neighborhood Walgreens.Love this location. Convenient and easy to get in-and-out of. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always seem willing and eager to help. I'm sure I'll be back.

Worst customer service ever. Every month I get my prescription filled, it's always a headache calling 10 times everytime. Like be nicer. You never know what people are going through. So rude!!!

*DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY* Pick another pharmacy. Terrible experience with this pharmacy. Came in town for vacation and one of my kids ended up needing a prescription. Pharmacy called 21 min before they closed for lunch to tell us the prescription was ready. We rushed over to pick it up and made it with 2 min to spare. They literally closed the blinds in our face and refused to give us our prescription. When we asked why they were closing early they said “Whatever, we’re closed.” and walked off. Work ethic and customer service are seriously lacking at this location.

This is the most unhelpful place to do business with. If you need to call about your prescription it rings and rings for 15 mins then they hang up on you!!

After waiting in line for over 45 mins, i was told my prescription wasnt ready (although i was told earlier in the day it would be). I was told to come back after 3:30. I came back at 5:30 and it STILL wasnt ready. I was then told they couldnt fill it. If I could give 0 stars I promise I would. The pharmacist was so busy stuffing her mouth with cabbage I don't think she was focused on my concerns with my medication. She was so dismissive and rude. I wish I were cabbage. She would have been all over me if I had been a darn cabbage.

Very long wait, rude employees in the pharmacy. Tried to ask if my daughter had a refill on a prescription bottle I had with no RX number from her dermatologist and the young lady AL-EX completely ignored my question. This is not the first time this young lady was rude. I understand your busy and understaffed but you need to be caring with your customers. I am tempted to take my business elsewhere and advise everyone else to do the same.

They do try. This Walgreens works hard, however that just isn't enough. I go there a few times a month to pick up my prescriptions, and it is always overran with customers with one or two people working the counter. This is not a bad pharmacy, it is just too busy for the amount of people it services. New prescriptions take a long time to fill. Often Ill transfer a med to a neighboring Walgreens and it gets filled same day. I do enjoy the location and the fact the pharmacy is open until 10 pm. Hopefully with some extra staff it can be a 5 star provider.

Extremely disappointing. I will be moving all my prescriptions at this point. I waited a total of 30mn, listened to two people’s prescription orders turn out incorrect, and when it was finally my turn the pharmacy cashier did not say any greeting, apology, or salutation. The cashier acted as if she was a pharmacist and kept going to the back area. Almost seemed as though the reason was to hide from customers. She also spoke with terrible English and never apologized to anyone for the wait or aggravation they had to deal with. Terrible people skills drive good customers away.

All Walgreens are great. They go the extra mile to help you, and they are so friendly. I was having a bad day, and the young lady at the front told me something that just warmed my heart. Love Walgreens in Gautier and Pascagoula Mississippi. 😊

I just went to pick up my husband's BP medication. He was given a higher dose and had been out for almost 2 weeks. I left checked to see if it was the new, higher does. It said he was give 30 but also said partial refill by March 24 mind you I just had it fill and it's April. But I counted them because it didn't look like 30 and 2 months ago my daughter got her Naproxen she was only prescribed 9 for her periods an she was shorted 3, I didn't fool with going back because I waited in line 48mins just to get it.Anyway I get his new script says he should have 30 but there's only 15, but it says partial refill so I called to make sure it should be 15 not 30. Lady tells me, yes it should be 30. I told her I was coming back because I only counted 15. I thought was confused because the partial refill. I get there she processed to treat me like I took 15 of his BP pills out of the bottle and trying to get more. "Because she was 100% sure she put 30 in there n it was way fuller" All but went out and accused me with everything she was saying and how she was saying things like I took 15 of his BP medication. I'm so upset with how I was treated over this. I will be getting ALL OUR medication filled at Burnhams.

