Went to go drop off my pet this morning for grooming, after the owner forgot to put my appointment in the book last week. Apparently they had a code violation from the city of Gautier and they are shut down. Why they didn't bother calling their customers to let them know is beyond me. As I was not the only person waiting. Completely unprofessional! Will be finding a new groomer.

I can’t recommend this place enough!! The staff is super nice and they did an amazing job bathing my husky, after a whole week he is still smelling good. I don’t know how they do it but I completely love the good smell staying for so long.

The entire staff is so friendly, and treated our pups with such kindness. They also did a wonderful job grooming them, and it was probably no easy feat considering they hadn’t been groomed in almost 6 months and were a hairy mess!. They even gave us a goody bag of treats for the pups. Will definitely go back.

We were anxious about dropping our puppy off for her first grooming, but were immediately put at ease as soon as we walked in the door. They were professional, so loving to our puppy, and did an amazing job grooming her. They even gave us a thank you card and a treat bag!

I took my cat in to be trimmed he is a long hair and with winter coat was tangled. He was tripped and giving a bath, the groomer took great care not to stress my cat and was very gentle with him. She also to great care in trimming him as not to cut to much hair off but to be sure to get the tangles out. I am very pleased as to the out come and Buddy my cat is also pleased as to be free of tangles. I would definitely recommend this groomer to anyone who has hard to handle or first time pets to be groomed. ❤️Great and wonderful people! Always professional. Great with my babies. I'm very overprotective of them, and was comfortable with leaving them. I'm glad I found Sandi's. They took their time and my babies loved them! We will be back. My 19 year old schnoodle was made comfortable and looks so very pretty! They did the impossible and trimmed my huskies nails!!!! We all say thank you to them!!! ❤️

We took our guinea pig here to get his nails trimmed and couldn't be more pleased. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have reasonable prices. I highly recommend this grooming parlor for your pets!

So caring. We took in a young dog off the street who was a mess. The first visit he was such a jerk they couldn't do his face. This visit they got him all done despite saying he was a challenge. Beautifully done. Then my phone went out and they called for TWO HOURS for us to get him. The lady was waiting for us, and I was just MORTIFIED. They were nicer than we deserved frankly. So very pleased.

They do not take good care of the dogs, they escape and are not aware and many things happen and they do not say anything. This place is useless for dog care or for bathing them. I do not recommend it and put it on the page when the dog is lost or it is something happens do not hide it to continue deceiving the public

My cavapoo was welcomed with a cheerful hello and lots of pets. I was very impressed with the love and attention they gave my dog from the moment I walked in. They have a professional family-like environment. I was pleased with the way my dog was groomed. They did a great job on his puppy cut. They also sent us home with a sweet little goodie bag of treats. I mean really, who does this!? Very pleased with Sandis pet grooming.