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would in a heartbeat. My son has ADHD and ODD that being said he has to have medication in order to thrive and be a child. Now I've had to deal with one pharmacy manager named Colleen and another pharmacy manager don't know what her name is for the past 3 months I have been berated I have been called an addict, i have been called every name under the sun and there are no repercussions. Just Tuesday I spoke with Colleen over the phone I asked her why my son couldn't get his medication and she said because it was a controlled drug she couldn't fill it and I understood that but I asked questions then she threatened me and my son she said and "you keep being combative I won't fill your son's prescription until 2 months out. something needs to be done about Walgreens pharmacy because it's absolutely atrocious and how they treat people

Pharmacist refuses to fill my prescription even though I have filled this same prescription 4 times at this location. She was very rude and judgmental of the medication I’m prescribed. She clearly thought of me as an addict even though it is my prescription from my doctor. I’ll never use Walgreens again.

Twice I ordered pictures online and both times didn’t complete my orders. 1 8x10 blank 3 4x6 blanks 1 5x7 blank from last night that I picked up today. The other day several blanks. Good reason prices but so unhappy with the outcome. Definitely will NOT order pictures from there

This is by far the worst ran pharmacy on the coast. I've used them for the last 5 months and never had a prescription filled in under six hours. Even when I had my Dr. call to see what was taking so long because I had surgery that morning. The staff doesn't have a care in the world. Walgreens needs to have a close eye on this store.

If I could give 0 stars I would the pharmacy and there staff are horrible my husband went to get his meds at 540 they turned him away when he asked why the girl refused to answer then pharmacist Phil refused talk to him. They turned another guy away right after and shut doors. But took a friend there after 6. When my husband asked for manager they stated there was no manager and I called and got one on phone. They shut drive through down also and when I called next day gm advise me drive through should have never been shut down and he was handling it.

Why is it every time I call the pharmacy, They never answer. Yesterday I left work in ocean springs and called the pharmacy.. drove from Biloxi bridge all the way to the pick up window ( 20) min . Drove up.. no body on the phone and didn’t look busy at all. And the wait itself is horribly long. And way too expensive.

On hold for 6 minutes 54 seconds. Immediately put on hold by the automated system after a few minutes I was put on hold by a lady. Corporate....you really, really need to get more help for the pharmacy, this has been a problem for most of the walgreens we have used. They are so busy, so inundated with prescriptions that they can't fill the fast enough which is great for you as a company but turns into a huge problem for customers. Pharmacy phone calls being thrown on hold for what is probably the proposed latest wait time and prescription pickup wait times at 2 hours; which I have experienced personally at a different Walgreens. I love Walgreens and the staff at all I have used have been very friendly and helpful ; but those of you whom are in charge of such things need to give your pharmacy some attention and hire more pharmacists and technicians for your busy stores. I know you have data on the stores that have high volume so you need to address this before you lose the the customers that made you so successful!

Absolute worst Walgreens ever!! Going through the drive thru you have to wait 45 minutes literally! They just walk past the window 100 times before helping you 15 minutes later that’s every car! I will never be back! They are unprofessional and not fast at all!

I love this Walgreens. In fact, overall, Walgreens tends to be a customer friendly company. I moved my family's prescriptions here over other pharmacies in the area because they always had prescriptions in stock that no other pharmacies seemed to carry, had to order or, simply, could not obtain. The staff is professional and friendly. Also, if needed, I can go to the Gulfport location where they have a 24 hour pharmacy or even to Mobile. Sometimes, you have the need for this type of pharmacy. My family has in the past and you just never know.

I simply cannot believe it. I bought 5 Christmas cards that totaled $40.00. This markup is out of control. This is called stealing from your customers. No wonder shoplifting is so prominent even though I can’t stand stealing. Something is extremely wrong when a lower income person can’t even afford to buy a greeting card. Walgreens ,,, someone soon will be underpricing you and you guys will be pricing yourselves OUT OF BUISNESS!!!

My biggest problem with Walgreens is when you call Pharmacy for help, they put you on hold with a silly computer and never answer the phone. Bad rating a 1 for performance.

The five stars are exclusively based off of amazing customer service from Ms. Kunita (I hope I spelt her name right). She was beyond patient and understanding with me and my transactions. While I was in there there was a situation with an irate customer who had requested a copy of company policy on something. He was quite loud with the staff and the whole situation rattled me a bit. I messed up with some coupons and register rewards in my transaction and Ms. Kunita allowed me to regroup and get my purchase right without frustration or judgement. She was so professional and patient. Best customer service experience at Walgreens to date!
